{Luke Bilyk}" everyone has something worth fighting for. " The Real DealName: Catsca Davis Akihiro. Codename: Savor. Age: fifteen almost sixteen. Gender: male. Hair: dark brown, styled short Eyes: blue Weight: 152lbs Height: 5’11” Physical Description:Catsca isn’t the most muscular of guys, though he is pretty athletic. It is hard for him to gain much muscle as a side-affect of his powers. His body type can best be described as slender and thin. Though his cat ears and tail used to appear only at times, they can now always be seen on his. Both his cat ears and his tail are the exact color of his hair. The boy’s physical appearance has changed as his powers have evolved. Cat-like fangs can be found in his mouth and before he shape-shifts into any sort of cat, his eyes actually turn into yellow cat eyes. Currently, the teenager stands at five feet and eleven inches and weighs one-hundred and fifty-two pounds. " decisions we make, don’t always affect just us. " The Important ThingsParents: Alana Akihiro(mother) and Daken Akihiro(father) Sibling(s): Kirii Akihiro(older twin brother) and Ray Deamon(older half-brother) Other: Zack Howlett(uncle), Laura De Costa(aunt), Athena De Costa(cousin), and James “Logan” Howlett(grandfather) Weaknesses:—afraid of the water, heights, and dogs —frustrated and angered rather easily —very hard to gain his trust —doesn’t always think before he acts —not very skilled in weaponry at all Strengths:—street smart —athletic —agile —loyal to and protective of his friends —hand to hand combat Likes:—hanging out with his friends —fish and sushi —felines —hunting Dislikes:
[/b] —water, heights, and dogs because he’s afraid of them —losing a friend —The Institute for Kids with Special Powers or I.K.S.P. —losing an important fight " everyone needs saving from time to time. " See this Mask?Powers:Catsca’s powers have evolved and thus he lost the originals powers he has. His main power now is that he can transform into any type of cat he wants to. Before shifting, his eyes change into yellow cat eyes but always turn back to being blue after changing. In cat form, no matter what type he is, his eyes are always blue and his fur is always dark brown before of his actual hair and eye colors. Though he has been working hard on this power, he doesn’t always transform into the type of cat he wanted to. For example if he wanted to transform into a lion, he might end up as a house cat. When he isn’t transformed, he can occasionally tap into his powers and somewhat come close to shifting. It takes a lot out of him and it usually only happens when he’s in grave danger, but he could say get enhanced senses like a cat or cat-like agility but it usually happens unconsciously. The mutant’s secondary mutation is night vision. He can see in the dark even if he isn’t shifted into a cat. This power has come in handy a couple of times. He doesn’t have to think in order to use this power. Just like a cat, his eyes automatically adjust to the lighting, or lack of, in a room. Side-Affects:As a side-affect of his powers, Savor’s physical appearance has changed. He has two cat ears perched on top of his head, dark brown to match his hair, as well as his normal human ears. He also has a dark brown long cat tail, almost the same length of one of his arms, as well as fangs in his mouth. At times, the boy can also act like a cat and even purrs and meows from time to time. Control:there is really no control needed for his night vision since it comes natural just like a cat’s; his eyes automatically adjust without him even really noticing it. As for his shifting, his control would be categorized as a three. Group:Since the breakup of the X-Kids, Catsca isn’t really affiliated with any teams though he works together with some. Basically, he would be grouped as just a hero since he hasn’t enrolled at Xavier’s yet and isn’t even sure if he will. Roleplay Example:Catsca Akihiro sat on the airplane, glancing at Anna Izumi and wondering why they were going back to Salem. What was there for them? Oh yeah, Danielle Frost had apparently been captured over there somehow. He would have protested about him going, but he wasn’t really needed in the fight against I.K.S.P. Like Anna had stated earlier, they could spare a few “warriors”. They were winning the fight against that hellhole, having more help than they had expected. Since Anna had returned to her own team after leaving the X-Kids, they had had them to help out. Despite breaking up his team, most if not all of the members had helped out in the fight. It had been fun, kicking that school’s ass. They weren’t done, of course, but they had a decent size list of I.K.S.P.’s they had defeated. Each I.K.S.P. branch held the location of two others, so once they freed a squad, they would split up. One team would take one location, the other would take the second location. It worked for the most part. The people at I.K.S.P. never knew who was going to attack which branch. They had been quite successful, though it got harder with each attack, but they had only lost one person in the fight. They were proud to say no more than one had died, but it hurt them to know they hadn’t been able to save her. Sighing quietly to himself, the cat-like teenager put his arm around the shoulders of his girlfriend, Techna Garcia, who was seated next to him on the plane. She took the window seat, because it was obvious he didn’t want it. He was afraid of heights and thus had never gotten on a plane in his entire life before they had first left Salem to take down the Institute for Kids with Special Powers. After that, he had been on many planes and jets and he still hated it. He had no wings, he could levitate himself, so thus he was not made for flying. He was made for climbing up a tree and getting stuck, not for soaring through the air at God knows how fast. Just glancing out the window made him feel sick. So instead he kept his eyes on his friends that had come along. Anna had rounded them up and he wasn’t exactly sure why she had chosen who she did. He understood why Jordan Summers and Zack Howlett were there, but why the others? He figured Ethan Frost would have came since it was his sister who was in danger. But instead his friend had chosen rather new members of their fight against I.K.S.P. “Newbies” was the nicest thing he could think of to call them. Each of them had no past with the hellhole at all. They were simply mutants that had joined along the way for whatever reason. The plane was very quiet, Savor noticed as his cat ears twitched. They were all dressed in almost the same outfits, having a new uniform so they would know when someone was on their side when they ran into them. It had been Anna’s idea and he figured it sounded better in her head than when she had spoken it. The boys were dressed in black denim pants that were a semi-tight fit on their legs, a thin dark gray tank top with a black leather jacket over it, black leather boots that stopped a bit short of their knees, and a dark gray belt that hung a bit on their hips. It was all Anna’s design and he had to give her credit for coming up with it. It was certainly.... creative. On the belt was a spot where one knife was sheathed on their right, and a strap that held their communicators to their belts on their left. The girls’ wasn’t that different. The only difference was that instead of pants, they wore a short black denim skirt over dark gray leggings that fit tightly to their legs. It wasn’t really to his liking but it worked and as long as it was in his size, he was fine with it. Lightly resting his head on Techna’s shoulder, his tired eyes threatened to close and his brain threatened to fall asleep. For probably the thousandth time, he found himself thinking about Crimson and picturing his face. He hadn’t seen the albino in awhile. He rarely saw any ex-members of his old team save his girlfriend. He missed his team and couldn’t even remember why they had broken up. Now he wasn’t part of any real team. He was just labeled as a hero. In their fight, there wasn’t really any teams. They were one big team without a real name. They just called themselves warriors and that wasn’t even a name. Course, they didn’t need a name. They knew who they were, that was all that mattered when talking about the subject. He bit down gently on his lower lip, nervous about being in Salem again. He and the others had left with only simple notes stating their reasons for going. It wasn’t really a formal goodbye to be honest. He missed everyone there and wondered if much had changed. It hadn’t been that long since they had left, but he for one knew that much could happen in a short amount of time. Plus he wasn’t honestly sure how much time had passed since they had left. All he knew was that he would soon be turning sixteen.[/center][/blockquote] {Samantha Munro}" life’s a dance, you learn as you go. " The Real DealName: Briana “Anna” Lee Izumi. Codename: Sonic. Age: sixteen. Gender: female. Hair: dark brown, styled straight and goes a little past her shoulders Eyes: hazel Weight: 102lbs Height: 5’3” Physical Description:Anna is thin, slender, and curvy. She has been described as boney by some people but her body is actually not boney at all. She has hazel eyes that change to red and dark brown hair that changes to white when she uses her powers. Her skin is pale from lack of sunlight and her body is littered with small scars from her past, which she doesn’t like to explain. " sometimes you lead. " The Important ThingsParents: Kris Izumi(mother) and Rick Izumi(father) Sibling(s): Vanessa Izumi(older twin sister), Erin Davidson(younger half-brother), and Toby Davidson(older half-brother) Other: no one she keeps in contact with Weaknesses:—stubborn —possibly a little too trusting —bottles her emotions up —not very athletic at all —can be quite lazy at times Strengths:—loyal to her friends and allies —a vast imagination —hand to hand combat —natural leader —good at listening when needed Likes:—animals, nature and any out-door activities —hanging out with her friends —learning new things —playing basketball, though she’s not the best at it Dislikes:
[/b] —getting hurt —cities, pollution, and crowds —when someone ignores her —when her friends are hurting or in trouble " sometimes you follow. " See this Mask?Powers:Anna’s powers seemed to have completely changed for reasons she doesn’t know. She figures they’ve simply evolved. Her main mutation now is what can be described as a sonic scream, banshee wail, whatever you like to call it. She can let out a scream of basically invisible energy that can harm someone, knock them off their feet, send them flying, or simply deflect an attack. It takes a lot out of her and afterwards leaves her with a sore throat and at times she has lost her voice because of it. Her secondary mutation is a branch off of a super intelligence. Just by looking at someone, she can “profile” them by reading their body language and information just pores into her head. She isn’t always right, which is why her power is closer to being a very good guesser than a super intelligence. She can guess a variety of stuff, like what is wrong with a person emotionally to the name of someone’s family member or lover. Side-Affects:She isn’t sure why but when she uses her scream, her hair turns a snow white and her eyes turn blood red. It always leaves her with a sore throat and has been known to take her voice away at times. As far as she knows there is no side-affect to her secondary mutation, though one may come up later in her life. Control:Anna’s control of her secondary mutation is a two because she can’t always control when she “reads” someone and guesses. Sometimes her mouth just opens and the words form. Also, if she looks at someone and tries to make a guess, nothing comes to her mind at times depending on the person and if they’re good at hiding things like how they’re feeling, etc. Her control of her scream is at a four currently. She can use it at will, but she can’t always control how strong it is and has once harmed someone she was simply trying to knock down. Group: hero Roleplay Example:Briana Izumi fiddled with her communicator with one hand, dressed in the girls’ uniform she had designed and a friend had made. She wasn’t the biggest fan of flying but it was the quickest way to Salem from their “base” in the Bermuda Triangle. It technically wasn’t really a base, but it belonged to Mal Flemmington and was large enough to house them as their numbers kept increasing. She hadn’t really packed anything, not having had to the time. She had just landed from Kenya when she gathered the others and hopped onto the plane to Salem. Recently she had learned that Danielle Frost had gone missing in the Salem area and had gathered a team to go find her. She wasn’t even sure why she picked who she had, but she figured she had had a good reason. Something wasn’t right, though. The last time Danielle had checked in, the girl had been in Italy and then suddenly her communicator went off line in Salem? She continued thinking of possibilities of what it could be. The situation was most likely a trap for them, but she still had to take a risk just in case. Plus, in order for it to be a trap someone would have had to hack into their heavily protected computers and if so, she wanted to know who. Anna shifted in her seat, wishing she had brought a book. She glanced over at Catsca, Zack, and Jordan, knowing for a fact that they were nervous about this. There was a chance they could run into someone from Xavier’s and if that happened, they wouldn’t know what to do. She knew what she would do, though. If she knew the person she would say hi and then say she had something to take care of and leave. It was simple really and in her opinion the three boys were over-thinking it. So what if someone possibly asked why they had left? All they had to do is explain and that person would hopefully shut up on the topic. And in all honesty, she couldn’t see their reasons for what they did as anyone’s business unless of course that person was affected negatively by what they had done and she highly doubted anyone from the Institute had been affected negatively by them leaving. Putting her communicator back where it belonged on her belt, Sonic turned her eyes onto Mal, who was coming with them. It was his plane after all. She wasn’t sure why he had left the Institute, but was glad he had. He helped them out with his money whenever he could, since very few of them were rich. Though she usually did like to rely on money, she knew when it was needed. They couldn’t feed themselves without money, so it was certainly needed. Mal also gave them means of transportation from one country to another and had even paid for several of them to get passports. The I.K.S.P. kids automatically had passports just in case that hellhole decided to send them to another country on a mission. She, on the other hand, had not owned a passport, but now she did. Now she could travel the world, helping and saving as many kids trapped at that school as she could.[/center][/blockquote] {} {Melinda Shanker}" when all we know are lies, what is the truth? " The Real DealName: Techna Jasmine Garcia Codename: N/A Age: sixteen. Gender: female. Hair: dark brown Eyes: brown Weight: about 90lbs Height: 5’0” Physical Description: Techna is small, thin and slender. Her body type allows her to be somewhat flexible in a fight. She isn’t that athletic and muscular considering she usually stays out of a fight. She has long, straight dark brown hair and glittering brown eyes. She is somewhat short, standing at about five feet tall and weighs around ninety pounds. Her skin is a brown color, but that is only her outward appearance. In some places, like her arms, hands, legs, feet, and around her waist, if you were to pull back her skin you would find robotics. The young mutant is actually half-cyborg, as a result of her parents experimenting on her and wanting her to become more like a machine and thus causing her to lose most of her memories. Her skin is easily broken up but the metal underneath is hard to scratch. The metal in her is not adamantium(sp?), but it’s very close. " say you’ll never leave me . " The Important ThingsParents: all she remembers are faint images of her parents, no names. Sibling(s): none that she remembers. Other: she doesn’t remember any of them. Weaknesses:—water —doesn’t know when to keep her mouth shut —can be over-protective of her friends —a bit untrusting —not very athletic at all Strengths:—hand to hand combat(if she has to fight, she’s not that bad at it) —book smart —a very good listener; pays attention all the time when someone is speaking —very polite —street smart Likes:—hanging out with her friends —programming computers —dating Catsca —helping her friends Dislikes:
[/b] —water —I.K.S.P. —storms —her friends hurting or being in trouble " tell me something I don’t know. " See this Mask?Powers:Techna's first power is the ability to talk with and control machines. It takes a high level of concentration to control machines so she often doesn't do that and sticks to just talking with them. Though machines are not alive, they seem to have a voice of their own to her and she must ask their permission before controlling them. Her second power is that of a super-genius. She is as smart as a computer and is often giving out random facts just to spark a conversation. Anything that can be found on the web or in a computer or any machine for that matter, she seems to know. Side-Affects:Because of her powers and because of the machinery in her(she also has some wires in her brain and wires running along her veins), she cannot get wet or else she will “short circuit”. Control: three Group: hero. Roleplay Example:Techna Garcia leaned back against the chair, staring out the plane’s window. She had gladly taken the window seat since she knew Catsca was afraid of heights. She smiled when she felt her boyfriend’s head rest against her, gently running a hand through his hair. She smirked when her hand reached one of his cat ears and she scratched it, watching the ear twitch and flick. She would have called him “kitten” but that was the nickname Crimson had given him and thus he would associate it with the albino, not with her. She would only bring him sadness if she used that pet name. He missed his boyfriend and she could tell. Sighing, she gently grasped one of his hands and laced their fingers together. She just wanted to make him happy, but lately she couldn’t figure out how. They were practically winning against the Institute for Kids with Special Powers yet he was always so serious and depressed. She honestly doubted there was anything she could do to help him. [/center][/blockquote]

