Subject Facts Full Name: Bartholomew Henry Allen II Codename: Kid Flash Age: Teenager Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: Bart Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Teen Titans, Flash family
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: Like other speedsters, Bart has a connection to the Speed Force and is often considered a Speed Force Conduit. This connection grants him several abilities, such as: - Accelerated Healing: Bart heals faster than a normal human.
- Enhanced Senses: Thanks to the Speed Force, Bart's senses are able to keep up with his speed, perceiving his surroundings as fast as he runs and allowing him to react just as fast.
- Phasing: Bart's able to vibrate his molecules at a rate so fast that it allows him to phase through solid objects such as walls, though this can only be done in short bursts.
- Speed Force Aura: The Speed Force protects him, and anyone he's carrying, from the affects of whatever speed he's running at through an aura that it manifests around him. This also makes him more durable and harder to injure than a normal human, protecting him from kinetic impacts.
- Superhuman Stamina: Because of the Speed Force, Bart's stamina is boosted beyond human limits, though it's not unlimited. Eventually he runs out of energy and needs to rest.
- Superhuman Speed: The main ability of any speedster, Bart's able to run an inhuman speeds, and not just when he's running. This also comes with superhuman agility and superhuman reflexes.
- Vortex Creations: Bart can create vortices of air a couple of different ways. He can run in a circle or rotate his arms. Both actions have to be done at a high speed in order to funnel the wind into a vortex.
- Enhanced Mental Process: Bart's able to take in and process information mentally faster than normal humans. However unlike other speedsters, who eventually can forget the information they've taken in, Bart's natural photographic memory (mentioned below) allows him to remember.
- Electrokinesis: Bart's able direct the Speed Force Lightning and the natural electrical energy granted to him by the Speed Force. He can charge up a lightning bolt to throw or simply charge his hand with electricity and direct it straight into another person, such as when he used it to restart Jay Garrick's heart.
- Speed Scouts: Bart's able to create avatars of himself made out of energy, referred to as "scouts." He's able to send these scouts through the time stream. When they return, he's able to absorb their memories as his own.
- Speed Force Empathy: Because of their connection to the Speed Force, Bart is able to sense when another speedster is in trouble and will find himself drawn to that speedster's location.
Standard Abilities: Bart is unique from other speedsters in the fact that he has a photographic memory. He can remember everything he's heard, read, or seen. He can also learn languages easily because of this, though he is currently only fluent in English and Interlac. He's also skilled in basic hand-to-hand combat and has some knowledge on criminology, having taken classes when he was the Flash. Paraphernalia: A costume ring similar to the Flash's, which contains his Kid Flash costume. Subject Weaknesses: Though he can heal fast, Bart isn't bullet-proof or any weapon-proof. His fast metabolism also requires him to consume a lot of food in order to keep up his energy. He can also have a bad habit of moving before thinking first, being impulsive. This tends to not go over well in fights. Subject History Bart was born in the thirtieth Century to Don Allen, one of the Tornado Twins, and Meloni Thawne, making him the half-brother of Owen Mercer, and heir to a long line of both heroes, such as the Flash, and villains, such as Professor Zoom. Shortly after his birth, though, Zoom attacked. His family was forced to flee to Earth-247, where they were inevitably trapped with no way to return home to their Earth.
Somehow Bart's connection to the Speed Force caused him to age at an accelerated rate. At the age of two, he was physically twelve years old. Around that time was when President Thawne had Bart's father, Don, and aunt, Dawn, killed by the Dominators, who later abducted Bart. He only got away from the Dominators by being captured by Earthgov.
After that, he was basically raised by Earthgov, except they raised him in a virtual reality environment, hoping to cause him to age mentally as fast as he did physically. It worked except a problem soon arose. He would soon die from old age. Because Earthgov wasn't doing anything to help with that, Iris West took him with her back to the twentieth century. She introduced him to Wally West, the Flash at the time, in hopes that he could teach Bart to control his speed and his connection to the Speed Force.
Wally ended up being great help to Bart and vice versa. During his time with Wally, he was inspired to take on the alias Impulse. However he later moved with Max Mercury to live in Manchester, Alabama. He went to school and tried to have some semblance of a "normal" life all the while continuing his training with Max. It was during this time that he helped fond Young Justice with Tim Drake and Conner Kent.
However his time with Max couldn't last forever. When Max disappeared, Jay and Joan Garrick took Bart into their household. He lived with them and continued to be a part of Young Justice until the team inevitably broke apart.
He didn't stay off a team for long, though, eventually joining the a new iteration of the Teen Titans. He originally joined the team as Impulse but when he was shot in the kneecap by Deathstroke (technically possessed by his son, Jericho), he took a break from being Impulse while he recovered. He knee was eventually replaced with an artificial one. However after he recovered, he didn't return to being Impulse. Instead he adopted the alias Kid Flash.
His speed turned out to be barely affected, if at all, by his new artificial knee. He could still run almost at light speed. This was evident when he helped Wally and Jay run Superboy-Prime into the Speed Force. However Jay was unable to enter the Speed Force and Wally seemed to be turned into energy, vanishing and leaving Bart to deal with Superboy-Prime alone - or so he'd thought. Barry Allen, Johnny Quick, and Max Mercury showed up in the Speed Force and helped Bart defeat Superboy-Prime. Afterwards, Bart was informed by Barry that Wally was waiting for him. Then Jay said that the Speed Force was gone.
A speedster decked out in Barry Allen's Flash costume appeared in Tokyo, warning that Superboy-Prime would return. When Superboy-Prime did, in fact, return, he revealed that the speedster was Bart. Somehow after spending time in an unknown dimension, Bart had aged four years and returned as the new Flash, claiming that Barry's costume was the only thing that could survive his trip back to his home.
When Superboy-Prime killed Conner, Bart attacked him, pummeling him and eventually forcing him to retreat. After the battle was over, he gave Barry's ring, and thus the costume, to Jay, claiming he was now the Fastest Man Alive. Conner's death had hit him hard. It was roughly a whole year before he would dawn a costume and superhero identity again.
Because the Speed Force was, indeed, gone yet he was still connected to it, that very connection held the potential to kill him. He was eventually given a modified version of his grandfather's suit to help him control his connection to the now gone Speed Force. He eventually gave in and became the fourth Flash, following in his grandfather and Wally's footsteps.
However, feeling the need for a fresh start, Bart moved to Los Angeles and got a job at the forensics lab in the local police department. Then Inertia showed up. Inertia hired the Rogues in order to help him build a device. The device was meant to transfer the Speed Force from Bart into Inertia. Though Iris warned him not to, Bart left to face Inertia and the Rogues. The device removed his power but in doing so, it turned into a bomb. While Valerie Perez worked on deactivating the bomb, Bart sacrificed himself to give her the time she needed. The bomb was successfully deactivated, but by then, Bart had been killed by the Rogues.
At his funeral, Jay Garrick revealed Bart's identity to the world. A video was then played. It was filmed by Bart, when he'd first become Kid Flash, in case he died.
Then Legionnaires, XS, Garth Ranzz and Ayla Ranzz brought Bart back to life by using a charged lightning rod. Bart, however, returned as a teenager rather than the adult age he'd been when he'd died. His Kid Flash costume ring was returned to him by Brainiac 5 and he then returned to his time.
When Nekron showed up, Bart joined Wally in a race around the world to warn every hero of the incoming invasion by the Black Lantern Corps. Because he had previously been deceased, a Black Lantern ring was able to latch itself onto Bart and take control of him, transforming him into a Black Lantern. He fought against his grandfather when Barry was made a Blue Lantern. However when he tried to use his Speed Force against Wally, it temporarily returned him to normal, allowing Barry to realize their connection to the Speed Force was the key to freeing Bart. Barry then used his powers to successfully free Bart from the Black Lantern ring.
After the Black Lantern Corps was dealt with, Bart, along with Conner, was eventually recruited by Cyborg to rescue Static. The three of them faces the supervillain Holocaust in order to save Static. Afterwards, Bart and Conner agreed together that it was time for them to return to their superhero alter-egos. He then officially rejoined the Teen Titans.
Subject Interview Bart wasn’t one to usually visit Gotham. Robin usually was gloomy whenever he’d come to visit and Batman wasn’t always pleased to see him – ever. So why was he in the dark, Goth-like city? Heh, Goth, Gotham. He shook his head, focusing back on reality as he ran past the city’s border. He would say hi to Robin, talk and catch up was what he was mainly planning on. After all, Conner was back and he wasn’t sure if Tim knew. And besides, he had caught up with Mia and now it was the Boy Wonder’s turn. Hopefully his friend wasn’t in a mini-Batman mood.
He came to a fast halt at the sight of an all-too-family yellow streak. He felt a lump form in his throat. Zoom was someone that Flash usually took on, and he would take on Inertia. Thad had his own problems and in the Teen Titan’s mind was a complete sociopath, Zoom was the one who trained him. The man usually wasn’t one that he would go up against, at least not without his mentor. Perhaps he could leave it to Batman? Or Nightwing? The last time he had faced off against one of Flash’s rogues by himself, an innocent child had ended up dead.
But that was the thing. Zoom was Flash’s “problem.” He wasn’t one of Gotham’s villains that the Bats commonly fought. While he had no doubt in his mind that Batman kicked ass, Zoom was best taken by a speedster. Flash may not have been around, but he was. He swallowed the lump in his throat. He had to do something before innocent people got hurt. His eyes widened behind his goggles at the sound of a shout. He was too late. His expression hardened before he took off, lightning trailing behind him. He tried to muster as much courage as he had. Taking on Inertia was one thing – Zoom was on an entirely different level.
The world around him went by slowly. He took less than a mili-second to see what was coming up. A man on his knees, injured by the looks of it, and Zoom. He forced himself not to hesitate as he ran right past the man, pulling a clenched fist back and striking out as he came in front of Zoom. He wasn’t aiming anywhere specific. He simply wanted to catch him off guard. And he moved quickly. He didn’t even stop to think if his blow hit before he was a good distance behind Zoom. He had to play it safe. This wasn’t like going against the other rogues, where he could usually flit out of danger. Zoom was faster than him. He could kill him.
He paused for a short time, eyes falling onto the dead bodies. Damn it! He pulled his gaze away, forcing himself to focus. He couldn’t risk being impulsive. Damn it, where was Wally?! This was one of the few villains that he never got cocky around. He couldn’t afford to and besides, if he got prideful, Zoom would surely knock his pride down to zero.
“Run!” he yelled to the man right as he took off running. The civilian’s safety came before his own. He wasn’t going to let anyone else die on his watch.
He zipped up the wall and pushed off from it and into the air, coming down and pulling his arm back. As he came closer to Zoom and the ground, he struck out, aiming a firm punch at the villain. There was no way he could fight him from afar. He needed to get up close and dangerous. He needed to fight like his life depended on it. After all, it most likely did.

Subject History Katherine Rebecca Kane was born one of two twin daughters of Colonel Jacob Kane and Captain Gabi Kane. She grew up close to her twin sister, Elizabeth. Their family moved from military base to military base and her father was often away from home.
Then her family moved to Brussels. They were never the same after that. Her parents had gotten a job with NATO, causing them to move to Belgium. But one day while Kate and Elizabeth with spending the day with their mother, there was a terrorist attack. During the chaos, Kate was kidnapped along with her sister and mother by the Religion of Crime. Her life would never be the same.
Her father was put in charge of the tactical team assigned to rescue her. Unfortunately that very team was too late. Gabi and Elizabeth were executed, and while Kate was rescued by her father, she was traumatized from seeing her mother and sister dead.
Years later, Kate joined the Marines in an attempt to make her father happy. However it didn't last. She entered a relationship with her roommate, Sophie Moore, and eventually their commander caught wind of it. Because of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," when Kate outed herself but kept Sophie's secret, she was dishonorably discharged. She eventually told her father, who forgave her and was proud that she hadn't lied to protect herself.
Her father then married weapon heiress Catherine Hamilton. Because of the sudden wealth the marriage brought in, Kate was established as a socialite among the upper class of Gotham City. Unfortunately she soon became known for partying and drinking often.
Then she got pulled over for drunk driving by Officer Renee Montoya. She flirted and managed to get a date instead of a ticket. The two of them entered into a relationship that later ended when Renee told Kate that she had no direction, education, or even a goal in her life. She found that very purpose when she was saved from a mugger in an alleyway by Batman.
It took her two years of traveling around the world to learn how to fight and her father's money to amass her weaponry, but when she returned to Gotham, she was ready to start her new life as Batwoman.
She and Renee were reunited when Kate discovered Renee was on a mission but refused to tell her what it was. She ended up following Renee and the Question as Batwoman. She managed to swoop in and save the two of them from an attack before darting off before the police arrived.
She was later contacted by the two of them and informed about the Book of Crime, warning her of a prophecy the book contained. Despite the warning, she continued her case against Intergang, teaming up with Nightwing. She was given her first official Bataraang on Christmas Eve by Nightwing and later celebrated Hanukkah with Renee.
However soon Intergang set its sights on her. They attacked her apartment and kidnapped her, planning on sacrificing her. She was saved by Renee but it had almost been too late. She'd been stabbed in the chest prior to Renee's arrival. She managed to pull the knife out of herself and used it to stab Bruno Mannheim. She then collapsed in Renee's arms. Renee managed to patch her wound up and stop the bleeding, but she ended up leaving Kate at a hospital.
Kate ended up have multiple interactions with the Religion of Crime. The group believed what Intergang had, that Kate Kane was spoken about in a prophecy in the Book of Crime - a prophecy that said she had to die. They believed her sacrifice would help them bury Gotham in flames. With the help of Kyle Abbot, she managed to fight off the Religion of Crime's leader, Whisper A'Daire. But with Whisper out, it left room for a new leader to rise up.
The Religion of Crimes' thirteen covens found new leadership under a woman named Alice. Alice held a clear obsession for Batwoman. Kate confronted Alice, dangling her off the roof of a building. But Alice knew that she wouldn't kill her, so she poisoned Kate with a razor blade, causing her to have hallucinations. She was saved from her hallucinations by Kyle and a sect of the Religion of Crime that didn't want her dead.
She spent time recovering from the poison. Once she was better, she attended a charity ball where she met Maggie Sawyer. She entered a relationship with Maggie, but they were interrupted by Kyle, who had news about Alice and a plot to destroy Gotham. The Religion of Crime then kidnapped her father.
Kate managed to get on the plane Alice was going to use to release toxic gas onto the city. The two of them fought. Alice almost fell off the plane but Kate managed to catch her. Then Alice told her that she had their father's eyes. Before she had time to react, Alice stabbed her in the arm, causing her to drop her grasp. She helplessly watched Alice fall to her death as the realization dawned on her that her sister, Beth, had been alive all along - and that her father had lied to her. That realization completely shattered her relationship with her father.
One year later, Kate and Renee were brought back together. They ran into each other as Renee was questioning the Trickster and Pied Piper about the murder of Bart Allen. Though Renee irritatingly left town again, Kate agreed to help her track down a copy of the Book of Crime. The book turned out to be a part of some lesson being taught to Renee by the Order of Stone. Kate and Renee ended up fighting over the book, where Renee claimed she only wanted to protect Kate, but Kate pointed out she had never once asked what Kate wanted. In the end, though, she let Renee take the book.
Kate was the one of the millions of people who fell under the influence of the Anti-Life Equation and became a member of the Female Furries. Afterwards, she joined the Network, at the news of Batman's apparent death. She later starts investigating the Religion of Crime again when it appears they had gotten a new leader.
After Bruce Wayne's apparent death, when the Justice League of America split up, she encountered a new incarnation of the team, led by Hal Jordan. She helped the JLA find the body of Delores Winters only to be kidnapped and taken to London by some cultists. She was stuck in a coffin and taken underground for a ritual to begin. She was saved by Dick Grayson, as Batman, as well as Knight and Squire. She then learned that Dick was planning on using the Lazarus Pit to bring Bruce Wayne back. She protested, disagreeing with his decision, but was ignored by him.