{ Famke Janssen } " quote here. " The Real DealName: Jean Grey-Summers Codename: Phoenix Age: Gender: Male, Female, Both, Other, Unknown. Hair: Red Eyes: Green Weight: 110 lbs Height: 5’6” Physical Description:" quote here. " The Important ThingsParents:Charles Xavier (father figure), Sibling(s): Brothers, Sisters. Other: Aunt, uncle, cousin. Weaknesses: 5+ Strengths: 5+ Likes: 4+ Dislikes:
[/b] 4+ " quote here. " See this Mask?Powers:Jean possesses the mutant abilities of telepathy and telekinesis. Through the Phoenix Force, she is able to amplify these powers to a virtually unlimited extent. The Phoenix Force is also able to manifest itself as a fiery corona in the shape of a bird that surrounds her body. She rarely, if ever, taps into the Phoenix’s powers, however. Because at times she cannot control the power, she fears it is too dangerous and prefers sticking to her original, un-amplified telepathy and telekinesis. Side-Affects:When summoning the Phoenix’s power, it manifests around her in the shape of a large, flaming bird. Because she has been chosen as the host of the Phoenix Force, an alternate personality has been created within her that has little to no emotions. Control:Without using the Phoenix Force, her control lies around a nine, but with the Phoenix Force amplifying her powers, her control drops to around a five or six. Group: Former X-Man Roleplay Example: The woman with long, red hair like flames and dazzling green eyes was recognizable by most people—mutants and humans alike. Tales of the omega-level mutant dressed in scarlet leather were told from the richest Stark International building to the filthiest of the Morlock’s sewer homes. Voices, both young and old, spoke of how she had killed so many, like Charles Xavier, and come close to killing others, like Scott Summers. In the underground world of crimes and black markets, there were rumors that she had helped start the Institute for Kids with Special Powers along with two men known as Steve and Zane. They were just rumors, though, and only four people knew whether it was true or not. Two of those four were her.
Confused yet?
She was two beings that shared one body. She was a coin that was constantly being flipped over. On one side was Jean Grey, the beautiful, graduated student of Charles Xavier that majored in psychology. She was one of the original X-Men and ex-wife to Scott Summers. She wouldn’t really hurt a fly unless it harmed her friends and family. She was a brilliant mutant with telepathic and telekinetic powers. She was also the host of the Phoenix Force. The other side of the coin was more jagged and rough than the smooth, clean Jean Grey. This side was willing to harm and even destroy anyone who stood in her way. This was who had killed Charles Xavier and so many others, yet she took hardly any of the blame. She had invaded Jean Grey’s body, so the mutant took all the blame that belonged to the foreign being.
The Phoenix was one of the many names for the being. She had limitless power and strength, which she used freely. After years of being suppressed by Charles Xavier, she had finally gotten the strength to break free and take control of her host’s body. After that, Xavier and his puppets known as the X-Men kept getting in her way, so it was obvious that she had to take care of them. She had made Jean watch from a deep corner of her mind as she took the life of the woman’s beloved teacher and almost taken the life of her husband. If only Jean hadn’t gotten in the way.
Somehow, the telepath had been able to take back control of their body. She managed to spare her husband’s life, but instead of staying at the Institute and continuing her life with the man, she had left. She couldn’t risk more of her friends and family getting harmed at the Phoenix’s hands. Her last words to her husband was for him to live, and she also encouraged him to have a romantic relationship with Emma Frost, despite knowing he had had an affair with the blonde. She knew he would be happier if he moved on and forgot her, even if everyday her heart ached with the fact that she had pushed him into another woman’s arms.
Jean Grey would never forget all that she had left behind at Xavier’s Institute. She had left two children behind, but had tried to watch over them. One grew up with his father in the Canadian wilderness; she didn’t know what became of the other. Because of the Phoenix, she had never been able to visit her children, and knew that they could become future hosts for the Phoenix Force. She couldn’t let her children go through what she had, so she kept Phoenix happy by giving her control often. After many long years with the alien, she became almost one with it. She knew she was close to gaining control over the Phoenix Force, but what would be the point of that? If she gained control, she would be able to return, but return to where? To Scott, where he was in love with another woman who loved him back? To Logan, whom she had only had romantic feelings with for a short period of time? To her children that had never known her face? She had nowhere to go and no one to go to.
So it was only natural that when she fully linked herself with the Phoenix Force and became “Phoenix” that she would leave Earth. After being resurrected yet again from death, she allowed the Phoenix Force to move her to the higher reality known as the White Hot Room. And there she stayed for years, though they felt like eternities. Occasionally she had the option of going back to Earth to check up on those she cared about, but she often declined without a second thought. What right did she have to return after causing them so much pain? Well, technically the Phoenix had caused them all that pain. But would they understand her problem? Would they understand that the Phoenix and Jean Grey were two separate beings?
Even if they did, she doubted she could ask that of them. To be accepted back would be the best thing that could happen to her, but would she want to go back? Things would never be the same. Charles no longer ran the school, she knew that the hard way.

Bobby felt around, trying to find something for his hands to grasp. He could hear the faintest sound of wind moving water in small little waves. Was he near some sort of body of water? He felt around the ground with his bare feet, having refused to wear shoes since he could no longer use his “sensing” power. The collar around his neck prevented him from using any of his powers, so he was no completely blind. He had been trying to find his way back inside the Institute, but obvious had gotten lost. He was unaware that he was near Breakstone Lake, which was found along the northern edge of the Institute’s property. It was beautiful with clear blue water, but of course the teenager did not have the privilege of seeing such beauty. He could only imagine what such sights looked like from explanations he had gotten from his friends. Even then, he wasn’t sure if he pictured them correctly. He didn’t know what the color blue looked like, or even white. He couldn’t name a thing to save his life.
Robert felt into the pocket of his sweatshirt and brought out a small eye-dropper. To anyone else it would look like simple eye medication, but he knew it wasn’t. It was something his father had invented, to bring his sight back. Apparently he had been born with his sight but something had caused him to lose it at such an early age that he didn’t even remember. His feet his against something wooden. A pier maybe? He slowed down his pace and took the small container out of his pocket. He moved it around a few times, rolling it in his hand. His mind memorized the feel of it, the specific groves and shape of it that were unique to the small container. He took a step, but instead of finding solid ground again, he found himself falling. He soon felt the cold breath of water as his body hit the lake. He opened his mouth as the cold water stung against his skin, only to have some of it rush into his body. Crap! Crap! Crap! He wasn’t afraid of the water, but this reminded him of a way I.K.S.P. tortured or “experimented” on you. With all his strength, he pushed his body to the surface where he coughed out some water.
“Shit!” the blonde snarled as he twisted his body around several times in the water and grasped at the surface. Where was the container?! He knew it would be floating, since it was almost as light as a feather, but where? He swam around, feeling the surface of the water for it. He dove underwater once just in case but soon surfaced. He coughed, feeling some water still in his lungs. He felt his heart start to beat faster in his chest, fear creeping into him. He wasn’t sure why he was afraid, though. He was fine in the water and could swim very well. He wasn’t like Catsca or Crimson, who both had a fear of water. Course Crimson was better at hiding it and dealing with it than Catsca. As far as he knew, he was the only one who knew about the albino’s fear, which was nice. It meant that the third in command trusted him. The blind teenager felt around for the pier or something solid, unaware that he had swam basically into the middle of the lake. His hands closed and grasped only water. He heard a small, quiet whimper and realized that the sound had come from himself.

Team: Rebels Location: Outside Salem, New York
He stood on the side of the road, next to where his motorcycle was parked. His helmet was still on his head as he knelt down to see what was wrong. He had been riding smoothly, making good time, until his motorcycle had broken down. He had no clue as to why it had broken down, and he doubted he could figure it out. Mechanics was one of the classes he was probably failing at his high school. Then again, there was a high chance he was failing almost all of his classes. He hated having a learning disability, but he was no longer sure if he still had it or was using it as an excuse. He seemed to use a lot of excuses, no matter how hard he tried not to.
Sighing to himself, the sixteen year old mutant stood up straight and looked around. The road was just outside of Salem, yet was obviously hardly ever used. Trees were crowded together on both sides and the teenager could barely see the city. He felt uncomfortably vulnerable. As far as he knew, he was alone and could be attacked any second. He no longer had to worry about I.K.S.P. trying to capture him and take him to their branch in Russia. Instead, he now had to worry about the organization finding him and killing him. It appeared as if he had outgrown his usefulness to the evil hellhole he had grown up at. Now, they simply wanted to kill him and his friends.
He didn’t plan on letting that happen, though.
But what was there he could do? He might have been a trained weapon, but he always felt incomplete. There was almost an entire year of his life that he couldn’t remember. He often tried to remember as hard as he could, but the memories stayed locked within a vault that he didn’t have the code for. Those memories must not have been that important, though, if he had easily forgotten them. He figured remembering them wouldn’t change much in his life, so he had recently basically given up on remembering. His memories wouldn’t make him a better leader, a hero, and they certainly wouldn’t make him any less a weapon and more human.
There were some memories the boy wished he could forget. He didn’t want to remember all the torture and pain he had gone through at I.K.S.P. He most certainly did not want to remember witnessing his girlfriend’s death and being unable to save her. As much as he hated those memories, he knew they made him stronger. Or at least they were supposed to make him stronger. All he saw was himself getting weaker. If he could really consider Sophia and the others as family, then he knew he would be the disgrace of his family.
Sure, he knew when to take something seriously and when to act mature. But his faults always seemed to outweigh his perks. He had somehow gotten into the habit of smoking—which he never did in front of one of his friends or teachers—and had already dabbled into drinking, just beer though. Still, he wasn’t proud of himself yet he couldn’t stop himself. He was only sixteen yet his life was already spiraling down. He had a major case of depression that was medical, so pills couldn’t help him. His arms were even littered with scars from times when he had cut himself. In his eyes, he was weak and pathetic. He felt like there was nothing he could do to change, so why should he try to? What did he have to live for? Himself? His friends? His “family”?
The teenage leader had already tried to start over once before. That had been when he had left his old team, the X-Force. He hadn’t planned on starting a new team, but somehow he had run into his new teammates and started the Rebels. He had also taken on a codename for the first time, Blaze. It had a nice ring in his mind and he figured it fit his mutant powers, even just the tiniest bit. He had the ability to shoot a red optic blast from his eyes at will, though he didn’t have complete control of it. He used to require special glasses and a visor in order to retract the blasts back into his eyes, but now he no longer needed to. He still kept the red sunglasses that held a message engraved on them. No matter what, I love you and then a phone number. At first, he had figured it had been from his girlfriend, but that wasn’t her style when it came to telling him she loved him. So who was it from?
With the sunglasses, came almost memories he had forgotten. When he put them on and looked down to see the message, he felt regret, anger, sadness, and guilt. He saw glimpses of a man’s face and a woman’s face, as well as a building. They were blurred and fuzzy so he couldn’t make them out. Pushing all that aside, he took his helmet off, revealing short brown hair and baby blue eyes that belonged to Scott Summers but were found on him. He was the man’s clone, but he didn’t think of himself as Scott’s son. As far as he could remember, he had never even laid eyes on Scott Summers. Plus, who would want a genetic freak turned weapon in their family?
He figured no one would.
Putting on his sunglasses and looking at the number, he found himself taking his cell-phone out and dialing the number in. He couldn’t bring himself to call the number. Who would be picking up? Would he recognize the voice? Would he know the person? Butterflies flew in his stomach as he started to call the number, placing the phone to his ear. Whoever had written the message apparently loved him, if the message was really for him. So maybe whoever had written it wouldn’t mind helping him out? He would be on edge, though. If he didn’t recognize the voice, then he wouldn’t entirely trust the person, but he would have to keep an open mind. After all, he needed help to get back to Salem. He had felt the need to run away from the city, but now it appeared to be dragging him back in. It held a sort of darkness to it that he couldn’t pinpoint.
A darkness that actually seemed to frighten the boy known as Jordan Summers.

Catsca felt a little hurt when he was shoved away by Crimson, but of course he wouldn’t admit to that. He raised an eyebrow and made a face when Crimson licked the blood off the knife, only to feel something jab into his side, which he guessed was Kenicka’s elbow. He walked over to the albino and helped hold him up by putting his arms around the other boy’s waist and making him lean against him. He figured his third in command would refuse the help, so he made sure to give him a look that basically said he would help him whether the white-haired boy liked it or not. The fact that Crimson was asking if Bobby could heal bones must have meant he had broken a bone. The teenage leader opened his mouth to ask if the albino was really alright but closed it, figuring he would just get ignored. He felt his heart pound inside his chest at the closeness between him and Crimson, hoping in the back of his mind that he wouldn’t be asked to let go, at least not soon.
***
Kenicka dusted off Bobby’s shoulders, before patting his head and then elbowing Catsca in the ribs when he made some sort of face. “Have some manners,” she quietly snarled into the boy’s ears. She watched as he wrapped his arms around Crimson to help the albino, though she knew he had ulterior motives whether he was aware of them himself or not. He liked Techna, he really did, but she could tell he also liked Crimson and liked the boy a lot. She couldn’t help wondering if he would ever tell the white-haired boy and if so, what he would do about Techna. Could someone really love two different people? She wondered how Techna would feel about it. The girl would probably say she would be fine with it, but she was too nice for her own good. It would hurt her. What girl or even guy wouldn’t it hurt? The fiery-red haired girl’s eyes went onto her boyfriend--- Bobby. Her mind tried to imagine what it would be like if he loved her along with someone else. She knew she wouldn’t like it. The seventeen year old girl had a selfish side when it came to the blonde and wanted him all to herself. She turned her eyes to Crimson before looking back at Catsca, wondering if the cat-like boy knew what he would get himself into if he really did fall for two different people.