Being a part of Batman Incorporated, she was eventually deployed to Argentina to help out Batman and El Gaucho. Their goal was to track down Dr. Daedalus. They encountered Hood, a British Special agent, and teamed up with him to fight Scorpiana. Kate ended up being the one to take Scorpiana out. Rather than finding Dr. Daedalus, though, they discovered an old man with Alzheimer's. After that, Kate decided to return to Gotham.
Subject Interview She had a lot of memories she associated with Gotham. Not all were good. And of course the mind tended to remember the bad more than the good. As she got off the plane from Argentina, stepping into Gotham's airport, she couldn't help but think about when she'd been on that plane with Alice - no, Beth. She paused and closed her eyes, taking in a breath. She still wasn't over what had happened, but how could she ever get over it? She'd never fully moved on from seeing her mother and sister dead as a child.
But to find out the sister you'd thought was dead was actually alive, an evil crime boss, and that your father knew about it the whole time? That was a little harder to move on from.
She hadn't spoken to her father since then. He'd tried to contact her, but she hadn't answered. Even under normal circumstances, she would need her space. But that had been far from normal. She didn't want space from him, she wanted absolutely nothing from him. There wasn't anything he could do or say to make her forgive him.
She opened her eyes and let her breath out. Not every memory was bad. Besides, Gotham was her home. It was crawling with so many Bat-themed vigilantes that she wouldn't have been surprised if the city hadn't noticed Batwoman's absence. Either way, she thought they should be glad she was back. One more vigilante to protect them. And she was just as capable as any of the others.
As she stepped out of the airport, she took her phone out and sent a quick text to Dick Grayson. She smirked at the text and slipped her phone into her back pocket. She'd been told that Alfred would pick her up. She didn't think she needed any favors from the Waynes nor any help, but Alfred had always been a nice man to talk to. Besides, he could easily update her on the latest to happen in Gotham. So with that, she put on a pair of sunglasses and waited to be picked up. Her text had said it all...
Batwoman's back.

Subject Facts Full Name: Lor-Zod Christopher Kent Codename: Nightwing Age: 23 Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: Chris Marital Status: Single Affiliation: The House of El/Superfamily
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: Chris is a full-blooded kryptonian and thus has the various abilities of his race, under a yellow son. Because of his separation with the Nightwing entity, he no longer possesses his darkness manipulating abilities. - Solar Energy Absorption: Without the Nightwing entity, this is the main source of Chris' abilities - absorbing energy from Earth's yellow sun (or any yellow sun he comes into contact with). Even when he is away from a yellow sun, unless in the presence of a red sun, there is energy "stored" in his cells, allowing him to retain his kryptonian abilities for the time being.
- Heat Vision: He can fire beams of intense heat out of his eyes at a target, so long as he's looking at them or it. The heat and intensity can vary depending on his concentration.
- Superhuman Hearing: He can hear any sound, no matter the volume or pitch. He has to concentrate to focus on a specific sound, tuning the rest out, when, for example, he's trying to find the source of that specific sound.
- Enhanced Vision: His vision includes the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He's also able to control which type of vision he uses and the focus of it. This ability includes the following five types, each further explained below - electromagnetic spectrum vision, x-ray vision, telescopic vision, microscopic vision, and infrared vision.
- Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Chris can see and identify broadcast frequencies such radio and television signals. He's used this ability in the past to avoid being detected by satellites or radar. He's also been able to see auras that surround living beings when using this ability.
- X-Ray Vision: He can see through any matter except for lead.
- Telescopic Vision: Similar to zooming in with a camera, he's able to see objects or people from a distance away. The true limits of this ability are currently unknown as he has never tested them.
- Microscopic Vision: The opposite of his telescopic vision, this ability allows Chris to be able to see objects or images at an atomic level.
- Infrared Vision: He can see with better accuracy in darkness than a regular non-meta-human. He can even see to a degree in total darkness.
- Flight: He can manipulate graviton particles, thus defying gravity and achieving the ability to fly through the air - as well as space. He's able to fly in any pose or position as well as any direction. He's also able to simply hover in place in the air.
- Invulnerability: Like other kryptonians under a yellow sun, Chris is invulnerable to most damage as well as toxins. He can still be hurt by enemies that possess superhuman strength - as well as kryptonite and magic, further explained under his weaknesses.
- Superhuman Stamina: He can handle more continuous and strenuous activities than the average person. This is due to the solar energy he absorbs and stores in his body, however he still requires food, drinks, and sleep as this ability is limited.
- Superhuman Strength: Despite what is probably believed by the general public, Chris' strength comes from him consciously focusing energy fields from his body to help him than actual physical strength. Because of this conscious will to focus those energy fields, he's able to lift seemingly impossible weights - as well as focus this strength into physical attacks such as a punch. An example of this is when he once lifted a mountain topic without a single rock on it crumbling under its own weight and gravity.
- Superhuman Speed: He's able to move at incredible speed just by willing it. His perceptions also enhance to be able to keep up with whatever speed he's moving at. He's been known to be able to catch bullets using his speed. This also helps him have superhuman agility as well as superhuman reflexes.
- Super-Breath: He's able to create hurricane force winds simply by exhaling. He can also consciously chill the air that leaves his lungs to create a freezing breath. He's even been able to suck in large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.
- Phantom Zone Immunity: Because he was conceived and born in the Phantom Zone, Chris is immune to majority of its effects. It can still mess with his mind and memory but so far he's been the only person to maintain a corporeal form while in the Phantom Zone.
Standard Abilities: - Multilingualism: Chris is fluent in both English and Kryptonese.
Paraphernalia: N/A Subject Weaknesses: - Red Sun: Under a red sun, Chris will lose all of his kryptonian abilities, rendering him identical to a regular human.
- Kryptonite: Leftover from Krypton's destruction, just being in the presence of the green rock weakens Chris and pains him. Touching it can burn him. If cut to a sharp edge, it can cut right through his skin. Enough kryptonite can even kill him. Due to being born in the Phantom Zone, though, it takes a bit longer for kryptonite to affect him - or a larger amount - than it would to affect someone like Clark. This was shown when he managed to hold Ursa's kryptonite knife without it poisoning him as badly as it did her.
- Magic: Like other kryptonians, magic has a strong and potent affect when used against him.
- Lead: Seemingly the one material his x-ray vision is unable to see through.
Subject History Lor-Zod was born to General Zod and Ursa while the two of them were imprisoned within the Phantom Zone. Growing up, he endured abuse from both of his biological parents. While they were in Fort Rozz, Zod created a small vessel that was capable of maintaining form in the Phantom Zone - as well as leaving the Phantom Zone. Because he was the only one that was capable of maintaining a physical form in the Phantom Zone, Lor-Zod was chosen to leave it. The rocket ship successfully left the Phantom Zone and eventually entered Earth's atmosphere.
Once in Earth's atmosphere, the rocket was sure to crash land until it was saved just in time by Clark Kent as Superman. Though he was reluctant, because Lor-Zod was neither human nor from Earth, Clark had no choice but to leave him in the care of Sarge Steel and the Department of Metahuman Affairs. While there, Lor-Zod surprised everyone by lifting a large television cabinet. After hearing him speak in Kryptonese, Clark realized that the young boy was another kryptonian however it was insisted that he stay with the Department where they ran tests to confirm whether or not he was indeed a kryptonian.
Then Lois Lane wrote an article about Lor-Zod's arrival and the news spread quickly. The Department decided to relocate him and neglected to inform Clark. When Clark found out, he took him from the Department and brought him to the Kent family farm, asking Ma and Pa Kent for advice on raising an orphaned alien boy.
Eventually it was decided between both Clark and Lois that would take the boy in and keep him safe from the Department. From then on the boy was no longer Lor-Zod, but rather named Christopher Kent, a name given to him by Lois. However the Department of Meta Human Affairs weren't the only ones interested in Christopher. Naturally Lex Luthor had learned about the boy's existence and his kryptonian origin.
Lex ended up sending Bizarro to kidnap Chris. While Clark fended off Bizarro, Chris' invulnerability was put to the test when a school bus fell directly on top of him. Luckily he survived and was safely kept out of Bizarro, and thus Lex's grasp. All seemed well after the battle until General Zod and Ursa managed to break free from the Phantom Zone and made their way to Earth.
Chris was kidnapped by his biological parents and could only watch helplessly as they freed their allies from the Phantom Zone and prompted an invasion of Earth. However during their invasion of Metropolis, Chris gained the courage and turned on his biological father, burning him with his heat vision. He fled back to Clark and Lois, who decided to officially adopt him after the battle had been won - Zod and Ursa along with their allies returned to the Phantom Zone - forging the paperwork to create the identity of Christopher Kent.
Unfortunately his biological parents didn't stay trapped in the Phantom Zone. They broke free once more along with several associates of theirs, quickly searching for and attacking Clark. They recaptured Chris and used him to try to get Clark to surrender. Clark was able to hold General Zod off long enough for Lex to figure out how to rid them of the invading kryptonians. In the end, Lex to exploit their connection to the Phantom Zone in order to force them to go back. This, however, also affected Chris and Clark. After Zod and his allies had been sucked back into the Phantom Zone, the portal had still refused to close. Realizing this, Chris thanked Clark and Lois for taking him in and sacrificed himself to close the portal.
Back in the Phantom Zone, Chris found himself in a kryptonian prison along with his biological parents. He eventually found a piece of Brainiac's technology and his mind somehow interfaced with it, expanding his consciousness as well as forming a link between him and Thara Ak-Var. With the help of Non, Thara successfully used the connection between her and Chris to rescue Chris from the Phantom Zone.
Once freed, Chris discovered the existence of New Krypton as well as several sleeper agents on Earth, sent by Zod from the Phantom Zone. Together he and Thara decided to track down and stop the sleeper agents, dawning the superhero identities of Nightwing and Flamebird, inspired by heroes from kryptonian legends. Though he desperately wanted to return to his Earth family of Clark and Lois, Chris was convinced that for the time being, his return needed to remain a secret so he and Thara could successfully take down the sleeper agents.
Despite not being in the Phantom Zone for years, Chris had somehow aged to roughly fifteen or sixteen years old by the time Thara rescued him. The growth spurts didn't stop there, though. While at the Fortress of Solitude, he underwent another painful growth spurt for unknown reasons - perhaps because of being born in the Phantom Zone - that aged him up to roughly twenty-three years old.
Unknown to Chris, his biological mother, Ursa, was hunting for him now. With the reputation of kryptonians on Earth tarnished by Alora Zor-El and Zod, Chris and Thara had to be careful in their plans to take the sleeper agents down. With Clark off world on New Krypton, they based themselves in the Fortress of Solitude, where Ursa inevitably attacked them.
After a brutal attack, Chris and Thara were able to fend Ursa off but Thara had been gravely wounded by Ursa's kryptonite knife. Fearing for Thara's life, Chris did the only thing he could think of - he took her home, to his adopted mother, Lois. After reuniting with Lois, Doctor Light was called to heal Thara. As Thara healed, Chris returned to the Fortress to face Ursa once more. However the two were interrupted by UAVs sent from Sam Lane. Chris fended off the UAVs but eventually he and Ursa fled, going their separate ways.
He returned to Lois and Thara, seeing much to his relief that Thara had recovered well and to his curiosity, Lois had been asking her about her relationship with him. Before his mother could get any answers, he and Thara had to leave to stop a kryptonian couple that had been on a crime spree. When they caught up with the couple, a fight quickly escalated which was eventually interrupted by Codename: Assassin and a bunch of "ogres." The couple of sleepers managed to escape with Chris and Thara pursuing them. However the duo were forced to let the sleepers get away in order to save innocent civilians.
At one point, a girl in Hollywood gave Chris her number, which he noticed seemed to make Thara jealous. When Thara said she didn't care, he impulsively kissed her. Unfortunately the moment was interrupted by Metallo and Reactron, who managed to capture both of them.
The two of them managed to escape along with Kara Zor-El - only for Kara to try to kill Thara. Chris managed to stop Kara and confessed to being her cousin, explaining that he was Clark and Lois' son. The moment was ruined when the three of them were attacked by Guardian and the Science Police, who had somehow come to think they had killed Mon-El. Chris tried to talk sense into Guardian but was ignored and attacked. Along with Thara and Kara, he managed to escape the fight and followed Kara to a safe house she had in Paris.
Once at the safe house, the three of them were able to compare notes and discuss what had been happening. It was then that they realized two of the sleeper agents were Metallo and Reactron. Squad K then attacked them because they had been framed for the murder of Mon-El. They managed to escape from Squad K and decide to go to Lana Lang's apartment. Once there, Chris and Lana left to find Lois, believing she could help clear their names.
Eventually Chris and Thara were discovered and forced to flee once again. However they were faced by Squad K once again. In order to avoid further bloodshed, Chris along with Thara and Kara surrendered and then worked to convince Squad K's commander of their innocence. Reactron then murdered his squad-mates and attacked the three kryptonians.
Chris tried to fend off Reactron but Thara got injured in the battle. Soon Chris found himself and Kara at Reactron's mercy until Thara manifested her Flamebird powers and personality. Thara almost killed Reactron, calming only when Mon-El was revealed to be alive and then with the help of Kara. However it was a kiss from Chris that helped fully submerge Flamebird and bring Thara back.
Though their fight for good was being twisted by anti-kryptonian media, Chris continued to fight crime and save lives by Thara's side. It was around then that Thara informed Chris about specific kryptonian mythology using an information crystal. However not long after, Chris experienced another painful growing spurt, aging to an old man. Doctor Light was called in to help and brought him to a colleague of hers, who ended up being a kryptonian sleeper agent named Jax-Ur.
Jax-Ur stole DNA from Chris and imprisoned him once again in the Phantom Zone. While being back in the Zone seemed to age him back to twenty-three, it also made him helpless as he could only watch as Jax-Ur used his DNA to create a replica of Rao and set it lose on Earth. He could only watch as Thara, his mother, and other heroes tried and failed to stop Rao.
Then he was contacted by the Nightwing entity, lover of Thara's Flamebird. It told him that he was the entity's true host just as Thara was the Flamebird's but for unknown reasons he was unable to connect with Thara from the Phantom Zone this time. Desperate to stop Rao and save the others, Chris managed to merge properly with the Nightwing entity, gaining his darkness manipulating abilities.
He escaped the Phantom Zone as the fully fledged avatar of the Nightwing entity. Alongside Thara as Flamebird, he helped fend off Jax-Ur, who ended up being a kryptonian deity known as the Builder. Jax-Ur then fled into the heart of the replica Rao, triggering a self-destruct sequence. Recognizing the damage it would cause to Earth, Chris along with Thara overpowered Jax-Ur and the replica Rao. Chris managed to absorb the replica's heart into the Phantom Zone where it could cause no damage before destroying the replica. After the battle, he shared a kiss with Thara but once again the two were forced to leave due to the growing hostility toward kryptonians.
Then it all got worse. Zod and the kryptonians of New Krypton declared war on Earth. Lex Luthor and Sam Lane turned Earth's sun red. Alongside Thara, Chris fought to try to end the conflict and protect the innocents of Earth. Then it was decided that they needed to turn the sun yellow again. He flew with Thara, determined to aid her. However he was whisked away by the Nightwing entity and could only watch in horror and grief as Thara sacrificed herself to return the sun to its yellow state. But there wasn't much time for him to grieve.
He interrupted a battle between Clark and Zod and worked to push Zod back into the Phantom Zone. Just like before, the portal wouldn't close. With a final goodbye to Clark, Chris sacrificed himself again to force Zod back into the Phantom Zone, using the Nightwing entity to close the portal, which ended up separating him from the entity. Once in the Zone again, he found himself as a child in the company of Mon-El, struggling to remember the life he had led on Earth, his family, the Nightwing entity, and Thara.
Now he has somehow found himself back on Earth yet again.
Subject Interview What... What happened? The last thing he remembered, he'd been a kid again, trapped once more in the Phantom Zone, traveling and keeping close to Mon-El. He'd been struggling to remember Thara, the Nightwing Entity, a good chunk of his life. The Phantom Zone did that - it made his memory fuzzy. Even now, he was certain there were pieces missing.
But the dirt under his hands definitely didn't belong to the Phantom Zone - and his hands weren't that of a kid's. He was twenty-three again or roughly that age. And... Was this Earth?