***
Bobby blinked at Crimson’s question, his powers sensing the younger teen as he moved and his silhouette appearing in the blind boy’s “sight”. He thought about the question, vaguely noticing Kenicka pat his head. “I...I might be able to. I’ve never tried, but it’s worth a shot, right?” he asked as he walked over to where he saw Catsca and Crimson’s silhouettes and reached out a hand. “Guide my hand to your injury, it just needs to hover over wherever is injured.” He had never tried to heal bones before, but he knew it was a possibility. He remembered his dad saying something, before he died of course, about the blonde’s powers. He had said something like eventually he’d be able to cure anything. Of course, he wouldn’t be able to fully cure something but with cancer, for example, he would be able to reduce the amount of cancer cells in the body, heal a little bit each day. There had to be a full twenty-four hours in-between each time he used his powers on a single person. With more than one person, there had to be only one hour between each of them. He waited for Crimson to guide his hand, mentally praying to God that his powers would help and be of use.

To say he was ticked would have been an understatement. Tyler had snuck out of the Institute with the little money he had left in hopes of buying something cool. He was dressed in a black sweatshirt which he had zipped up so it hid the collar around his neck over a silver tank-top, dark denim jeans, and black sneakers. He had his hair in its usual style but covered by his hood, which he had currently up with his hands in the pockets of his sweatshirt. He had surprisingly chosen to walk, despite hating the slow movement. He figured he would end up spending his money on something to eat and then just speed over to some places and check them out. He didn’t mind using his powers in public, despite all the mutant haters he knew existed. He wasn’t allowed to use his powers, though, partly because of the collar around his neck but mainly because Catsca had ordered it. His powers were to be only used when needed, and that did not include joy-riding all throughout New York.
Golden Hurricane felt someone reach into his back pocket and went to make them stop when he felt something slam into his back and staggered forward. What the hell?! he mentally hissed as he looked up at the girl just in time to see her speed away. Oh hell no was he going to let her get away. She had super speed, but two could play at that game. He steadied his footing and started running after her, the collar around his neck beeping a few times before sending minor shock waves throughout his body. The strength of the shocks increased as his speed increased. He ignored the pain, though, like he had done many times before. He was a hero, or well a hero-in-training, and was not about to let this girl get away that easily. Soon the boy could only be seen as a blur as he zoomed after the girl, leaving behind a faint golden streak in the air that disappeared shortly after.

Name: Skylar LeBeau Nickname: Sky Age: sixteen Gender: male Clone Of: Remy LeBeau aka Gambit Squad: X-Force Codename: N/A Last Seen: New Orleans
Generating Picture.... He revved the motorcycle up, getting ready to jump. He gained speed, soon riding on only the back wheel. He frowned, seeing a blockade of police cars in front of him. Using one hand to steer, he bit the tip of a finger and pulled the glove off. He stuffed the leather piece of clothing into his pocket, drawing closer and closer to the blockade. He touched the handle of the bike, the vehicle beginning to glow a mixture of yellow and orange as his flames covered it. When he was closest to the blockade, he made his move. He jumped off of his bike and took out a metal stick. With a click, it lengthened into a pole and he used it to push himself over a police car. At the same time, his powers took control of the motorcycle, causing it to explode and the ruble to fall onto the police men and their vehicles. He kicked open an entrance to the sewers and hopped in, leaving a flaming playing card behind him for the cops.
Skylar [/blockquote] Name: Scar Marie Nickname: N/A Age: fifteen Gender: female Clone Of: Anne Marie aka Rogue Squad: X-Force Codename: N/A Last Seen: Miami
Generating Picture.... She walked down the beach, the sunlight bouncing of the parts of her pale skin that weren't covered by her dark clothing. She put the hood of her costume up and stuffed her hands into the pockets of her jacket. People looked her way, but they didn't speak. They minded their own business as she minded her's. She just needed to clear her head and stop having to always be on the run. She was sick of being hunted, of being a "fugitive". There was a war going on and most people knew nothing about it. Those who did, were most likely not on her side. She continued walking, only to hear someone shout "hey you! Stop!" A groan slipped through the mutant as she turned around to look. Miami PD. She turned back around and ran. If they caught her, they would turn her back to the Hell she had escaped. The cops shouted at her again, starting to chase her. She refused to use her powers, knowing the mental strain that came with them.
Instead, she would improvise. She had a knife strapped to her belt as well as a fully loaded gun. She took her gun out and turned around, running backwards. She fired her shots, her trained shooting hitting the cops either in the leg or the foot. It would stop them, but not kill them. She knew she could kill them if she wanted to, but she wasn't the murdering vigilante that hellhole and the news made her out to be. She was a hero, or at least trying to be. Vigilante? Maybe. Murder? No. Fugitive? Apparently yes. With that she ran up the beach to where the cars were parked. She went to break a window of a car to get in, when suddenly something hard hit the back of her head. She fell forward, hitting the car and sliding to the ground as her world blackened.
[/blockquote] Scar [/blockquote] Name: Alishia Monroe Nickname: Ally, Al Age: fifteen Gender: female Clone Of: Ororo Monroe aka Storm Squad: X-Force Codename: Lightning Last Seen: Chicago
Generating Picture.... She walked down the street, turning the eyes of men since she was dressed in her costume, which was a tight fit. Her costume was the only outfit she owned anymore. She had given everything else away for money for food. Things seemed to be spinning into a living hell yet again, she thought. They never should have left the Institute, let alone gone back to the hellhole in California and destoryed it. The team had gotten separated after that and they soon found themselves being hunted. She'd thought several times about returning to the Institute, a place her leader and a few other members of the team had called home. Her? She hadn't really considered it home. Ororo Monroe had been there and she had stayed away from the woman, afraid she might disappoint her. She had been made to be exactly alike to the woman, but the scientists couldn't predict her personality or anything about her. They simply changed her looks to be as close to Ororo's as possible. She was nothing like the woman, though. She was nearly as brave nor as strong. She felt like a disappointment and because of that had been unable to walk up to her and even say "hello".
Now she was afraid. She doubted a hero like Ororo ever was so afraid in her life. She didn't know if I.K.S.P. was helping the authorites yet, but she knew if they were, her face had probably already been all over the television. They said she was a murderer, making up lies about her killing people with the rest of her team. She just hoped that if anyone at the Institute saw, they wouldn't believe it. People had recorded blury, bad-quality videos using their cell phones that did make the team of mutants look like they were trying to kill someone. Luck was certainly not on their side.
"Hey mutant," she heard someone call out. She turned around. The police, great. Just what she needed...not. She couldn't fight the police. It would just make her look bad. They had faught the police before, but they quickly learned. They certainly learned more quickly than if they had been at a simple training session at the Institute. Instead, her eyes glowed and her skin crackled with lightning but she called forth the wind and commanded it to pick up it's pace. She closed her eyes, pulling a deep and heavy fog into the city. With the fog settled in, she slipped out of sight and into the sewers, making her escape. She needed to get to New York, knowing that was where the team would meet up and re-group.
[/blockquote] Alishia [/blockquote] Name: Connor Drake Nickname: N/A Age: sixteen Gender: male Clone Of: Bobby Drake aka Iceman Squad: X-Force Codename: Freeze Last Seen: Manhattan
Generating Picture.... He hated how hot it was here. He felt like making himself a chair made out of ice and just sitting in it, but he wouldn’t. He pulled his hat down a bit, shadowing his eyes as he leaned back against the bus seat he currently sat in. He wasn’t going anywhere specific. He just needed to get as close to Xavier’s Institute as he could without coming too close to the property. When they got lost, the team agreed they’d always meet up there. So far he had used his last dollar on the bus, having had to pay for meals before that. He couldn’t believe the situation they were in. It was ridiculous! All they had wanted to do was sneak back to the hellhole in California and make sure it could never hurt anyone ever again. His leader had called him and his teammates Scar and Skylar up and told them that they were planning an attack on the hellhole. The plan had gone almost perfectly. He knew they would have made the teachers at the Institute proud and would have proved them wrong. Their timing had been the problem. The news had been there to cover the place as being one of Earth’s greatest blessings. A load of crap. And the reporter just so happened to have seen the team run out before the building crumpled.
Now life was hell all over again. Everyone had been alerted to look out for a group of teenage mutant terrorists. That was one of the reasons they had split up. Now he thought they had made a mistake. They were still just learning, though. Sure they were trained, but there was always room for more learning, that he knew. Suddenly, he looked up, the bus driver having stopped abruptly. Someone had the news showing on his cell phone and was pointing at him. He narrowed his eyes and soon saw his picture on the guy’s phone. “Shit!” he hissed as he quickly stood up. A few men stood as well and made an attempt at grabbing him. He quickly froze their legs where they stood and got off the bus, actually glad it had stopped.

Zack: -he stopped in his tracks, looking back at where they had just been with the others, surprised to see they had already walked quite some distance from it-...I'm not doubting whether I'd be good enough for that team...I'm doubting whether I want to be a part of it -he answered, his voice completely serious- I don't want to sign up for something that would make me have to kill people. if there's a chance I'd be ordered to kill someone then--then count me out...-he looked back at Bobby, having never really expressed his feelings to anyone else before, not even his father.- the X-Men are my heroes, at least they used to be. I convinced my dad to enroll me here 'cause I wanted to be heroes like them. they aren't what you'd expect though -he dropped his gaze to the ground, letting go of Bobby's hand and rubbing his own arm out of habit- my first day here, and Scott freaks out-- apparently terrified of my mom. my mom's Jean Grey, though and he's afraid of the Phoenix. I don't think anyone gets how different those two are. they're like two different people sharing one body; they're not the same person. that was a crappy welcome to this place, considering I thought Scott was going to be the strong leader of the X-Men I was told he was. my dad would tell me stories about the X-Men and though he and Scott fought a lot, he respected the man as a good leader. then to top it off, the first words my sister-- Laura --says to me, can't remember word for word, is that basically the X-Men killed people and well let's just say that changed my view on my heroes. -he took a deep breath and slowly let it out- I came here to learn how to be a hero, to save humans and mutants alike. not some vigilante that takes the law into his own hands and kills every bad guy he sees. I want to be a hero, not a murderer. I thought the X-Men always tried to find another way besides killing. yet I think it was Emily who said to kill anyone we see from that gang and my sis just went along with it. I don't care if the X-Men are no more! they have no right to kill people, to pass judgment on them! -he said, pointing a hand back at the building they had previously been at- that makes me sick! I honestly don't know how they sleep. I killed Jordan and he's back to life, but it haunts me. I can't sleep at night because of it sometimes. I just--maybe I was wrong to think so highly of the X-Men, but the impressions I got were based off of stories my dad had told me when I was younger and my dad never twisted a story. he told me like it was no matter how young I was. -he sighed, figuring he was talking too much- just...is it too much to ask for them to be even at least a little bit like I always imagined they were?

First off, here is Ishi. She is my first ever character on the site and the name I go by, unless you prefer to call me "Tiger". She is the daughter of Chameleon and Misfit. Her powers are teleportation, shape-shifting into any human-like being, and mentally being able to speak with animals. Along with her powers, she uses her sword, Kage. Now the name of her sword is Japanese for "shadow" as her name (( Ishi )) is Japanese for "stone". That is where she get's her codename from. She is known as Stone or Stone Alice, which ever you prefer to call her. Her sword was said to be made in the flames of Hell and is made out of pure shadows that can take on a solid form. She was raised by Gregory Kishie but ran away after he experimented on her. He litarally strapped her to a table and poked needles into her and that stuff. She used to have a black labrador retriever named Zen, who was her most loyal friend. One day while in the ghetto, searching for Gregory, the young half-alien ran into Harvey Napier. Harvey attacked her and ended up killing Zen. After that, she joined Rider's Deck in hopes of getting close to Harvey and then getting revenge, but now with Nebula on the move, her revenge is redirected to Gregory. She is hot tempered and angered very easily. She dislikes Cheyenne a lot after the Titan pulled several pranks on her and then hit on her. Her dislike has turned to hatred though as Cheyenne has recently kissed her (( found in "Ties of a Broken Heart" )). She is straight, which is one of the reasons why she turns Cheyenne down a lot, and currently has a crush on Joshua Wayne. I'd tell you about her future, but there is a lot to happen and I don't wanna give anything away. You can tell by the pictures how much her look has changed. I use Avril Lavigne to make her. Like most of my other characters, Ishi has the mark of the Golden Dragon on her. I'm not one-hundred percent sure at this moment, but I believe it is located on the back of her right shoulder. Next is Olivia Queen. She was my second ever character on the site. She grew up in the wealthy Queen family as has an older brother by the name of Jason. She ran away from home and ventured to Coalfield where she met Rider's Deck. The sorceress Cirna put her under her control and used her as a pawn. She convinced the teen archer to join the Teen Titans as a spy. She is known as Black Arrow, taking half of her mother's hero name (( Black Canary )) and half of her father's (( Green Arrow )). She can play stupid at times and isn't the brightest, but once she's got you in her grasp, well its hard to get out. Recently she was smoked out by Collin Wayne, a member of the Titans and sister to the leader of Young Justice (( Joshua Wayne )). She was shown as the spy and left the Titan's Tower, but not before blowing up her room, causing Travis Kent to protect Collin and almost die in the process. She is no longer under Cirna's control, but chooses to stay with Rider's Deck, feeling as if she has no where else to go. She has no ties to Nebula, but she knows very well that they are a threat to Rider's Deck. I use Ashley Tisdale with blonde hair to make her. Olivia also has the mark of the Golden Dragon on her. It is located wrapped around her left ankle. Next is my first villain on the site, Harvey Napier. He is the son of the Joker and brother of TX's character, Wildcard. He is the leader of my team called Rider's Deck. When he visited Coalfeild, California, the blonde ended up staying long than he had first thought and started Rider's Deck. He has a crush on Cirna, though he tries to hide it, pretending to be more professional around her. He is a smidge insane and that part of him shows up the most when he's "Jester", which is his codename. Jester can often be explained as his insane personality personified. When he's Jester, he speaks in third person a lot. One could even say that Jester