He recognized the sound of birds - it was humid, wet. He thought he might have been in a rain forest. When he looked down at himself, he saw he was in his Nightwing costume but he knew the Nightwing entity was gone. It had left him after helping him trap himself and Zod in the Phantom Zone...
Zod.
He practically jumped to his feet, eyes darting around but he found no signs of life aside from him and obviously animals and plants. He also saw no signs of a portal to the Phantom Zone. He could feel the sunshine dotting through the canopy of trees. He shot up, flying above the treeline. He closed his eyes, feeling the sun on his face, the wind blowing his hair.
For a split second he only thought of finding Thara and reuniting with her, letting her know he was home. But that lapse in memory didn't last long. Reality hit him and his eyes watered. Thara was gone. She hadn't been trapped in the Phantom Zone with him. She had sacrificed herself. She'd died a hero... But she had still died.
He felt the strong urge to go home - a childish urge to curl up in bed and hug a Superman action figure he'd had as a kid. Perhaps that urge came because moments ago, he'd been a kid again in the Phantom Zone. Still... He wanted to go home.
But where was home?
Chris felt a pang of fear as he realized he didn't quite remember. He knew it wasn't the Phantom Zone - that place had never been home. All that place had done was mess with his mind, his memories. Now it seemed to have stolen his memory of home.
But he remembered a city - a metropolis... No, it's name was Metropolis. He couldn't remember if that was home and his head hurt when he tried to think harder on it. But he remembered enough to know how to get there. So that was where he headed, flying at his top speed.

Subject History Connor Hawke was born to a young Oliver Queen and Sandra "Moonday" Hawke, conceived after his parents had a one night stand. While his father was there after he was born and held him, Oliver was, unfortunately, not ready to be a father and left Sandra to raise Connor alone. He moved a lot with his mother as she went from one thing to another, not the most responsible of mothers but she was still his mother and he loved her.
At one point he stayed at his grandfather's cattle ranch in Idaho. However he had also become a problem child of sorts, getting into fights at school. That prompted his mother to tell him about his father - both Oliver Queen and Green Arrow. At the time she neglected to tell him that Oliver knew about his existence, though she would eventually. Shortly after that, Sandra left him at the very same ashram his father had once stayed at, hoping it would help him find inner peace.
After that, he was practically raised by those at the ashram. The most prominent figure in his life was Master Jansen, who had also briefly trained his father in the past. There he discovered himself and his natural ability for martial arts. He chose to study martial arts for many years. Over those years, he transformed from a troubled kid to a quiet, disciplined young man.
One day Oliver returned to the ashram. At the time Connor still didn't know his father had already met him and knew about him, so he considered it the first time he'd gotten to meet his father. He pretended to be Green Arrow's biggest fan which considering how highly he viewed his father at the time, wasn't that far from the truth. He even managed to help his father find some peace during his visit.
When Oliver left the ashram, Connor joined him. He wanted to spend more time with his father as well as become Green Arrow's newest sidekick. Both had been dreams he'd had for a long time. He had even fashioned his own bow and made his own costume.
After leaving the ashram, he met an associate of his father's by the name of Eddie Fyers. When Eddie figured out Connor was Oliver's son, Oliver was also confronted by the spirit of Hal Jordan, who revealed that Connor knew exactly who he was. Oliver took his frustration out on Connor, rejecting him for lying to him and leaving Connor behind. That, however, didn't stop Connor from wanting to help his father. He eventually found himself in Metropolis and even witnessed Oliver's death there as his father tried to stop a bomb.
Connor wanted to be the one to break the news of Oliver's death to Dinah Lance so he sought her out and visited her at her home. After a moment, Dinah decided to give him one of Oliver's pride possessions - a bow used by Errol Flynn as Robin Hood. Shortly after, he discovered he couldn't return to the ashram because Master Jansen claimed the ashram had lost their tax exempt status. Naturally Connor did all he could to help.
With Dinah's blessing, he also became the new Green Arrow, following in his father's footsteps and determined to keep up his father's work of protecting the little guy as well as trying to save the ashram. To accomplish both of those goals, he teamed up with Eddie.
His adventures as Green Arrow were strange to say the least. He fought many odd enemies, including doppelgangers of Bruce Lee and Elvis Presley. He even became closer friends with the current Green Lantern, at the time, Kyle Rayner and was eventually recruited into the Justice League, who he later saved from the Key. He proved himself to be crucial to the Justice League when he went undercover in Lex Luthor's Injustice Gang and helped bring them down.
One of Connor's most often enemies was his own stepfather, Milo Armitage, who had married his mother all the while being an arms dealer. Unfortunately while he wanted to keep his mother happy, he also had to bring Milo to justice on multiple occasions. Then Kyle approached him about wanting to find his father, who Eddie apparently had information on. Connor joined him in the search only for them to discover that the man was Kyle's uncle, not his father, and also a criminal.
When Connor and Eddie were in Tokyo, Japan, they were approached by seemingly average thugs - however those very same thugs insisted Eddie come with them and threatened to kill him if Connor followed. To Connor's dislike, Eddie chose to go with the thugs in order to protect him. Naturally he found some people to help him find Eddie, a group of kids around his own age. Unknown to him at the time, the group that had taken Eddie, known as Octopus Nine-Nine, were tasking Eddie with the job of killing the Black Canary.
Much to Connor's relief, neither Eddie nor Dinah ended up dying. Instead he ended up rescuing them both from Shado, who had attacked them thinking they were gangsters. Once the confusion was over, Shado helped the three heroes stop Singhman R'han.
Then in New York City, while he's shopping with his mother and Master Jansen, two people with advanced tech start attacking anyone they deem aren't "real Americans." Connor intervened but ended up needing to be saved by Kyle Rayner. However another fight soon broke out and, upon police intervention, turned into a riot. The two heroes were able to break up the riot and found out that the two people from earlier actually worked for Connor's stepfather, Milo.
After finding out that a tape meant to be broadcasted of two high profile individuals was clearly tampered with, the two heroes went to Milo to try to convince him to stop the broadcast but he denied any involvement. Connor and Kyle eventually discovered that Nicholas Kotero was behind it and raced to Central Park to try to stop the debate and a possible riot. Once there, Connor successfully convinced the people gathered to put aside their differences. Because of his speech, he was attacked by Kotero but easily won the fight and had Kotero arrested.
Connor eventually gained the status as the second greatest martial artist in the world when he managed to hold his own against Lady Shiva. The fight ended in a draw due to the interference of Tim Drake, the Robin at the time. Unfortunately prior to that time, he had lost the rights to the ashram. But after the fight against Lady Shiva, his confidence had been renewed and he returned to the ashram to win it back. He successfully defeated a fighter named Seljuk and returned the ashram to Master Jansen.
However instead of leaving the ashram, Connor decided to stay as a student once again. He was happy and proud to be the Green Arrow, but he felt he needed to figure out how to be his own Green Arrow and not his father's. This didn't stop him from being Green Arrow. When Richard Dragon returned and started causing trouble in Detroit, word quickly traveled to Connor. Together with Eddie Fyers, he traveled to Detroit to see what Richard was up to and, if necessary, put a stop to him.
When he finally came into contact with Richard, the two of them fought but were too evenly matched for either of them to claim victory. The fight only ended when both men were kidnapped by Lady Shiva. It was then that Connor realized he'd been dragged into a feud between Richard and Shiva. While held captive, he was forced to fight in a martial arts tournament in order to gain his freedom back. Eddie ended up being captured as well. The tournament came down to Connor and Richard with the winner scheduled to fight Shiva herself. Richard, whose intent was to kill Shiva but didn't want to kill Connor, ended up tricking Connor into a false escape attempt and breaking Connor's leg. Shiva then let Connor and Eddie go and the two of them returned to the ashram.
After that was when Connor had a dream that told him his father was alive and in danger. This led him to Star City where he confirmed that Oliver Queen was indeed alive again. He fought off demons, almost getting killed himself, to get to his father and try to stop him from becoming some sorcerer's pawn. Oliver ended up freeing himself just in time to help Connor fend off the demons. After the battle, Connor ended up staying in Star City and fighting crime at his father's side, both of them holding the mantle of Green Arrow.
At one point while out on patrol with Oliver, Onomatopoeia ambushed Connor and hot him in the head. The injury wasn't lethal, however, and Oliver was able to get him to the hospital where he received surgery and made a complete recovery afterwards. Though while he was in the hospital, Onomatopoeia attempted to finish the job only to be stopped by Oliver.
When Constantine Drakon broke into the Queen home, Connor was able to defeat him with the help of Mia Dearden. He was also at times the lone voice of reason and sanity in the house. When Oliver and Mia got hurt and it was revealed that Mia was H.I.V. positive, he got the two of them talking, confronting the issue. He also kissed Mia to help her understand that her diagnosis didn't make her dirty and undesirable.
Unfortunately Connor eventually became the target of the Secret Society of Super-Villains. They wanted to hurt him in order to hurt his father. While at the house with Mia, the two of them were attacked by Dr. Light. They were able to hold their own until Oliver and Black Lightning arrived - only to be trapped in the house with Black Lightning while Dr. Light kidnapped Oliver. Connor and Black Lightning were distracted trying to keep Mia, who had been badly injured alive only to have Merlyn destroy the house with explosives. Thankfully the three of them managed to survive the explosion, though not unscathed.
After getting Mia the medical attention she needed, he managed to find Oliver. He then took both Mia and Oliver to an uncharted island in the Western Pacific, where they were able to recoup and all three of them trained to become better for when they finally returned to Star City.
Before he returned to Star City, Connor stopped by the ashram to find his center again. While there, he was invited to take place in an archery tournament hosted by Zhao Industries in Beijing. He entered the tournament and fought against opponents such as Shado and the Bamboo Monkey, eventually being acknowledged as an equal to his father when it came to his skill in archery.
When it became clear that the tournament had been nothing more than manipulation by Zhao, Connor ended up being blackmailed into killing a mythical dragon with a sacred arrow when Zhao had Shado's son, Connor's half-brother, threatened. He successfully slayed the dragon only to discover Zhao wanted to bathe in its blood and gain god-like power. When he went to stop this, he found Zhao dead and Zhao's assistant in the blood instead. The two of them fought and it ended when Connor killed him with the same arrowhead used to slay the dragon.
Then when Oliver was captured and held prisoner by the Amazons, Connor aided Dinah and Mia in retrieving him, after discovering he'd been replaced by Everyman. The rescue seemed to go off without a hitch, the family of archers believing they had gotten away only for Connor to be struck with a bullet seemingly from nowhere. He was rushed to the hospital by Clark Kent. Unfortunately the bullet had been coated with a poison that both wiped his memories and left him in a coma.
While his family worked to find out who was behind the bullet and attack, Connor was kidnapped from the hospital and brought to Dr. Sivana. Along with his half-brother, Shado's son, Robert, he was experimented on by Dr. Sivana, from which he gained meta abilities. Both he and Robert were saved from Dr. Sivana. Once home, his new meta abilities were discovered as was the lack of his memories, along with the emotions that had come with those memories. He managed to maintain his skill in martial arts but had seemingly lost all skill in archery. He eventually returned to the ashram in an attempt to regain who he had once been.
Connor returned to Star City and his family when the Black Lantern Corps started wrecking havoc all over the world. He faced off against his own father, who had been taken under the control of a Black Lantern ring. He worked together with Dinah and Mia to try to hold Oliver off but then a psychic attack from one of Oliver's construct arrows caused him to relive and regain all of his lost memories suddenly, and even see a few of Oliver's, including Oliver leaving him and his mother, Sandra, when he'd been an infant. Newly reconnected to his memories, his past, his family, Connor managed to win the fight against Oliver.
Then Prometheus devastated Star City. Roy Harper was left maimed and Lian Harper was dead. Connor soon got wind that Oliver had killed Prometheus in retaliation for what had happened to Roy, Lian, and the city. He also heard that his father intended to kill the other villains that had helped Prometheus. Though other heroes tried to stop Oliver, Connor wasn't one of them. His focus was on Star City.
The city was left in chaos after Prometheus' actions with its citizens rioting, suffering, and dying. Connor tried his best to ease their suffering, to stop violence and keep the citizens of Star City as safe as he could. When he finally crossed paths with Oliver, he made it clear to his father that he was not going to try to stop him or convince him to stop. He also made it clear that he did not agree with Oliver, believing this latest lapse in judgement and moral of Oliver's was nothing compared to what the people of Star City were going through.
Due to the memories that had been returned to him and the latest tragedies to hit his family and the city, he found he could no longer forgive his father every time he made a bad call, every time he ran from his responsibilities. The two of them parted ways. Connor continued to try to save as many lives in the city as he could while his father continued on his path for revenge.
Subject Interview Thump!
Connor hadn't seen his father in a while - since the two had last parted ways, and it hadn't been on the best of terms. He'd stuck his neck out for Ollie time and time again but it had been the last straw. Star City had needed saving and all his father had been out for was his own revenge. Connor hadn't been able to - nor wanted to help him. But he also hadn't stopped him.
He didn't avoid Star City - it was his home after all. And he wasn't outright avoiding Ollie. They just had yet to cross paths again. Perhaps Ollie was avoiding him, he didn't particularly want to think about that.
Thump!
Another carefully, precisely shot arrow struck it's target, knocking a gun out of an armed robber's hand. He focused on the battle. It was the one thing he could control - could predict. Perhaps he should have left a single gunman to the police, but he wasn't one to think this sort of fight was beneath him. Anyway he could help keep Star City safe was never beneath him.
The gunman ran at him with a knife and Connor quickly dodged before barely a second later sending an uppercut directly at the gunman's jaw. It collided and just as the gunman staggered back, he swung his leg out, colliding it with the man's side.
The gunman cursed but Connor was still right on him. He grabbed his wrist and twisted it the wrong way, hard - all the while managing to keep a grasp on his own bow. The gunman cried out and dropped his knife. Connor let his wrist go and sent his elbow right into the gunman's face. That did it as the gunman crumpled to the ground, holding his nose that Connor was certain was broken and moaning in pain.
He heard the sound of sirens and looked down the street to see police cruisers racing toward where he stood. He also saw he was surrounded by people with awe on their faces and their cellphones out - either recording or live-streaming, he wasn't ever sure nowadays.
He leaned back against a lamppost - the light was on as the sun was just starting to set - as police officers rushed by and handcuffed the gunman, confiscating his gun and knife. One officer watched him carefully while another gave him a smile and a thankful nod.
He returned the nod before walking over and retrieving his arrows. He politely declined requests to take a seflie from some of the onlookers, mentally sighing because he thought they should have realized he had a city to protect not selfies to take. He walked over to his bike that he had parked on the corner, putting his helmet on. He sped off to see what more trouble he could find.
No he wasn't really avoiding anyone. He just hoped he wasn't the one being avoided.

- Self-Esteem: He doesn't see himself as positively as other people do. He may be confident in the plans he makes, but he doesn't often see his value as a person and can question how much other people actually need him - especially as himself, Tim Drake, rather than Red Robin.
- Black & White: He has a tendency to see things as black and white. This can risk him overlooking something or missing something that turns out to be important.
- Limited Gadgets: He's limited to the amount of gadgets he brings with him into the field.
Subject History Tim was born the only son of Jack and Janet Drake. He grew up in a wealthy household with his parents in Gotham City. He was at Haly's Circus the same day the Flying Graysons, Dick Grayson's parents, were killed, having been in the audience, watching their act. Dick Grayson's performance, his acrobatics, stuck with him until the day, years later, he saw footage of Batman and Robin apprehending the Penguin. He noticed that Robin's acrobatics reminded him a lot of a young Dick Grayson's. Shortly after he was able to figure out Batman and Robin's identities and started to follow their careers closely.
He was even aware of when Dick changed from Robin to Nightwing and Jason Todd took on the mantle of Robin. He noticed a change in Bruce's personality after Jason died and made it his goal to reunite Bruce and Dick. He'd been hoping to bring back the Batman and Robin dynamic but Dick refused to become Robin again. It was then, at thirteen years old, Tim took on the mantle of Robin because he believed that Batman, even though Bruce refused to take him on as his new protege, needed a Robin.