is a completely different person from Harvey. They are one in the same, yet two completely different personalities. While Jester is power-hungry and seems to be in control of his life, Harvey is struggling with what's right and wrong and has even resulted to cutting himself. I am sure lot's of teens have thought about cutting themselves and even maybe some have, but I use Harvey to show them that it doesn't really help a thing. Most of my characters, I want to use to get some message across as well as getting a message across with my mini plans and my big plot for my characters. As stated by Harvey's thoughts in the thread "Second Thoughts" with Nick R., cutting himself hasn't helped the teenager at all. He still feels the same before and after he cuts himself. Harvey stated that the only reason he cuts himself is to punish himself for not knowing the answers to his questions, but remember there is a small part of "Harvey" that is insane. The only reason he's punishing himself is because he doesn't know what to do. He feels scared, confused, and alone in the world. Hopefully that will change with the fact that Nick Rivers (( account: Nick R. )) is now a "friend" of the teenage leader, though he's still not sure what the word "friend" truly means. I do have lot's of plans for Harvey. I won't get into any specifics, but I will tell you that he's pushed to the test. Out of everyone, he will be the one who stresses how much they need allies, and he will finally make a choice with which side he will be on. Will he become a hero or will he remain in the shadows as a villain? BTW, I use Jason Dolley to make Harvey. He too has the mark of the Golden Dragon on him. It is located on his back. Oh and it doesn't show up on his pictures, but he has red eyes. His looks are based off of my character, Harvey, who's in my series "The GX Alliance" that I write and he's in my roleplay with a friend of mine on youtube, except in that roleplay, that Harvey isn't the son of Joker and is bisexual, currently dating Rictor <3 Next is Cirna, my fourth character on the site. In all honesty, I am surprised I've remembered what order I got my characters up and active on here. She is the daughter of Circe and I used Britney Spears to make her. She has a crush on Harvey, though she tries to hide it (( just like him )) and attempts to keep their relationship prefesional. She is mainly skilled in several spells, including her seduction spell, "Aino", and her fire spell, "Ferna". She was the first to join Rider's Deck after Harvey started it, which is why she is second in command. She does all the house work at the apartment, though now she has Olivia and Ishi help her out as much as possible. She tries to help Harvey with everything he's going to, but her heart aches because she doesn't know what to do. She doesn't know why he keeps cutting himself and it is honestly starting to scare her. She's keeping quiet, but she wants to know that everything will be okay. The teenager sorceress (( Sorceress is actually her codename )) has never felt like this before and doesn't know what to do. She is loyal to Harvey and will follow any order he gives her. Whether he becomes a hero or stays a villain, she will follow him. Just like Harvey and Olivia, Cirna has no past experiences with members of Nebula. She too has the mark of the Golden Dragon on her. It is located on the palm of her left hand. Carlos is the fifth character I ever got up on the site and one of my favorites. Though I have not done much with him, he plays a key role in my plot/plan. He is the son of the Silver Banshee and has the same powers as his mother. He got his powers when his cousin interrupted a family ritual he was doing. Basically, on that day Carlos died and became Whisper (( his codename )). He has become a banshee/ghost, which is also how he got his snow white hair. Now, though, his powers are killing him every time he uses them. At first, he didn't know, he used his powers whenever he got the chance to. He loved phasing through objects and using his scream to age a tree or plant, not daring to try a human, afraid that he might kill them. Knowing that, it's hard to believe how he joined Rider's Deck and became a villain. He was confused at the time and didn't know what to do with his powers. So when he ran into Cirna and she offered him a spot on the team, he jumped at the offer and joined. After joining, he met Arthur (( the third member of Rider's Deck )). Almost instantly, the boy started flirting with Carlos, who claimed to be straight despite knowing for a fact that he's bisexual. He always pushed the plant-controlling teen away, even when he started developing feelings for him. When he was going to admit his feelings to Arthur, the two of them were sent on a mission back to Coalfield by Harvey (( this can be in a fanfic I can make, if y'all don't mind )). They were sent there to investigate Nebula and the significance of that place. They were attacked by some sort of lab monster and Arthur was severly injured (( his head blown off to be more exact o.O he's lucky he isn't human )). Watching his injuries reconstruct and heal themselves, the banshee finally realized what Arthur had always meant when he had called himself "non-human". He suddenly felt himself afraid of the teen, not knowing what to think about him. After healing, Arthur noticed and went to Carlos, pinning the young ghost against the wall of a building in an alleyway. He kissed his forhead and held him, telling him how he was like a little brother to him. Of course, hearing that didn't help Carlos one bit. In fact, it made his mood even worse. Returning back to Jump City, he watched as Arthur and Theodore (( Teddy, owned by Vivian )) flirted with each other. Feeling alone and left out, he went out on the town where he met Jeremy (( also owned by Vivian )). The two almost instantly clicked and started going out. A couple days after that, the white-haired banshee was walking on his own when he was pulled into an alleyway by Armando Milo. Milo and Natalie Scorn stood watch as Gregory Kishie (( Gregory, Armando, and Natalie were in town for only that day ))...well....raped him. It's a hard thing to admit to and he actually kept it secret from Jeremy for a few days. He almost collapsed on the front steps of the Rider's Deck apartment when Arthur opened the door and caught him. The members nursed him back to health, but couldn't heal the mental and emotional scares it left. Now, he has only a couple of days left to live as he is loosing control of his powers. He tells himself that he has a plan and that it will work, but even he is unsure. I use William Moseley for Carlos, my sweet and innocent banshee, and his mark of the Golden Dragon is located on the back of his left shoulder (( it is easily hidden and he's yet to show it to Jeremy or anyone else )).

(( kk :3 ))
Nicolas walked into the control room of the white streaked with red jet. The jet was currently in camoflauge mode since apparently Brainiac 6 was paranoid. The young robot was piloting the ship, while Arthur sat near the weapon controls. Roxan was with Scotty, sitting far away from any controls, as were David, Sabrina, Eclipse, Joy, Aki, Hawk, and Jessebella. 6 didn't really trust them with the controls, and thus didn't want them touching anything. The brunette sat down next to Eclipse, brushing his fingers across his blind twin's arm, letting him know he was there. The teen's eyes flickered in the direction of the touch, but he said nothing.
"Where are we going 6?" Jessebella asked as she pushed some strands of her white hair behind her ear.
The robotic boy's head turns, while his neck stayed the same. It was a strange sight, but the kids had gotten used to it somehow. It was as if they expected it. "Europe."
"Why are we leaving the United States?" Hawk asked, his hood covering his purple hair and the red traingle jewel on his forhead.
"We are going to meet someone who hopefully will help us out."
Arthur narrowed his eyes. "Oh? And who might it be?"
"If I told you, you would run away like a scared puppy with your vines between your legs."
The group of kids laughed as the plant's face flushed pink. He had an idea of who it might be, but he hoped he was wrong. "Do you want us to stay in these uniforms?" he gestured his hands to the kids and then himself and then Brainiac 6, who were all dressed in the same white and red uniforms. The uniforms were odd and even people in this time nor any other time didn't wear them.
"As long as you manage to keep your clothes on," Brainiac 6 stated bluntly as the plant's face went even brighter pink, "Then you should be fine." He steered the jet above a building and then stood up. "Okay, let's go."
Beep Beep Beep Be--
Slamming his hand down on the digital clock to shut off the alarm, Theodore groggily sat up, slightly swaying to the side as he ran his hand over his face. Groaning as he stretched his hands over his head, he swung his feet over the side of the bed, pushing the sheet off him as a pair of arms wrapped themselves around her shoulders. "Oh, must you really leave, darling?", asked the woman that was trying to pull him back into bed with her, kissing his shoulders in an attempt to convince him. A slight chuckle shook through the blonde as he closed his eyes, sighing with pleasure at the touch of her skin against his. He could feel the rush of his excitement course through his blood as her lips glided over his shoulder. Shuddering at the thrill, Teddy was almost willing to return to their bed, but he couldn't. He had already been late enough times and he couldn't risk it again. "You know I have to work, Julie.", he said in a low, quiet voice, hoping to hide the eagerness in his voice. A quiet growl of disappointment left his fiancee's lips as she pulled herself away, laying herself back down on the bed.
Glancing over his shoulder, smirking, Teddy slowly crawled back over to her, brushing his nose against her cheek. "I'll be back before you know it.", he whispered, kissing her cheek, but the brunette wanted more than that. The blonde immortal wasn't too surprised when he felt her lips against his, but it was the want in her actions that surprised him and turned him on. Quickly pulling away before it got to the point of no return, he gave Julie one last kiss on the forehead before standing up from the bed, pulling his shirt back on. Smiling at his fiancee as he turned to leave the room, Theodore's smile slipped into a frown as he climbed down the stairs. Why? Why did he still feel like this? He had the greatest woman in the world marrying him, and yet he still couldn't find himself to be happy. But, it didn't make any sense. He had all her wanted, so why did it feel like something was missing? He loved Julie, but was he truly in love with her? Teddy pause at the foot of the stairs as the thought crossed his mind, but he quickly dismissed it, figuring that he was just tired and over-thinking this at the moment.
Running his hand over his face, the blonde immortal looked at himself in the hallway mirror as he passed it, studying the face that stared back at him. His look had changed over the years, though his youth still stayed with him. His blonde hair was longer than it had been so many years ago, a few strands falling in front of his forehead and bright blue eyes. A dark, dirty-blonde beard and mustache had also grown in, though he made sure to keep it trimmed and well-kept. It wasn't anything too outrageous, just a little something to make him look at least a bit older. Turning away from the mirror, the immortal threw on his jacket as he picked up his briefcase, opening the door to their house. His eyes slowly looked over the white, snow covered streets of Glasgow, smiling at the sight of a group of young kids playing. Sharply inhaling the frosty winter air of Scotland, Theodore stepped out into the cold, continuing on his daily routine of the day.
Brainiac 6 took out a medium size touch pad and started pressing buttons. The small "team"-- if it could be called that --were on top of the building. Everyone every now and then glanced down before looking back at Brainiac 6, wondering what he was doing.
"This is a bad idea," Arthur said after a few minutes of being quiet. Brainiac looked up from his touch pad and cocked an eyebrow at his old friend. He hesitated, as if thinking of all the reasons why the half-plant would think this a bad idea. "He doesn't remember us, me for that matter!"
"Actually I never knew him well," 6 pointed out before returning to his touch pad.
"What if he follows the Order of Destiny?" Feral snarled as he clenched his hands into fists.
"Doesn't everyone?" Scotty asked as he blew some strands of his red hair out of his face.
"True...." Brainiac 6 chimed in as he turned his touch pad off and it shrunk in size, fitting perfectly in his back pocket. "So do not use your powers. The Order of Destiny has a law and anyone seen openly using powers must be arrested and executed."
"Woe woe woe!" Nicolas said, his jaw slight dropped. "As in killed?!"
"Yes," Brainiac replied quickly, "And we don't know how Theodore has changed, so no using your powers. He might just turn us in."
"Okay, so where is this Theodore?" Eclipse asked as Brainiac 6 walked up to the edge of the building.
"Right there," he pointed down as everyone looked. Arthur's eyebrows shot up and his eyes widened. "Now, lets climb down and comfront him....but try to do it nicely....."
"He looks.....older...."
"While you still look sixteen? Yes, that appears to be the case."
"You know what six? I hate it when you're blunt." ***
Arthur walked out from the alleyway, watching Theodore. He swallowed hard and took a step forward. "Ummm excuse me.....Mr. Savage?"
Sharply exhaling as he walked down the sidewalk, Theodore watched as the mist of his breath swirled in front of him, though his interest quickly shifted as a car went speeding by. There weren't too many cars in the city, most people going on foot since the snowfall this time of year was so heavy, but obviously not everyone agreed with that. The blonde immortal stopped at the intersection as a few more cars passed, placing his brief case on the ground for a moment as he cupped his hands together, breathing into them to warm them up. Damn, he should've brought his gloves with him. Picking up his black and brown briefcase as the street became clear of cars, he quickly crossed the road. Glancing down at his watch, he was grateful when he say that he might actually make it on time for once. Hell, he might actually be early. He was usually late to work, which didn't sit well with his boos, but he was one of his best employees so he gave him a bit more leash. Slightly chuckling as he kicked at a small pile of snow in front of an alleyway, the blonde immortal decided it would be okay to mess around a bit.
Theodore suddenly stopped at the sound of his name being called. Or, at least, his last name. Turning around as he looked for the one who called him, he was a bit surprised to see a teenage boy standing in front of him. The boy didn't seem familiar to him, yet something stirred in him like a feeling you get when you're trying to remember something from a dream. "Uh, yes? Can I help you?", he asked, slightly tilting his head to the side as he looked over the dark-haired kid. He didn't seem to be like the other kids that ran around the area, especially not during this season. Glancing down at his watch again, he figured he'd have enough time to help the kid as long as it was something simple. Maybe he just needed directions or something. "Is there something wrong? You lost, kid?", he asked kindly as he took a few steps towards the teen. But, as he did so, a sudden twinge of pain stabbed him in the back of the head. It was like that kind of pain when you got a headache for thinking about something too long. Rubbing the back of his head, Teddy hoped his facial expressions hadn't given away the fact that his head was hurting.
Arthur slightly winced when Teddy called him kid, but he reminded himself that the blonde immortal didn't remember him. He glanced back behind him to see the rest of the group in the shadows of the alleyway, well hidden. Brainiac 6 had his touch pad out again and was every now and then looking away from it to give the half-plant encouraging nods of his head. The dark-haired teen looked back over at his crush, biting down on his lower lip. He thought he saw pain flash on the blonde's face but pushed it off, figuring he was wrong.
"I-I need your help," Feral said nervously as he glanced back at the small group and have them a look that said he would handle this on his own. He looked back at Theodore. "I need your help, rescuing some old friends...." He ran a hand through his black streaked with green hair before turning his green eyes onto the ground. "....I also want to let you know.....I'm sorry I couldn't keep my promise, Teddy-Bear." He bit down hard on his lip as did Brainiac 6, who couldn't believe he had taken a risk with saying that, let alone called the immortal by the pet name he used to use. Unlike Arthur, Brainiac 6 had come to reality and faced the fact that the people they once knew probably had moved on-- Theodore Savage included in that. Arthur, on the other hand, didn't seem to want to admit that his old boyfriend had probably found someone else to love.