When Batman and Nightwing got in trouble with Two-Face and Clayface on the loose, Tim, donning the Robin costume for the first time, and Alfred left the Batcave to save the two vigilantes. The two of them managed to rescue Bruce and Dick, and Bruce agreed to take Tim on as the latest Robin and train him. He trained over the course of several months with Alfred, then Bruce, and then Dick.
Unfortunately the Obeah Man captured Tim's parents while they were on vacation in Caribbean. Though Bruce tried his best to help, Tim's mother, Janet, died and his father, Jack, was left paralyzed. Afterwards, Tim's father was left in the care of Dana Winters, who would eventually become Tim's stepmother. Then after he helped defeat Scarecrow, Bruce decided it was finally time for Tim fulfill his new role as Robin and gave him a new costume, different from the previous two Robins.
Naturally Tim had his doubts about becoming Robin but it helped that Bruce was confident in him and his abilities. All that he still needed to do was some additional training which included a tour overseas, which not only involved additional training in fighting, it also helped him better understand who he was. The first stop: Paris, where he teamed up with Lady Shiva and Clyde Rawlins to take down a heroin trafficking operation by King Snake.
He then traveled to Hong Kong, where he continued to learn from Lady Shiva and was given his collapsible bō staff. Alongside Shiva and Clyde, he managed to defeat King Snake and stop him from unleashing his own version of the bubonic plague. Unfortunately Clyde was killed in the fighting. After that, Tim returned to Gotham and took his place at Bruce's side as the newest Robin.
He helped Bruce defeat criminals such as the False Face Society, rescue people such as Lucius Fox, and helped Bruce after hard fights all the while, during the day, taking his father to his therapy sessions with Dr. Kinsolving. Then Bruce assigned Tim to train Jean-Paul Valley. Together, the two heroes, stopped a few crimes, such as stopping a gang from stealing from Wayne Enterprises. The two of them even teamed up against Killer Croc, with Jean-Paul in the batsuit. However Bane ended up defeating Croc and leaving Tim with an injured Jean-Paul.
Then Bane unleashed almost all of Arkham's inmates onto Gotham. Tim was the first to figure out and suggest that Bane was behind it all. He set out alongside Bruce to reign in the criminals but the two of them ended up getting separated, with him going after Bird and Bruce going after the Ventriloquist. Tim was briefly captured by Bane but got away surprisingly thanks to Killer Croc. He then helped defeat the Riddler but was told to stay in the Batcave when it came to taking on Firefly and then Two-Face, though he and Alfred ending up going after Two-Face themselves and apprehended him.
Tim was there, at Wayne Manor, when it was discovered that Bane had broken Bruce's back. Together with Alfred and Jean-Paul, they managed rescue Bruce and bring him back to the Batcave. Tim was also the one who contacted Jim Gordon to get medicine for Bruce. While Bruce healed, Tim watched as Jean-Paul was given the mantle of Batman, only to realize the other man had grown far too brutal and driven. Forced to remain by Batman's - Jean-Paul's - side during missions, he had a first-hand look at the man's brutality and it even kept him from being there when his father and Dr. Kinsolving were kidnapped.
When he learned about his father's disappearance, he tried to reason with Jean-Paul only to be pushed farther away from the Bat crime fighting team. He managed to track down Jean-Paul in time to see him defeat Bane and spare Bane's life. After that, he admitted that Jean-Paul had earned the mantle of Batman, however it was clear that he wasn't wanted as a sidekick anymore.
Of course that wasn't going to stop him from crime fighting. He managed to get into the Batcave, after almost every entrance was blocked by Jean-Paul, to get his vehicle, Redbird. He fought Jean-Paul, who almost killed him, but managed to get away with Redbird.
While working solo as Robin, trying not to worry about Bruce, Jean-Paul, and his father's disappearance, he took down a group of thugs known as the Speedboyz. He then started investigating the Cluemaster and some other thugs who had just escaped prison, which led him to meeting Stephanie Brown, who was Spoiler at the time. He knew that she was Cluemaster's daughter from the beginning and had expected to see her, and she even ended up saving him from being ambushed and helping put Cluemaster and his thugs back in prison.
Tim then helped Helena Bertinelli in a gang war with Mandy Paul. Though he discovered Helena's secret identity, he never told Bruce or Jean-Paul. The two of them successfully brought down Daniel DePaolo, or Deathangel, but Tim kept Helena from killing him. Afterwards, he assisted Jean-Paul in finding a serial killer known as Abattoir but could only watch as Jean-Paul let Abattoir fall to his death into a vat of molten metal.
Bruce ended up being able to save Tim's father and soon after, Tim informed him about what Jean-Paul had been doing in the name of Batman. He was tasked with keeping a close eye on Jean-Paul while Bruce trained with Shiva. Getting information on Jean-Paul turned out to be harder than he'd expected and Dick was brought in to help him.
The two of them joined Bruce when he finally confronted Jean-Paul, though they were briefly sidetracked when Selina Kyle's life was put in danger. After rescuing her, it was believed that Bruce was killed in an explosion that had destroyed the Batmobile. While Dick fought Jean-Paul, keeping him busy, Tim learned that Bruce was indeed still alive. Tim left Bruce to deal with Jean-Paul on his own and was pleased when he heard that Bruce had won back the mantle of Batman.
That, however, didn't last long as Bruce handed the mantle over to Dick, deciding he needed a break. Unlike when Jean-Paul was Batman, working with Dick as Batman was a breeze to Tim. The two of them got along great and, thanks to Dick playing a large role in Tim's training, they fought together quite well. They defeated a variety of villains, such as Two-Face, while working together.
Eventually Bruce returned and took up the mantle again, with Dick becoming Nightwing once again. Tim then ran into the KGBeast, who rendered Harvey Bullock comatose, without any backup. He managed to save Bullock and then, after a hard battle, defeated the KGBeast just as Bruce showed up to help.
When Cluemaster started acting up, sending letters to the police from Blackgate Prison, Bruce took Tim, as Robin, to the prison to get answers. They discovered that not only was Cluemaster being blackmailed but that Stephanie had also been kidnapped. Tim rescued Stephanie only to learn, from her, that Cluemaster was in on the kidnapping and blackmail. While Bruce interrogated Cluemaster, Tim and Stephanie were sent to apprehend the rest of Cluemaster's gang.
After stopping Ulysses Armstrong, Tim returned home to find his girlfriend at the time, Ariana Dzerchenko, in his bedroom and found out she'd ran away because her uncle was planning on moving out of Gotham after his store was attacked. He also discovered that his father was dating Dana Winters.
Around that time, a classmate of his also died after attending a Ninja Camp. He then went undercover, using the alias Alvin Draper to join the camp where he quickly impressed the leaders. He passed their test and was let in on their operation. He then used that to arrange for them to be arrested.
He found out Ariana's uncle had sold the store and that she would be moving within a week but soon discovered that it had been Lucius Fox and Wayne Enterprises who bought the store, paying Ariana's uncle enough money that he could open a new store in a better part of the city and still live in the city. That also meant Ariana would start attending the same school as him.
Tim then took it upon himself to apprehend Killer Moth but vastly underestimated the villain. He was saved by an unknown party before Bruce managed to arrive on the scene but Killer Moth escaped.
Shortly after that he teamed up with Connor Hawke and Stephanie to take down some gunrunners that had been selling firearms around his high school. He discovered that one of his classmates, Karl Ranck, had been given a gun and reported it to his dad, who spoke with Karl's dad. Unfortunately Karl stole another one of his own dad's guns and took it to the high school, where he was killed in a shootout. Out of anger, Tim beat the gunrunners and had to be stopped by Stephanie and Connor. Stephanie later joined Tim to stop the gang member that had shot Karl but both of them ended up needing rescuing from Bruce, who reminded Tim that Karl's death wasn't his fault.
When the Apocalypse Virus broke out in Gotham, Tim was sent to Kendall Stuart, a man who had survived the plague. He ended up teaming up with Selina Kyle but the two of them were too late, beaten to the location by Tracker, a bounty hunter. However Jean-Paul showed up just in time to save Tim and Selina but Kendall ended up being killed by the Order of St. Dumas. Tim eventually got infected with the virus and was taken care of by Alfred, hallucinating until Jean-Paul managed to figure out the cure. Despite being weak after being cured, Tim still helped out with the relief efforts throughout Gotham.
Unfortunately, with the death of Armand Krol, it was discovered that the virus wasn't cured but rather dormant in all those that were infected, including Tim. Despite this, he joined Bruce and Dick as they traveled to Sudan in search of an ancient cure only to discover that Ra's al Ghul was the one controlling the virus. They tried to apprehend him but were forced to fight an army of assassins while Ra's escaped.
Tim and Dick tracked down some of Ra's acolytes to Paris, also stopping a terror attack on Louvre. Tim managed to defeat Shen Chi but was then forced to work with an assassin by the name of Henri Ducard. While Bruce managed to cure the virus in Gotham, Tim joined Dick and Helena in tracking down Ra's. They were never able to capture Ra's but Tim managed to steal data from his computer before his boat, the Shrike, exploded. Despite everyone they saved, the weight of all those that died lingered on his shoulders.
Tim met Bart Allen on a skiing field trip in Colorado. He was joined by Alfred on the trip so they could figure out and stop a plot between the White Heat and Mystral. He was able to guess rather quickly that Bart was also Impulse after seeing him in his costume, which surprised Bart and turned into the beginning of their friendship.
All the while being Robin, Tim was forced to lie to Ariana, which he hated, caring a great deal about her and her feelings. At one point, he got trapped with Stephanie and a thug that had previously tried to kill them in a snowdrift. He tried to save the thug as well as a mother and her child trapped in the snow as well. Together with Stephanie, they managed to dig themselves out and save the civilians.
When Ulysses Armstong got out on parole, Tim visited him and then, much to his disappointed, watched as Ulysses joined up with Winslow Schott. When Winslow betrayed Ulysses, Tim was there to save him and then apprehend both of them.
He tried to spend as much time with Ariana as he could. He once even got caught in her bedroom, though they weren't planning on doing anything except talk, and had to flee her house before her uncle strangled him. Because of that Ariana was eventually transferred to an all girls school and Tim was eventually grounded after his dad found out.
He then agreed to help Stephanie take on Lynx and her Ghost Dragons, but the Dragons proved to be too much of a challenge. Despite knowing that he should have convinced Stephanie to stop being spoiler, Tim could never bring himself to do it.
Tim later discovered Stephanie had been kidnapped by Titus Czonka, who was calling himself the Baffler at the time. Somehow he managed to be captured and tied up by Czonka as well and left to die along with Stephanie. However Czonka knocked himself out and, after the two heroes managed to save themselves, was saved by them. After that, Tim managed to tell Stephanie that it might be good for her to stop being Spoiler.
When the Genesis crisis happened, Tim failed to save a hood who had attempted suicide by drowning. The guilt weight him down and depressed him so much that he headed for the front-line of the battle. Ulysses showed up again and Tim managed to get into his lair. After Ulysses was arrested, Dick dropped Tim off in Paris, where Tim felt he could find himself again.
While in Paris, as Robin, Tim trained in the course of the Iron Master. There he met Dava Sborsc. Shortly after, the Iron Master was killed by Lady Shiva, who was looking for Dava. Tim went after Dava to warn her about Shiva, who eventually showed up. Using a super speed chemical known as Aramilla, he took on Shiva but lost control and ended up beating her nearly to death. King Snake then showed up but Dava held him at bay while Tim did his best to revive Shiva. Once revived, he watched as Shiva took down King Snake and his men.
Eventually Tim returned home to Gotham, but on his way back, the Cataclysm struck. He joined Bruce and the rest of their Gotham allies but was eventually told to stay out of majority of the city by Bruce, seeing as their was little he could do to help. During the aftershock of the Cataclysm, he fought and took down Cluemaster, turning him over to the National Guard.
He and Ariana eventually broke up, deciding mutually that their relationship was just dragging on. It was around then that Tim realized he had started developing feelings for Stephanie. He started dating Stephanie as Robin and Spoiler. After their first actual date, he found out that Stephanie was pregnant, not that the child was his. He stood by her and convinced her to stop being Spoiler until after the baby was born.
His father then moved him to Keystone City, where he teamed up with Wally West to stop the Riddler and Captain Boomerang. When Stephanie went into labor, Wally made sure Tim was there at the hospital to support her. He continued to support Stephanie as she put the baby up for adoption.
When Gotham was declared to no longer be a part of the United States, Tim teamed up with Dick and the two of them managed to get back into the city. He was ordered to track down a cache of food but when he got there, he was attacked by the Ratcatcher and his legions of rats. He managed to get away but caught a fever from the encounter, which he fought off using antibiotics. He was found by the Wolflings, a group of children, who then went off to find the food caches by themselves. Tim managed to track them down just in time to save them from the Ratcatcher and Victor Fries.
Not long after he returned to Bruce, Tim was captured by Killer Croc. He was rescued by Alfred, who rallied Harvey Bullock and Oswald Cobblepot in order to defeat Croc. With no way out of Gotham, Tim eventually called his father to inform him where he was and that he couldn't get out. His father then got the attention of Washington D.C., who sent federal agents to retrieve him. With the help of Cassandra Cain, he managed to get out of Gotham.
Due to being Robin, he'd racked up multiple absences in his previous high school and thus was enrolled into an all boys private boarding school in Gotham, Brentwood Academy. While attending the school, he hung out with Stephanie often, had Alfred as his own personal valet, and created his own hi-tech skateboard. He even took down Kirk and Francine Langstrom, as well as their children, with the help of Dick after all of them had been turned into Man-Bat-like creatures. Unfortunately the antidote he got from Jason Bard worked on everyone except the Langstrom's son.
During his time as Robin, Tim allied himself with young heroes including Conner Kent and Bart Allen, who became his closest friends. The three of them eventually created, and thus became the founding members, of a new team of young heroes known as Young Justice. Tim worked as the team's leader until they were captured and tortured on Apokolips during the Imperiex War. It was after that that he learned his teammates no longer trusted him and he quit the team, though that proved to be temporary.
It turned out that the Justice League had discovered that Bruce had contingency plans in case they ever went evil or needed to be taken out. That caused the remaining members of Young Justice to wonder whether or not Tim had similar plans for them. Not everyone distrusted him, though, as Secret, Empress, and Lil' Lobo found that they could still trust Tim.
When he did return to the team, Cassandra Sandsmark, or Cassie, was elected the new leader, though Tim remained the team's tactical expert and often aided Cassie in her role as team leader. When Secret was turned evil by Darkseid, Tim managed to remind her that she was still human, that she still had humanity and thus saved the world.
When the Titans and Young Justice were approached by a corporation known as the Optitron, who wanted to fund them, and Dick refused, both teams were attacked by an android called Indigo. They tried to fight off the android but Tim's teammates ended up being hospitalized from their injuries, which he saw as his fault. Then a rogue Superman Robot killed Omen, and Donna Troy died in a resulting battle. Tim and his teammates on Young Justice believed their lack of experience was to blame and the team effectively disbanded.
When Garfield Logan, Victor Stone, and Koriand'r decided to mentor the next generation of heroes, Tim was one of those heroes that they called to the Titans Tower in San Francisco, where they offered for him, along with Conner, Cassie, and Bart, to join the Teen Titans on the weekends. Together they defeated Slade Wilson, who ended up being possessed by his son, Joseph Wilson. Unfortunately they were also forced to battle the Justice League when they visited after a misunderstanding. After the battle ended, Dick Grayson told the League to trust the next generation of heroes.
Life became so busy for Tim that he even forgot his sixteenth birthday and was surprised by his teammates with a surprise party. Unfortunately the party wasn't all fun as he received a hologram from Alfred, claiming to be from the future, alerting him that someone within the Batman Family was going to betray them. Tim worked hard to discover who the traitor was but the whole thing turned out to be a test from Bruce, who wanted to test Tim's detective skill.
While protecting an injured Ventriloquist in Gotham, Tim called on James Gordon for help. The two were then infected by fear gas which caused them to attack each other but they were eventually stopped and cured of the fear gas by Frank Ivers.
For his junior year of high school, Tim attended the Louis E. Grieve Memorial High School in Gotham, where he met and quickly became friends with Bernard Dowd and Darla Aquista. He fought against Johnny Warlock, who took control over Henry Aquista's crime business only to apparently die after trying to kill Tim and Stephanie - though it turned out Warlock hadn't died.
While taking the Batmobile on a joyride, he even managed to rescue Raven from Brother Blood. He was then caught lying about a black eye to his father, who then found Tim's stash of Robin equipment in his room. His father confronted Bruce, threatening to reveal their secret identities and forcing Tim to quit being Robin.
He watched Stephanie become the newest Robin, his relationship with her becoming strained. He refused to return to the Teen Titans, believing civilian life was better for him, easier for him. When Scarab started killing people she thought could be Robin, Tim was put under Cassandra Cain's protection while Stephanie and Bruce went after Scarab. He later learned that Stephanie was fired from being Robin after disobeying orders.
When a gang war plagued Gotham, Tim was forced to try to protect his classmates in his civilian identity, managing to hold his own until Bruce, Cassandra, and Dick are able to arrive. His friend, Darla, however was left in critical condition. It was then that Tim decided to take on the mantle of Robin again, breaking his promise to his father. When he admitted to being Robin again to his father, his father reluctantly accepted that he's needed as a hero. His stepmother, Dana, was still left in the dark about his crime-fighting life though.
But then Stephanie was attacked by Black Mask, dying at Thompkins Clinic from her wounds. When informed about her death by Bruce, Tim didn't cry; he didn't make any sound. Instead he returned to active duty with the Teen Titans in San Francisco.
When Tim met his future self, he discovered that he was Batman and that Bruce, in the future, died in a crisis. He found out his future self killed multiple people and vowed to not become like him, knowing he didn't even want to be Batman.
When tragedies struck the families of Justice League members, Tim tried his best to keep his own family safe. However while out patrolling with Bruce, the two of them received a transmission from Barbara Gordon, who patched Tim's father in. Discovering there was an intruder who was about to kill his father, they raced back to the house only for Tim to discover both Captain Boomerang and his father, Jack, dead at the scene.
Though Bruce offered to adopt him, Tim instead created a fake uncle and moved to Blüdhaven while his stepmother received treatment at a psychiatric hospital. Bruce, of course, was easily able to track him down, figuring out what he'd done and even offered to teach him how to better cover his tracks.
When the Veteran came to recruit Tim, he ended up taking his offer into consideration, concerned more with his own missions than Bruce's; however he ended up turning down the offer.
Then he came into contact with Jason Todd for the first time. He was confronted by Jason, who had broken into Titans Tower. He fought Jason but ultimately lost the battle. To his surprise, his life was spared, though the Robin emblem on his costume was ripped off.
Tim then worked alongside the Veteran's forces in order to defend Blüdhaven from an army of OMACs. A virus ended up deactivating the cyborgs, and Tim, along with the Shadowpact and the Veteran's team, were able to apprehend the metahumans they were after. He was then whisked away with Cassie Sandsmark to help the Teen Titans, Doom Patrol, and Justice Society of America to help the battle against Superboy-Prime.
He later found out that Blüdhaven had been destroyed by the Society. Despite being concerned for the people there, including Dick, his primary concern was Conner Kent, whose body was now eating itself away after the battle against Superboy-Prime. In the search for a cure for one of his best friends, he lead a successful assault on one of Lex Luthor's genetic research labs.
However he was soon left in command of the rescue efforts in Blüdhaven only to have himself and the Teen Titans kicked out of the ruined city by the government. He then found out that Conner had died at the North Pole. Despite being grief stricken, he still aided other heroes in their battle against the Society in Metropolis.
After the battle was won, Tim joined Bruce and Dick on a journey to retrace Bruce's footsteps from his original quest to become Batman. While in Europe and helping Dick stop a plot by Intergang, he changed his costume's colors to red and black. When asked about this by Jimmy Olsen, he explained that the colors had been Conner's colors.
When Bruce and Tim finally returned to Gotham, a year after they had left, Bruce officially adopted Tim. Afterwards, though, it was discovered that Tim, as Robin, was being framed for the murder of Lynx, who had been killed in a Batgirl suit, and that Cassandra Cain had gone missing. He broke David Cain out of prison because of a ransom only to discover that Cassandra was behind it and that she had taken over the League of Assassins. She offered for him to fight at her side but when he refused, they fought and he barely managed to escape with his life.
Tim took up the leadership position in the new Teen Titans. Together with Cyborg, they tried to put the team back together after Conner's death. However the entire time, he was trying to figure out how to clone Conner. When Cassie found out, the two of them shared a kiss but they never pursued a romantic relationship.
Tim then went undercover with kidnappers, which ended with a hero known as Dodge being put into a coma, for which he blamed himself. He managed to talk through that guilt, though, while talking a teenager out of committing suicide. He then teamed up with Klarion the Witch Boy and Teekl, the three of them stopping a man named Uriah from creating a Judgment Beast.
Dodge eventually healed and returned to have his revenge along with a few other heroes, causing Tim to have to team up with Zachary Zatara and Rose Wilson in order to defeat them. Dodge ended up protecting Tim, dying in the process.
When Damian Wayne arrived, instead of becoming close to his young brother, Tim ended up fighting him. It became clear that Damian wanted to replace him as Robin and viewed him as a rival that needed to be killed. The last Tim saw of Damian, he had donned his own Robin costume and ran off to help Bruce.
That was until Damian returned to the Batcave to warn them that Ra's al Ghul had returned. Tim was distrusting of Damian and the two ended up fighting but then Wayne Manor was attacked by the League of Assassins and they were captured. Ra's offered for Tim to serve at his side, believing he'd reach his true potential if he did, in exchange for Tim's parents being resurrected. Tim, despite missing his parents, refused.
Ra's, however, also planned to take over either Tim or Damian's body and use them as his new host. Thankfully the two of them were able to escape and fought against ninjas that worked for the White Ghost. Tim ultimately made the decision to sacrifice himself, caring more about the friends and family he'd lost. Dick tried to stop him but was stopped himself by I-Ching, who insisted Tim make the decision on his own. In the end, Tim chose not to and was comforted by Dick as he cried. He then joined them in stopping Ra's al Ghul in his new body in Nanda Parbat.
A new vigilante named Violet eventually showed up in Gotham and Tim made it his goal to chase after her. He was then informed about two corrupt police officers by Jamie Harper and also found out his friend, Sebastian Ives, was diagnosed with cancer. All the while he continued chasing after Violet and when the two finally clashed, they were interrupted by a seemingly new Spoiler. He soon found out that the new Spoiler wasn't, in fact, new and that she was Stephanie Brown and that her death had been faked. The two shared a kiss and became a crime-fighting duo after this revelation.
After defeating the Wonderland Gang with Dick, the two of them were informed about Hush's return by Bruce. They were later summoned back to the Batcave to help confront Hush. Tim grew both concerned about Bruce's mental health and angry over being kept in that dark on whether or not Damian was truly Bruce's biological son. But then Bruce went missing and Tim joined Stephanie in the search for him.
He eventually learned that Stephanie had been sabotaging his efforts to find Bruce at Bruce's own request. He alerted both Knight and Squire to the situation and then rallied the Club of Heroes in order to deal with the Black Glove, which was all over Gotham. He then helped decipher the Black Glove's code and learned they were targeting the Outsiders as well as Bruce.
When Dick finally returned to Gotham, the two of them worked on rebuilding the Batcave and then later ventured to Vietnam to apprehend Hush once and for all. They were successful and locked Hush into a cell at the top of Wayne Tower.
While Bruce was gone, Tim tried his best to keep Gotham safe. When Jason Todd tried to take over the city's gangs, he had him apprehended and imprisoned at Blackgate. Stephanie, though, kept testing him and even hired mercenaries to attack him while he was fighting the new Lynx. Ulysses also returned and took on the identity of Anarky, leaving Lonnie Machin paralyzed and comatose. In order to fight the new Anarky, Tim took up the Red Robin mantle as his own, realizing he needed to do whatever it took to keep Gotham and its citizens safe.
When Lady Shiva challenged him to a fight to the death, he won by poisoning her food earlier in the day. He also fought and defeated the man responsible for his biological mother's death, the Obeah Man. Then the world believed Bruce Wayne, as Batman, had died. Tim re-donned his Robin costume and, when a gang war broke out, teamed up with Squire to try to stop it. He tried to convince Dick to become the next Batman but was shut down. He even broke Jason Todd out of prison only for Jason to put on his own Batman costume and start killing people, which Tim blamed himself for.
Tim donned his own Batman costume and fought Jason but was badly injured. He was saved by Damian and Squire. He later found out that Dick had defeated Jason and was now the new Batman.
When he saw a picture of one of Bruce's supposed ancestors at Wayne Manor, Tim knew in his heart that Bruce was alive and stuck in the past. He made it his goal to find proof while everyone else seemed to think he was merely grieving and in denial. It didn't help his frustration when Damian was chosen to replace him as the next Robin. He re-donned the Red Robin costume and left Gotham in his search.
While in Paris, he was attacked by three assassins from the League of Assassins, Owens, Prudence, and Z. After defeating them, it was revealed that Ra's al Ghul wanted to help him, that he too believed Bruce wasn't dead. The three assassins were put at Tim's disposal but in the end Owens and Z were killed by an agent of the Council of Spiders - that same agent left Prudence and Tim fatally wounded but the League of Assassins rescued Tim and Prudence.
They also kidnapped Tam Fox, who had been sent by Lucius Fox to track Tim down and bring him back to Gotham. Tim found all that out upon waking up with the League of Assassins. Ra's al Ghul seemed just desperate enough, and somehow trusting or underestimating Tim enough, to put him in charge of the League of Assassins in order to defeat the Council of Spiders. When the League failed to stop the Council, Tim realized they had been duped and that the Council was attacking the League's headquarters. He raced back in time to save Tam, the two sharing a kiss afterwards. Before escaping the League, however, after being allowed full access to the League's computer system, Tim used their very own computer to cripple their facilities all across the planet.
Tim returned to Gotham with Tam after that, knowing Ra's was going to retaliate and knowing his target was Wayne Enterprises. But then the dead started to rise as Black Lanterns. He returned to Dick and Damian's sides in order to help them defeat the Black Lantern Corps. He discovered that his biological father had been raised from the dead and even reenacted his own death to try to get a rise out of Tim. Together with Dick, the two of them used Mister Freeze's gun in order to not be detected by the Black Lanterns so they could give valuable information to their allies.
The fact that Bruce wasn't among the Black Lanterns also fueled Tim's belief that he wasn't dead, as well as the proof he'd found earlier with the help of Owens, Z, and Prudence. Briefly before he returned to Gotham, he was reunited with Conner Kent, who had come back from the dead, and who believed in him and believed him when he said Bruce was alive.
Once back in Gotham, without the Black Lanterns to worry about, he focused on figuring out Ra's next plan. He learned the details of Ra's plan thanks to Prudence, who believed she owed her life to him. He teamed up with Stephanie Brown, the newest Batgirl, in order to protect Leslie Thompkins. He even convinced Dick that Bruce was still alive.
In order to stop Ra's he did one of two things. He has Lucius Fox make him CEO of Wayne Enterprises instead of Bruce, who was being impersonated by Hush. And then he called in backup from his friends and fellow Batfamily members in order to protect Bruce Wayne's loved ones. He fought Ra's and was badly hurt and even literally kicked out of the building, ready to fall to his death but was rescued and caught by Dick.
He later found out that while with Vicki Vale, Tam had panicked and told her that she and Tim were engaged. Alfred also designed a modified version of the Red Robin costume, one specifically for Tim to help him become his own hero.
Tim then created his own hit list of villains, mostly specific to Gotham's heroes' enemies, and enlisted the help of Lonnie Machin as his own personal Oracle. He ended up apprehending Ulysses, who had been using Lonnie, and saving Lonnie's life.
Then he was brought to the Justice League's headquarters to help them rescue Bruce. They successfully saved Bruce, who became Batman once again, though Dick also remained as Gotham's Batman. Together with Bruce and Prudence, Tim helped defeat the Council of Spiders in Amsterdam. He even watched as Bruce established Batman Incorporated.
He then traveled to Hong Kong where he came into contact with Cassandra Cain, who was still a vigilante but no longer Batgirl. He gave her a duplicate of her old costume but accepted that she did not wish to return to Gotham. Once he returned to Gotham, he broke the second Lynx out of police custody, unsure if he believed her story about being an undercover cop from Hong Kong or not.
He managed to focus on his hit list, being CEO of Wayne Enterprises, and establishing the Neon Knights in hopes of preventing kids and teenagers from turning to a life of crime. All the while he tried to figure out his feelings toward Tam Fox, though the two of them eventually started dating and made it clear to the media that they were not engaged.
The next big mission for him was taking on the Unternet, which led him to Russia and an encounter with Red Star as well as a new vigilante named Promise. He ended up finding out that Viktor Mikalek was in charge of the Unternet and was even brought into the Unternet briefly before Lonnie figured out how to get him and Tam out of it. Lonnie, however, stayed behind to spy on the Unternet for him.
Then the Calculator sent one of hundreds of androids that looked just like him to kill Tam, though the attack failed. Tim enlisted the help of the Teen Titans, who to his surprise included Damian, to track down the Calculator's base of operations. They traveled to Istanbul and destroyed several Calculator androids before finding the base and Calculator himself. Once there they discovered that the Calculator had tortured and killed a former Teen Titan known as Kid Eternity.
Once the Calculator was defeated, Tim officially rejoined the Teen Titans, though not as their leader, which caused Damian to leave the team. After returning to Gotham, Tim discovered that the source of the Unternet's power was the Madmen. He was able to disable the Unternet but only after rendering the Madmen catatonic and removing their ability to ever return to their normal civilian lives ever again.
Subject Interview It was times like this that he wondered how he could ever miss Gotham. He knew the answer, of course. Gotham was home. It had always been home even if it hadn't always felt like home. It was his home and his city.
Bruce was off, trotting around the globe, building Batman Incorporated, as far as Tim was aware. Dick and Damian still had their whole Batman and Robin dynamic duo. Stephanie was still Batgirl. Barbara was running the Birds of Prey. Jason was doing whatever it was that Jason did - scaring gang leaders and shooting people, probably.
Gotham wasn't without its heroes, both good and neutral alike. And he'd cemented himself as one of those heroes. He'd saved more lives than he could count when he stopped the Unternet - at the cost of the Madmen's humanity and yes, he still felt guilty about that.
But now wasn't the time for guilt. Now was the time for fighting, for strategies. Now was the time to focus on the fact that Killer Croc was currently trying to eat him. There'd been a breakout at Arkham - when wasn't there a breakout at Arkham? He'd responded to it first, dropping into the prison yard only to find several guards dead or seriously injured.
He fought his fair share of inmates, making his way into the prison in order to stop some of the bigger bads that the asylum housed from getting to the room that housed their confiscated weapons. Halfway to that very room, he'd found Killer Croc or Croc had found him, one of the two, he didn't think the details on who had found whom first mattered.
Now he was on his back, his bō staff the only thing keeping Croc's jaws from sinking his teeth into him. Unfortunately it didn't keep spit or bad breath off his face. Tim internally sighed. That wasn't going to come out of his mask easy. Great.
He wasn't sure if anyone else had showed up to help - preferably help him and not the escaping prisoners. There were already more than enough inmates running around, fighting guards. He didn't need anyone else helping them - they had most likely already received aid from a corrupt guard.
Croc pulled his mouth away from the bō staff. Before he could be relieved that he was no longer on the dinner menu, his mind popped a single, dreadful question into his head.
Why?
The answer came when Croc suddenly grabbed his bō staff with both hands, his grip strong, and yanked it up. Tim lightly gasped, eyes widening briefly, at the sudden jerk of being pulled up. He managed to keep his own grasp on the bō staff but now he was dangling from it, feet off the ground. Not that this was anything new. He was still closer to the ground than he'd been whenever this had happened as Robin.
That and he was a trained acrobat, of course. He used the bar to swing, slamming his foot right up under Croc's jaw. He then used his other foot to kick the inmate in the throat. Croc coughed and cursed, dropping the staff and, in turn, dropping the vigilante.
"You're gonna pay for that!!" Killer Croc snarled.
Tim was quick to land on his feet and scoop his bō staff right back up. He twirled it in one hand then shifted into a fighting stance.
"Not likely," he replied, stating it like it was a fact. Croc growled and charged him.
This was going to be a long night.

Subject Facts Full Name: Axel Walker Codename: Trickster II Age: Twenty years Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Rogue Aliases: N/A Marital Status: Single Affiliation: The Rogues (Flash's)
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: N/A Standard Abilities: - Thieving: Axel's shown great skill at being a thief, especially when it comes to cracking safes.
- Combat: He has a basic knowledge of hand-to-hand combat.
- Acrobat: While no skilled gymnast, he's shown a basic skill in acrobatics.
- Mechanical Engineering: He's more intelligent than he acts or is given credit for and is smart enough to create the gadgets he uses.
- Explosives: He's become quite good at creating all sorts of explosive devices.
Paraphernalia: - Gadgetry: He carries several types of gadgetry with him, a lot themed after toys - such as rocket boots, itching powder, and even yo-yos that explode.
Subject Weaknesses: - Limited Gadgets: He's limited to the gadgets he brings with him. Once they're used up, he needs to somehow acquire or make more and is often not able to do that in the middle of fights.
- Only Human: He's not invulnerable. He doesn't have any armor or meta-powers to keep him from getting hurt. Thus any weapon or toxin can harm him.
- Immature: He's childish, it's part of his Trickster persona but also who he is. This can lead to him not taking missions seriously or throwing a fit when upset.
- Reckless: Mostly when left on his own, unsupervised by the other Rogues. He'll jump first into danger or a ill-planned scheme just for the fun of it, easily getting himself into trouble.
- Daddy Issues: He doesn't particularly like it being pointed out that he lacks a biological father in his life, often referring to the Rogues as his father figures. Still whenever its been brought up, it appears to be a sore topic, easily frustrating him.
Subject History Axel was a normal - as normal as he could get - civilian until he stole all of James Jesse's gadgets and hover shoes when he was a teenager, while James was working with the F.B.I. He even created his own gadgets, or "toys," and became the new Trickster.
He first started working for Oswald Cobblepot in Gotham however he was unable to stop Tarantula from attacking Cobblepot. Afterwards he decided to just have some fun and cause some chaos throughout Gotham but was stopped and apprehended by Tim Drake as Robin.
Eventually he joined up with Amunet Black and, at her request, destroyed files that had belonged to Keith Kenyon and Hunter Zolomon. His time with Amunet was limited, though, as she was eventually defeated. However he was soon offered to join the new incarnation of the Rogues, which was led at the time by Leonard Snart. He joined the Rogues and fought alongside them as another Rogue team, claiming to be reformed was created.
Then Roscoe Dillon found a way to return James Jesse's memories after he'd somehow lost it, reminding him that he was the original Trickster. The two Tricksters fought but Axel was ultimately defeated and thrown into a dumpster. While in the dumpter, James made it clear that he was to never become the Trickster again. Naturally he didn't listen.
He ended up going to five college students who wanted an experience superhero to teach them, pretending to be just that. After having dinner with them, he killed all five of them. He was then discovered by Detective Chimp and arrested.
After he got out, upon discovering that James Jesse was dead, he officially re-donned his Trickster costume and alter-ego. He created his own crew and worked out of a hideout that used to belong to the Rogues. He learned about the Rogues killing Bart Allen and found out that it had been an accident when the Rogues returned. He also found out that they were planning on disbanding and going underground. But then when they planned on getting revenge on Thaddeus Thawne for manipulating them, Axel readily jumped at the chance to join the Rogues and help them, putting him against Libra's New Rogues as well as Hunter Zolomon and Thaddeus.
When the dead started to rise as Black Lanterns, Axel joined the Rogues as they headed to Iron Heights. He was attacked by and fought a raised James Jesse, though he managed to escape and rejoined the other Rogues. And then when the Rogues' 25th Century counterparts known as the Renegades attacked, he joined the Rogues in fending them off. He and his teammates managed to escape and evade capture after they exposed to a slow-acting poison.
Subject Interview He was having a great time messing with Kid Flash. Was it as fun as messing with the Flash? Not really but Kid Flash wasalmost more annoying. There was a bomb hidden somewhere in Central City as well as several decoy bombs filled with exploding glitter.
He had a feeling the speedster would annoyingly find the bomb easily but this allowed Kid Flash to be distracted while the other Rogues were off causing mayhem because a bomb most certainly was the top priority. That and he wanted to see Kid Flash coughing up glitter.
Kid Flash, for once, didn't look amused, covered from head to toe in red and yellow glitter.
"Wow oh wow, you're so shiny, Kid!" Axel quipped from on top of a couch in an abandoned warehouse. His legs were crossed, eyes wide behind his mask. "Tell me - is that from the Speed Force or are you celebrating Pride early?"
The huff he heard from Kid Flash told him he was rolling his eyes.
"It's from my sparkling personality, duh," the speedster threw back.
Axel laughed. "How many did you find?"
"All twenty-two."
He made an exaggerated O with his mouth, holding his hand up to cover it in fake shock. "I seem to remember planting thirty-two."
Kid Flash's usual smile wavered. He was getting annoyed. That made Axel grin wickedly.
"You're bluffing."
He held his hands out and shrugged. He knew the speedster couldn't take that risk.
"You're a horrible adult," Kid Flash complained.
Axel laughed again. "You're the one who came back from the dead as a teenager." He made a shooing motion with his hand. "Now off you go or should we waste more time yapping?" He grinned at the frown he got and watched the speedster, well, speed off.
Of course he had been bluffing. He'd only placed twenty-one fake bombs and one real one. But Kid Flash wasn't a telepath and he was using that to his advantage. He stretched his arms out and slid down onto the couch. The Rogues would be proud of him, he was sure of it. But now he just needed to make a hasty exit before-
He frowned and looked at the cuffs suddenly linking his wrists. What?! His gaze rose, finding a smirking Kid Flash with his hands on his hips. Oh how he wanted to slap that smirk off.
"You're a turd, Axel," Kid Flash teased, having clearly figured out his bluff.
Axel huffed. "Not cool, Kid Flash, not cool."
"Aren't you supposed to be a mature adult now?"
He was most certainly a mature adult! And like any mature adult, he raised his middle finger, stuck his tongue off, and whined, "Shut up."

Subject Facts Full Name: Kaldur'ahm Codename: Aqualad Age: Eighteen years Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: Jackson Hyde, Kaldur Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Aquaman Family, Teen Titans (reserve)
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: - Atlantean Hybridized Physiology: Though he's only half-Atlantean, Kaldur still has some of the physical attributes as full fledged Atlanteans, listed below.
- Amphibious Nature: When his skin comes into contact with any amount of water, he grows gills on the sides of his neck and his fingers and toes become webbed. The gills allow him to breathe and speak under water with no issues.
- Enhanced Vision: He's to see perfectly in the darkest parts of the ocean. This ability also makes it possible for him to pick up on energy patterns similar to someone using infrared goggles.
- Enhanced Hearing: Though nearly at the same level as someone like Superman, he's able to hear far better than the average human.
- Enhanced Durability: He's able to withstand the crushing depths of the ocean and can also handle more damage than the average person. This, however, does not mean he's invulnerable.
- Enhanced Reflexes: He's able to process and react faster than the average human.
- Enhanced Speed: He can swim at great speeds and can easily keep up with Arthur's own speed. He's not as fast on land but still a little faster than the average human.
- Enhanced Stamina: Though he can still get tired and drained, it takes more to get him to that point.
- Enhanced Strength: He's stronger than the average human, allowing him to be able to slice solid steel with his waterbearers or lift a lot of weight, even throw a powerful punch.
- Hydrokinesis: He's able to manipulate and bend water around him to his will.
- Electrokinesis: Like an electric eel, he's able to control, manipulate, and summon electric waves. The electricity seems to spark around and in the tattoos that snake up his arms. He's able to make his touch electrical, have electricity sparking off his skin at his tattoos, and even burts of electricity he can send at enemies.
- Swimming: Because he's half-Atlantean, swimming comes naturally to him.
Standard Abilities: N/A Paraphernalia: - Waterbearers: He has two waterbearers that help him focus his hydrokinesis. He often manipulates water into the form of blades with the waterbearers acting as the swords' hilts.
Subject Weaknesses: - Dehydration: Being half-human helps him survive outside of the Ocean, as he did until he discovered he wasn't fully human, however he's vulnerable in dry environments such as deserts, becoming weaker the dryer he gets. He can also get dehydrated faster and more easily than humans in dry environments.
- Mortal: While he can take a lot due to being half-Atlantean, he's not invulnerable and definitely not invincible. He's still susceptible to injury as well as diseases. There are also people stronger than him
- Daddy Issues: He's not close to his biological father at all, still viewing his adopted parents as his real parents. He even views Arthur and Mera as more like parents than his biological father. However there's still a part of him that wants to know his biological father and understand him. It's admittedly a sore subject for him and has potential to cloud his judgement, especially when it comes to dealing with Black Manta.
- Inexperienced: He's still relatively new to having his abilities, knowing he's half-Atlantean, and being a superhero. This means he can be prone to making mistakes in the field as well as miscalculations. This inexperience can easily hinder him in the field, no matter what abilities he has.
Subject History Kaldur'ahm was born the son of David Hyde. Before he was born, his biological parents were taken, tortured, and experimented on by the underwater people of Xebel. While Kaldur and his biological father, who would become Black Manta, survived, his biological mother did not. As a baby, he was rescued by Mera and taken to the surface where she gave him to a human couple who would act as his adopted parents.
Mera, however, understood that the experiments conducted onto Kaldur as a baby had turned him into a kind of living key - one that could open the field that separated Xebel from the rest of the world. Knowing this, she made it clear to his adopted parents that she would one day have to return and take Kaldur away from him. His adopted parents soon became attached to him and were terrified of the idea of having to give him back to the Atlanteans so they moved as far away from the ocean as they could get.
He was given the name Jackson and grew up happy with his adopted parents, believing they were his biological parents. During his childhood he found out he had the ability to manipulate water and that when water touched his skin, he grew gills and his hands and feet became webbed. Because of this his adopted parents made sure he stayed away from water such as swimming pools, lakes, and especially the ocean.
He never once thought he was part Atlantean. He didn't know about the experiments that had turned him half-Atlantean. Growing up, he assumed he'd been born with his powers and his adopted parents told him as much, afraid that if he were to know the truth, people would come and take him away. Because of his adopted parents' fear, he was also taught to fear the water.
As a high schooler in New Mexico, Kaldur only ever had one girlfriend, Maria. The two of them never hooked up and he was perfectly aware that she hooked up with other guys behind his back and only seemed to want him to do his homework for her. Their relationship was an on again/off again type, and he was with her the day he noticed the water in his hometown of Silver City was vanishing.
He did his best to hide his powers from everyone except his adopted parents, even lying to his girlfriend about being afraid of drowning and being vague about his tattoos that he'd had since he was a baby. But the disappearing water was a sign and his adopted parents knew it. His adopted father took him to an isolated cabin in the woods but it wasn't far enough away. There he told Kaldur that he was adopted and told him about Mera bringing him to them and that she had said she'd one day return for him.
Before the conversation could go any further, though, Black Manta and Siren showed up looking for Kaldur. He fled with his adopted father in their car but his adopted father purposefully drove the car off a cliff and into the ocean to protect him. Kaldur managed to save his adopted father from drowning and keep Black Manta off them but they were both pushed back onto land by Siren.
It was then that Kaldur found out that Black Manta was his biological father. Arthur Curry managed to arrive just in time to save him and his adopted father. Arthur managed to fend off Black Manta and Siren enough to get Kaldur and his adopted father to safety. The three of them then picked up Kaldur's adopted mother and then headed toward an underwater safehouse.
Once there, Kaldur learned more about Arthur and himself. He learned that he was the key to stopping a war between Xebel and the surface, before the war even began. He was then taken to a cave by Arthur where he unlocked a biolock, activating his electric abilities in the process, and saw a message recorded by Mera for him, revealing the truth about his biological parents and what Xebel had done to them and him, as well as the sacrifice Mera had made to protect him and Arthur.
When Arthur tried to get him to leave his life on the surface, his adopted parents, behind to prevent the war, he initially fought back, terrified and insisting that Arthur didn't understand how he felt. But it was made clear that Arthur knew exactly how he felt and he was able to convince Kaldur to dawn the armor and waterbearers left for him. It was in that moment that he took up the mantle of Aqualad.
Together with Arthur, they raced to try to stop the war with Kaldur attempting to help mend Arthur and Mera's relationship along the way. Unfortunately the two of them were attacked and thrown out of the ocean by Siren and her forced, landing on a crowded beach full of civilians. Siren's forces started attacking the civilians, killing as many as they could, but Kaldur and Arthur fought back, trying to stop the army.
Kaldur even clashed swords with Siren herself, trying to protect civilians on the beach so they could get away. But then Siren started claiming that Mera was dead and just as Arthur went to avenge her, Black Manta appeared and cut off his hand. Just as Manta was preparing to strike the killing blow, Kaldur tackled him to get him away from Arthur.
Kaldur fought against his biological father, demanding answers but also desperately trying not to get killed. A part of him wanted to matter to his father, to understand why his father was allied with the people who killed his biological mother and now wanted him dead, only to be told that neither he nor his mother ever mattered to Manta.
That was when Mera, who clearly wasn't dead, and Lorena Marquez arrived and joined the fight. Kaldur and Lorena teamed up against the Xebel forces. Then Arthur had Kaldur use his electrokinesis to cauterize his wound where his hand had been severed off. With Arthur back in action, the four Atlanteans teamed up to drive back Siren's forces. In order to get Siren, her forces, and Manta away from the civilians on the beach, Mera, controlling as much as the ocean as she could, dragged them back into the ocean.
The fight was then taken underwater. Arthur summoned an army of sea creatures to attack Siren's forces. The four Atlanteans all knew they needed to force them back to the Bermuda Triangle and thus back to Xebel.
During the fighting, Kaldur, who was still new to his powers and entirely untrained, started to find his powers, especially his electrokinesis hard to control and painful. The pain increased the closer they got to the Bermuda Triangle. Once they got to the edge of the Bermuda Triangle, at Arthur's instruction, Kaldur let his power lose, opening the field in the Bermuda Triangle and sending Siren, her forces, and even Manta back to Xebel - but not before Manta threatened to come back for Kaldur and kill him as he had Arthur and Mera's own biological son.
Kaldur managed to close the field, trapping them in Xebel for the time being. After the battle, Kaldur, along with Lorena, awkwardly watched as Mera and Arthur kissed after making up. Then the White Lantern power appeared along with Deadman, trying to warn Arthur but it was too late. Arthur vanished.
Kaldur, Lorena, and Mera returned to the surface where the Justice League and other heroes were arriving to help the injured civilians and informed them of what had happened to Arthur. Then chaos broke out and the heroes were forced to spread out over the globe to do the best they could. Kaldur kept close to Lorena and Mera, helping get civilians to safety.
After the battle was done and Arthur returned to life, Kaldur returned to his adopted parents, though he was eager to continue training with Arthur. He also eventually learned that Arthur had contacted the Teen Titans on his behalf.
Subject Interview This was all still new to him. Jackson - no, Kaldur'ahm - still had a lot to learn. Starting with his name. His adopted parents still called him Jackson. He suspected they always would. But that wasn't his real name, despite as real, as right as it felt. He wanted to try to get used to it. It was the name given to him by, he assumed, his biological mother.
He didn't know that for sure, of course. A part of him was afraid to ask Mera for confirmation, afraid that he would be wrong. He needed something, anything to attach him to his biological mother, to feel like she was still with him even though he had no memory of her. He wasn't sure if she'd even survived long enough to hold him after he'd been born. He wasn't even sure if she'd given birth to him or if he'd had to be cut out--
He stopped at the edge of the reef, abruptly, hands tightening into fists. No, he didn't want to think about that. That wasn't going to help him. Besides, the people of Xebel were still trapped in Xebel. They couldn't hurt him now. And even if they returned and tried to, he now had another family perfectly capable of protecting him and helping him.
That family was compromised of Arthur Curry, Mera, and Lorena Marquez as well as any of their allies. He'd heard about another one, Garth he believed his name was. He hadn't met him yet. He had met some of the Teen Titans but only briefly. He was technically part of their ranks now thanks to Arthur but he still required a lot of training. Sometimes he sparred with the other Titans, but most of his training had to be with fellow Atlanteans.
Jackson - no, Kaldur - sat down on the edge of the reef, eyes following a fish as it swam by. He'd decided that he was perfectly fine with his adopted parents calling him Jackson. It felt right. It felt normal. It felt like it helped link him to his life before, to the time when he'd thought they were his real parents... They still felt like his real parents.
Except now it felt like he had three families. His adopted parents were one. Arthur, Mera, and Lorena were another - he'd asked them to try to call him by Kaldur'ahm or Kaldur in order to try to get used to the name. And despite the fact that his biological father, David Hyde, had made it clear he meant nothing to him, it still felt as if he counted as a third family.
Kaldur groaned, not bothering to try to keep his frustrations to himself. He was off the coast of San Francisco, by himself, after doing some training with the Teen Titans. The team had called in one of their reserve members and the moment he'd seen it was Red Robin, one of Gotham's infamous Bats, he knew he was going to get his butt whooped. And get his butt whooped was indeed what had happened.
It had been embarrassing but he'd only noticed Kid Flash laughing. Of course that didn't mean no one else laughed but he tried to convince himself that it did. His inexperience alone would have been enough to keep him from winning against any of his new teammates, but it was also painfully obvious that he was almost always distracted - a fact he had no doubt was being reported back to Arthur and Mera.
He'd barely had time to process all the revelations and changes in his life when they had first started happening. But then he'd had time to process it all, to let it sink in. It was too much, too fast. A part of him wanted to go back to being a normal teenager in New Mexico. Another part of him didn't want to disappoint Arthur. A third part knew that he had never truly been society's idea of "normal," even ignoring his powers.
There was a lot now he still felt like he didn't know about himself but one thing he realized he'd always known, and it wasn't his powers. He'd tried to deny it, telling himself he had a girlfriend even though she had never really cared about him, they had never really been romantic together. No, he had never been what others would deem as "normal."
So perhaps this part of his life now, being Aqualad, being the son of a murderous supervillain, trying to figure out who he truly was, was all part of a new normal he was inventing.

Subject Facts Full Name: Amon Tomaz Codename: Osiris Age: 17 Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Neutral Aliases: N/A Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Black Marvel Family, Teen Titans (formerly), Kahndaq royal family (Prince; currently banished)
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: All of Amon's meta-human abilities are a portion of Black Adam's own and come to him when he says "Black Adam."- S for the Stamina of Shu: While not invulnerable, this helps Amon withstand most types of attacks. He also doesn't need to eat or breathe in order to survive and is also capable of surviving all by himself in space.
- H for the Swiftness of Hero: He can fly at supersonic speed as well as run a steady pace at superhuman speeds.
- A for the Strength of Amon: He's able to lift at least one-hundred tons. He's been shown to bend steel, punch through walls, and lift massive objects with ease.
- Z for the Wisdom of Zehuti: Though it may not seem like he uses it, he has instant access to a vast level of knowledge, specifically scholarly. This also grants him the ability of clairvoyance and, should he call for it, advice and counsel when he needs it.
- A for the Power of Aton: This is the magic-based part of his abilities. It fuels the bolt of lightning that transforms him into Osiris, and thus causes the enhancing of his other physical attributes when he's transformed.
- Magic Lightning: He's able to use the lightning as a weapon by dodging it and allowing it to strike someone else. He also learned from Black Adam how to direct a blast of lightning.
- M for the Courage of Mehen: This ability is more psychological than the others. This makes sure he has a large amount of inner strength that he can draw on when he needs to. When he draws on this strength, he becomes indestructible. However he's unable to constantly draw on this strength and be indestructible all the time. Even this power has its limits.
Standard Abilities: - Multilingual: Amon is fluent in English as well as the various languages found throughout Egypt.
Paraphernalia: N/A Subject Weaknesses: - Vulnerability to Magic: Though his powers come from magic, Amon is not immune to it. In fact he's specifically vulnerable to the magic of other Marvels. Any Marvel could grab him, say their phrase, and transform him from Osiris to Amon (or vice versa) by having their lightning hit him instead.
- PTSD: He still gets nightmares, flashbacks, and has some triggers when it comes to the memories of those he's killed - especially his first time killing someone - and Sobek's betrayal which left him dead. This can also cause him to become unstable, angry, terrified or unable to do anything when his PTSD is triggered.
- Unguided: He makes a lot of mistakes and bad decisions due to a lack of guidance from a parental figure or mentor. He flourished while under Black Adam's guidance but suffered after coming back from the dead and finding both Adrianna and Black Adam dead with no one there to guide him and teach him.
- Lonely: After being killed by Sobek, who he'd thought was his best friend, he's been left with no friends, only his family to keep him company. As much as he adores his family, he still longs for friends and thinking about how he doesn't have any can cause him to get depressed, angry, and even uncaring toward what is going on around him.
- Anything for Family: He'd do anything for his family, especially his sister, Adrianna. This includes compromising his morals on multiple occasions, including killing people. It also means his family can be used to manipulate him, as Slade Wilson did.
- Just a Portion: Having only a portion of Black Adam's power means he's not as strong or durable as him. While he can still take more than the average human, he's also more vulnerable to injury than other Marvels such as Black Adam and Captain Marvel.
Subject History Amon grew up with his older sister, Adrianna, in Egypt. The two of them were enslaved by Intergang and eventually separated. He didn't know where his sister was taken to or if she was even still alive. When he refused to willingly join Intergang, he was taken to a re-education camp in Yemen. There he was brutally beaten but found and saved by Black Adam, Adrianna, Renee Montoya, and Vic Sage.
Adrianna healed him as best she could be he was still left paralyzed from the waist down, unable to walk. However Black Adam, viewing him as his own family because of his marriage to Adrianna, shared a portion of his power with him. When he said Black Adam, he was transformed into Osiris. As Osiris, he decided he wanted to be a hero. He wanted to help people the way Adrianna and Adam had helped him. He was also deemed the Kahndaq's new prince.
Amon accompanied Adrianna and Adam on several of their trips around the world, helping people here and there. When he joined them for dinner at the Sivana residence, he met a walking and talking humanoid crocodile named Sobek. Desperate for a friend, he was easily fooled by Sobek and took him in as his new best friend. The two of them were inseparable.
When he went to try out for the Teen Titans with Sobek by himself, he ended up being denied by a skeptical Freddie Freeman, Captain Marvel Jr. at the time. But he was still eager to become a hero and join the ranks of the Teen Titans, so much so that Freddie agreed to vouch for him in front of the other Titans if he could convince the rest of the world that the Black Marvel family were the good guys, that Black Adam wasn't evil anymore.
With the help of Adrianna, Adam was convinced to help Amon with his cause. A press conference was held where the family all powered down, Amon needing a wheelchair since he couldn't walk when he wasn't Osiris. The press conference helped a great deal and Amon was accepted into the ranks of the Teen Titans. Unfortunately, it didn't last long.
When Amanda Waller sent the Suicide Squad to attack the Black Marvel family, the Persuader made the mistake of trying to kill Adrianna. Terrified for his sister's life, unable to bear the thought of losing her, Amon attacked the Persuader to get him away from his sister. However his control over his powers was still lacking and he used too much strength. He ended up flying right through the Persuader, cutting his body in half.
Waller ended up using the death to sway public opinion against Amon and his family. Not only did Amon had to deal with the trauma of accidentally and violently taking a life, but he was also effectively kicked out of the Teen Titans, who encouraged him to turn himself in. He was taken to Kahndaq where he would be safe.
But he was overcome with guilt. He began to see his powers as a curse and desperately wanted to rid himself of it. He sought out Captain Marvel and his allies at the Rock of Eternity. There he discovered that Freddie had assumed the footage of him killing the Persuader had been fake and had actually stuck up for him with the other Titans. When Amon informed him otherwise, rather than being understand, Freddie became visibly upset but Mary Marvel managed to calm him down.
Billy Batson, as Captain Marvel, approached Amon, believing his presence there wasn't negative because the Seven Deadly Sins didn't want him to be there, which told him that Amon had a good soul. When he found out that Billy thought he had a good soul, he broke down. He begged him to remove his powers, blaming them for the harm he'd caused and the suffering his country was enduring, such as acid rains and several unexplained deaths.
He wasn't the only one to search out the Rock of Eternity's location, however. Adam and Adrianna showed up in time to hear him beg to be removed of his powers and confronted him. Adam insisted that his powers were a gift rather than a curse. Unfortunately that only angered Amon, who attacked and cast the blame on Adam. Adrianna and the Marvels attempted to break the fight up and calm the two men down. Eventually they were successful.
He reluctantly agreed to help Adrianna and Adam figure out what was plague Kahndaq. When he was left alone with Sobek at the palace, while Adrianna and Adam discussed plans, he admitted to still feeling cursed. Sobek was able to convince him to break his promise to his sister and brother-in-law. He spoke Black Adam's name and was returned to his mortal self. However when he expected Sobek to help hold him up, since he couldn't walk, he instead was attacked, killed, and devoured by who he'd thought was his best friend but turned out to be one of the Four Horsemen of Apokolips known as Famine.
Before he was entombed, though, Black Adam magically restored Amon's powers. This helped him when he was risen by the power of Nekron. It allowed him to resist the control of the Black Lantern ring. But he wasn't the only one risen from the dead. He ended up battling and defeating a risen Sobek, after discovering that both Adrianna and Adam were gone. He sacrificed himself to stop Sobek but was later brought back to life by the power of the White Lantern.
After returning fully to life, all Amon wanted to do was return home, which he eventually did, and became determined to bring Adrianna and Adam back as well as return Kahndaq back to it's old prosperous self. At one point he returned to the Teen Titans for help but rather than receiving help and, he'd hoped understanding, he was told by Cassie Sandsmark to turn himself into the authorities for the death of the Persuader. He left the Teen Titans in anger and, upon discovering he couldn't bring his family back on his own, eventually went to Slade Wilson for help.
With the promise that Slade could help him bring his family back, he enlisted in his new Titans team. The first mission, however, was to murder Ryan Choi. Believing he had no choice but to assist Slade in order to bring his family back, he apologized to Ryan but still assisted in his death. He later told Slade that he and his team had no right to name themselves after the Teen Titans.
While with the Titans, he kept the statues of Adrianna and Adam in his quarters and would often stay in there with them, wishing he could bring them back. He then got into an argument with his teammates at the time, Cinder and the Tattooed Man, only to be cut by the Tattooed Man. Shocked at being hurt, he flew away from the Titans. He was then contacted by the Entity and told to free Adrianna, which gave him much needed hope, though he still lacked a way to free her. He firmly believed his life would become better and he'd be able to make the Titans pay for mistreating him once his family was back together.
He experienced another vision after getting knocked out during a fight with a drug kingpin named Elijah. In the vision, he saw Adrianna and she told him that he was guilty because he'd played a role in Ryan Choi's murder. She also told him that in order to bring her back, he had to murder more, sacrificing more people so that she could live. When he woke up, he yelled for Isis, causing a lightning bolt to strike down and electrocute Elijah. Later he found more cracks in Adrianna's statue. He believed Elijah's death had caused the cracks and, willing to do anything to bring his family back, decided that he would indeed have to kill more people.
Amon joined Slade's Titans to Arkham where a prison break soon started. During the break, he ran into Killer Croc and mistakenly thought he was Sobek back from the dead. He attacked Croc but stopped when Dick Grayson as Batman showed up. Dick confronted him about joining Slade's team but he managed to escape Arkham with the rest of his teammates.
After brutally killing some armed criminals in Philadelphia, Amon was confronted by Freddy Freeman, who was the new Shazam. He ended up tricking Freddy and hitting him with magic lightning, stealing his powers for Adrianna. He was then informed by the Entity that he had successfully brought his sister back to life. However when he was reunited with her, Adrianna demanded to know what he'd done to her.
He soon discovered that the deaths he'd caused had had a negative affect on his sister, corrupting her soul. Adrianna then attempted to commit suicide by lightning but Amon shielded her and took the blow for her. When they woke up, they discovered that the corruption was gone from her but she stated she still felt the corruption in him.
He returned with his sister to Kahndaq, though he still had no clue how to bring Black Adam back. Together they tried to protect Kahndaq from Qurac soldiers but Amon became violent and brutally attacked the Qurac soldiers. Then Slade with his Titans arrived in Kahndaq and Amon, believing Slade could still help bring back Black Adam, eventually agreed to help him. But then Adrianna banished him from Kahndaq due to his bloodlust.
After returning to the Labyrinth, he learned that Slade had created a machine to heal his dying son, Joseph Wilson. The machine successfully healed Joseph and Slade told Amon it could also be used to resurrect Black Adam. However he ended up joining Cinder and the Tattooed Man in a fight against the other Titans to destroy the machine. In the end, Cinder sacrificed herself to destroy it and Amon left with Dr. Sivana. He ended up demanding for Sivana to create a new machine to resurrect Black Adam and Sivana agreed on one condition: Amon had to help him kill the wizard Shazam.
Subject Interview All he'd ever wanted to do, after receiving his powers, was be a hero. He wanted to help people. He'd thought he could do that as Kahndaq's prince. He'd thought he could do that with his family. He'd thought he could do that with the Teen Titans.
Now he had no one. He'd been abandoned by the Titans the second he accidentally killed the Persuader. They hadn't understood. They should have but they hadn't. He'd needed them to understand but instead they had abandoned him, painting him as a villain he didn't want to be. He no longer had any friends. His best friend had killed him - he still wasn't over that; he didn't think he'd ever be over that.
And after all he'd done to bring Adrianna back, he felt he no longer had her or a country anymore. She'd cast him out, banishing him. All he'd wanted was to keep her and the people of Kahndaq safe. All he did was what he'd thought Black Adam would have wanted. Did he like doing any of it? No, he most certainly did not. But it was necessary. Death had become necessary. Brutality had become necessary. He still wanted to do good but sometimes good required pain and he was tired of it being his pain. He was tired of feeling used and then abandoned.
Gods, he just wanted to go home. He'd been staying mostly in Egypt, moving from city to city. He walked the streets, still glad he could walk since being returned to the land of the living, with a hood up to cast shadows on his face. He needed to figure out a way to bring Adam back. He didn't trust Dr. Sivana to get the work done, to not stab him in the back.
There had to be some way - there just had to be. If he brought Adam back, he was certain everything would be better. Adrianna would welcome them both with open arms. Adam could help her understand why he'd done what he'd done. Then they could continue where they'd left off, before Sobek had killed him. They had been planning on figuring out a way to clean up the mess left after he'd killed the Persuader. He just wanted to go back to that time, to before he'd let Sobek convince him to return to his mortal form.
He wanted to go back to that time, when he was a little less broken, a lot less lost - back to that time, when he'd still thought he could be a hero.
There was a cry, someone was stealing from a tourist. The thief ran, barreling right into Amon, who was knocked down, the hood falling back, hidden no more. The thief didn't even stop running. Amon frowned, the part of him that had once been so desperate to be a hero sparking within him, and spoke two simple yet powerful words.
"Black Adam."

Subject Facts Full Name: Jaime Reyes Codename: Blue Beetle Age: Seventeen years Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: N/A Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Justice League (formerly), Teen Titans (formerly)
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: Jaime's meta-human abilities all come from the Blue Beetle Scarab currently bonded to his spine. - Symbiotic Synaptic Interface: With their nervous systems bonded, Jaime and the Scarab are able to share their thoughts and emotions. The Scarab uses this to communicate mentally to Jaime, though no one else can hear it except him.
- Scarab Mindlink: When Jaime is able to breach a Reach infiltrator's armor, the Scarab is able to speak with the infiltrator's scarab.
- Tracking Systems: Together they can track anyone Jaime's come into contact with since the Scarab bonded to his spine, so long as whatever or whoever they're tracking produces energy - this includes biological, technological, and mystical creatures or items.
- Scarab Sight: When the Scarab scans people Jaime encounters, it can inform him on any physical conditions they may have as well as if they are a metahuman or not and if they're biologically related to someone it has already scanned. This also allows the Scarab to identify if something has sentience, recognizing thought-patterns that come with being sentient and alerting Jaime to them. It can also identify specific types of energy through its scans as well as identify magic.
- Temporal Flux Detection: The Scarab is able to detect whenever the timeline has been changed in a way that affects the Blue Beetle legacy. It processes this to Jaime in the form of intense static.
- Network Connection: The Scarab is able to connect to nearby communication systems. This allows Jaime to communicate as if he was on the phone while wearing the armor.
- Clothing Manifestation: When shifting out of the armor, the Scarab can create clothes for Jaime to wear that then melt when he takes them off.
- Concealment: The Scarab can hide itself from 21st century technology as well as magical probing, protecting itself as well as Jaime.
- Healing: The Scarab can heal itself as well as Jaime when he's wearing the armor.
- Host Reconfiguration: Though he's refused to use this ability, the Scarab is able to modify Jaime's body, once offering to give him extra fingers. Because he's refused, the true extent of this ability remains unknown.
- Blue Beetle Armor: The Scarab can create a suit of armor around Jaime's body either in response to Jaime's thoughts or because it has deemed the armor necessary by itself. When the armor is removed, it retracts itself back into Jaime's body and thus back to the Scarab. The armor's abilities are all listed below.
- Superhuman Strength: While wearing the armor, Jaime's stronger than the average human.
- Superhuman Agility: He's more agile while in the armor, able to dodge attacks and stay on his feet better.
- Environmental Protection: The armor allows him to survive a multitude of hazardous environments, such as extreme cold as well as the vacuum of space.
- Armor Reconfiguration: The armor is able to shift to take on a variety of different shapes, mostly in the form of weapons. It's been able to form wings, blasters, claws, and even sharp blades instead of hands.
- Partial Armor Manifestation: Jaime's able to summon just a part of the armor without needing to summon the whole thing.
- Wing Shields: The wings that the armor can form for flight can also be used as strong shields to protect from oncoming attacks.
- Jet Propulsion: He can fly at even greater speeds by having the armor manifest a jet engine along with its wings.
- Energy Manipulation: Along with storing energy, the Scarab is able to manipulate that very energy for a variety of uses such as energy blasts and shields.
- Antagonist Adaptation: The Scarab is able to create countermeasures for the enemies Jaime faces during and sometimes after fights.
- Energy Bubble: While wearing the armor, Jaime's able to create an energy bubble around himself and people nearby. Though the bubble is temporary, while it is up, it shields those in it from attack but also prevents them from leaving.
- Vibrational Frequency Manipulation: The Scarab's able to bring things such as extra-dimensional objects into this reality.
- Bleed Diving: Through the armor, Jaime's able to shift in and out of the space known as the Bleed. By doing this, he's able to manipulate the Bleed for a variety of uses such as instant teleportation or minorly shifting back in time so he can appear in two places at once. However this requires a lot of energy and he typically has enough to dive into the Bleed three times in a row.
- Translation: The Scarab was once able to translate a Motherbox so Jaime could understand it.
- Waste Disposal: Jaime doesn't have to use the bathroom while wearing the armor, though he still requires rest.
Standard Abilities: - Bilingual: Jaime is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Paraphernalia: - Blue Beetle Scarab: Known as Khaji Da, this scarab is currently bonded to Jaime's spine and thus the source of his armor and abilities. Removing the Scarab requires ripping it off of Jaime's spine which is painful, traumatizing, and risks being fatal.
Subject Weaknesses: - Green Lantern Corps: The Scarab sees members of the Green Lantern Corps as enemies and naturally reacts with hostility toward them despite any amount of control over it Jaime has at the time. In return, Green Lantern rings somehow fear the Scarab and react with just as much hostility when in its presence, even urging their Lanterns to kill the Scarab's bearer.
- Truce with Nature: The Scarab is unable to damage anything that is a part of nature, including magical creatures that draw their powers from the Green. This is a choice made by the Scarab, though.
- Alien Sentience: While it has a truce with nature, the Scarab has no such thing with humans and being alien in origin, it feels no connection to humans and has no issues with killing them, often urging Jaime to do so - though he refuses - and reacting with deadly force to any human threats.
- Reach Tech: Other Scarabs created by the Reach are able to penetrate the Scarab's, and thus Jaime's, armor.
- Magic: Due to the Scarab not understanding magic, magical creatures and beings pose the greatest challenge when fighting. It's unable to analyze some magical creatures and thus unable to create countermeasures for them.
- Magnetic Shielding: The Scarab's ability to track someone's DNA can be blocked by strong magnetic shielding.
- Dispelling the Armor: Though the process is getting easier, dispelling the Blue Beetle armor can still sometimes cause Jaime pain.
- Only Human: Without the Scarab, Jaime is a regular human and vulnerable to any type of harm.
Subject History Jaime was born the eldest child and only son of Alberto and Bianca Reyes. He grew up with them and his younger sister, Milagro, in El Paso, Texas. As a teenager, he discovered the Blue Beetle Scarab, Khaji Da, while on his way home from school with his two best friends, Paco and Brenda. Thinking it was just a weird rock, he decided to take it home. Later that night, while he slept, the Scarab fused itself with his spine.
The very next day, he caught the attention of a local gang of magic-based metahumans known as The Posse. They invited him to join but he refused. Upon trying to scan him, a member of the Posse known as Probe almost died because the Scarab didn't want to be scanned, unknown to Jaime. The rest of the Posse attacked after that but the Scarab easily defeated them while Jaime got more and more confused.
The very next night, Booster Gold came for Jaime after learning that the Scarab was the only thing that could see Brother Eye, which Bruce Wayne, as Batman, was planning on seeking out. He took Jaime to Bruce and the young hero joined the group of heroes in going to space, where the Scarab found Brother Eye and brought it back into reality.
Jaime fought alongside Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance to destroy Brother Eye's dimensional stabilizer. The battle seemed won with Brother Eye sent back toward Earth. However due to the presence of Green Lanterns on Bruce's ship and the threat they posed to the Scarab, the Scarab sent Jaime into the Bleed, between dimensions. This meant that the other heroes couldn't find him and bring him home.
When he was finally returned to reality, he believed he'd only been gone for a couple minutes. Unfortunately an entire year had passed down on Earth.
The next thing Jaime knew, he was back on Earth and getting attacked by Guy Gardner, who was screaming that he was going to kill him. The fight only ended when Guy saw that he was just a kid, however the Green Lantern swore he'd be back. Scared and confused, Jaime was eventually able to get back home only to discover things weren't as he'd left them.
While being reunited with his parents and younger sister, he found out he'd been missing for a whole year. He told them about the Blue Beetle Scarab and ended up summoning the armor in front of them. While his father understood and accepted his new powers, his mother started to doubt that he was really her son, and Milagro became terrified of him. Reuniting with his friends went better and both Brenda and Paco took him being the new Blue Beetle better than his mother and Milagro.
Now back, Jaime was determined to learn more about the Scarab. This search led him back to the Posse, which Paco had joined during the year he'd been gone. The Posse, being a gang of magic-based metahumans, were also involved in a conflict with the local crimelord, La Dama, as she was trying to bring magic-based metahumans under her control. Naturally Jaime got dragged into the conflict, helping the Posse.
Jaime managed to fight off the Bottom Feeder after he kidnapped the baby daughter of one of the members of the Posse, successfully saving the child. The fight against La Dama eventually took him and the Posse to her Warehouse 13, which housed the metahumans she had been collecting. Much to his surprise, Jaime discovered that many of those metahumans were happy to be at the warehouse.
Just when he thought that would be the most surprising part of his day, he discovered that La Dama was actually Brenda's aunt, who was now raising her, and that she knew exactly who he was. The two of them made a reluctant truth, both knowing the harm they could do by releasing each other's secret identities.
Then Peacemaker entered Jaime's life and informed him that the Scarab was not, in fact, a magical object but rather it was extraterrestrial technology. He teamed up with Peacemaker in order to discover more about the Scarab. That search eventually led him to Dan Garret's granddaughter, who was going by the same name. Though she thought she had a right to the Scarab, she gave Jaime all the information on it that her grandfather had left.
Then while investigating cattle mutilation in El Paso, Jaime was led to his first encounter with the Reach. He learned that the Reach were conquerors and that Earth was their next target. He even found out that initially the Scarab had been meant to take over his body but due to it encountering magic in the past, its link that allowed the Reach to control it had been severed and it had started to develop its own free will.
When the Reach finally showed, they played themselves off as peaceful galactic traders which was far from the truth. They used their technology to hide their ships and weapons away from the world though the Scarab allowed Jaime to be able to see them.
The Reach, for obvious reasons, saw Jaime and his Scarab as a threat, however because they were disguised as peaceful traders, they couldn't act outright against him. Instead they used pawns and even supervillains from Earth that they could deny to try to stop Jaime from getting in the way of their plans to conquer Earth. While the Reach were trying to figure out how to stop him, Jaime was trying to figure out how to stop the Reach.
This search, as well as worry that the Reach might still be able to control the Scarab, led Jaime to S.T.A.R. Labs where he encountered Livewire. Livewire and the Scarab ended up reacting strangely to each other which resulted in a fight. Clark Kent, as Superman, ended up breaking up the fight and was later able to reassure Jaime about himself and the Scarab.
Unfortunately he couldn't just focus on the Reach. At one point Eclipso attempted to kidnap a baby with great magical potential. Jaime teamed up with Traci Thirteen. This brought Jaime and Traci together, the two developing romantic feelings for each other. Afterwards, they remained in contact with each other and eventually started dating.
The Reach then hired Lobo to prevent the launch of a rocket that contained anti-Reach technology. Jaime went to stop the attack and ended up teaming up with the Teen Titans. Afterwards, he joined the Titans at their Tower, accepting their offer of a formal training from them to become a better fighter. He even helped them in a fight against the Titans of Tomorrow.
By the time Jaime realized what the Reach were up to, the evidence was also destroyed. However the Scarab had also become fully independent at the time and given itself the name Khaji Da. Together with Khaji Da, they came up with a plan to stop the Reach before they could conquer Earth, though it wasn't going to be without pain.
Jaime got himself purposefully captured by the Reach, which ended with the Scarab being ripped from his spine. That, however, gave the Scarab time to hack into the Reach's systems and make their entire fleet visible to those on Earth. Using the Bleed, he was even able to stop the Reach's world-rippers before they could even begin their destruction. All of this had driven the Reach's Negotiator to a breaking point.
The Reach were forced to retreat far away from Earth. However before they left, the Scarab had had a conversation with the other Scarabs, supposedly leaving a surprise for the Reach when they returned home. The ship Jaime, now reunited with the Scarab, and the Negotiator were on was about to explode but right before Booster Gold showed up and managed to get Jaime off the ship before it exploded. Afterwards, Jaime celebrated with his friends and family as well as other heroes such as Guy Gardner, Fire, Ice, and Booster Gold.
Jaime then got himself mixed up in a fight between a man dog creature and some other man, supposedly battling for the name Hell Hound. He tried to broker peace between the two but instead they attacked him. He eventually won the battle and then joined Peacemaker at the border, where he found Peacemaker fighting a group of super powered criminals.
Just as he arrived, the criminals took a hostage. Jaime called Peacemaker to help save her but then she was thrown off the side of a cliff. Jaime managed to swoop in himself and save her. When it was made clear that she would need a place to stay, he set up for her to stay with Paco and his family. He later tried to find the criminals but there was too much interference.
Subject Interview "For the last time, we're not going to vaporize the guy," Jaime stressed, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. The Scarab was getting better at not always suggesting they kill a criminal on sight, but it still had its moments. Like a second ago when it had suggested that a precise blast would easily vaporize this bank robber.
"The target is clearly a threat, Jaime Reyes-"
"Not that much of a threat," he pointed out at the same time that the robber yelled out a barrage of offensive words and fired his semi-automatic rifle at him. He quickly summoned a shield and effectively blocked the bullets. He'd already created enough of a distraction that the hostages had been able to get out through the back door. Now he just had the bank robber to deal with. "This guy doesn't even have meta powers-"
He was cut off as the robber suddenly slammed into his body with more strength than he should have had, tackling him to the ground. Well... Apparently he did have meta powers. Whoops. Still, he didn't think this called for vaporizing especially because that would mean killing this guy and he wasn't a murderer. Despite how many murderous options the Scarab always provided for him.
Okay, so this guy was either hyped on something that made him stronger than he looked or he was actually a meta. He didn't want to hear an I told you so from the Scarab - he wasn't sure if it was above such things or not and wasn't in the mood to find out. Thankfully as the bank robber held him down with one hand and started punching him in the chest with the other, his armor held up. He could feel the blows just enough to know he needed to act.
The next time the robber threw a punch, he caught it - if only there was someone to see how impressive that was - and then grabbed his other arm. He focused on the wings of the armor and they folded out underneath him, along with the jet propulsion. The robber looked confused for a second. Jaime smirked. The jets turned on and they flew at the wall, both of them crashing into it.
He let go and the robber staggered for a moment and Jaime used the wings to fly up then throw a fist literally down and crashing into the man's face. The man crumbled to the ground, groaning, and Jaime shook his hand, more out of habit than the punch having actually hurt.
"See?" he said, placing his hands on his hips, hovering a few feet off the ground as the police rushed into the bank. "I told you we didn't need to vaporize him."
The Scarab was silent which he took as it sulking.

Subject Facts Full Name: Kyle Rayner Codename: Green Lantern Age: Twenty-five years Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: N/A Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Green Lantern Corps, Justice League
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: Kyle's meta-human abilities all come from the use of his Green Lantern ring. - Energy Projection: He can use the ring to fire blasts of Oan energy, the specific energy the ring uses willpower to control and manipulate, as well as create projectile weapons out of this energy.
- Force Field: He's able to shield himself and others from various forms of damage. The force field created is only as strong as his will at the time is, however.
- Energy Construct Creation: He's can use the ring to mold or transform his thoughts into actual physical constructs that can be used in a variety of ways. Each construct's strength depends on the strength of his will at the time he creates them.
- Superhuman Strength: While using the constructs he creates, his strength is increased to allow him to lift and move weights far heavier than 100 tons.
- Phasing: He's able to pass through certain solid objects such as walls. Whether an object can be phased through or not seems to be unclear until he actually tries and either succeeds or fails.
- Invisibility & Light Refraction: He's able to bend light waves around himself to render himself basically invisible. With more experience, he has the potential to use this to create illusions.
- Energy Twin: He's can create an "energy twin" of himself that can travel faster than he can however he's unable to move himself as he controls his "twin."
- Energy Absorption: He can use his ring to absorb and store other forms of energy, however this doesn't recharge his ring like its power battery does.
- Flight: Through the ring manipulating anti-gravitons and directing molecular movement, he's able to fly at incredible speeds and even in the vacuum of space.
- Wormholes & Spacial Warps: He can access wormholes in space, which allows him to rapidly cut time and distance while traveling.
- Time Travel: It's possible for him to use his ring to travel through time but the farther he goes, the more willpower he would need.
- Cellular Regeneration (Limited): He can use his ring to heal physical injuries on himself or on others.
- Electromagnetic Scanning: His ring comes with a wide range of detection abilities that are based on his own imagination. If he's able to conceive of it in his mind, he can most likely detect it with his ring, though the ring is unable to duplicate magical effects like clairvoyance.
- Universal Translator: Through his ring, he's able to translate a variety of languages.
- Material Alteration: He's able to change from regular clothes into his Green Lantern uniform and vice versa.
- Ring Duplication: If need be, his ring is able to duplicate itself.
- Emergency Beacon: When in distress, he's able to send out an alert to neighboring Green Lanterns in hopes of getting their aid.
- Homing Beacon: Similar to the emergency beacon, he's able to turn on a homing beacon in his ring to lead a fellow Green Lantern to him or vice versa.
- Mind Alteration: He's able to use his ring and willpower to alter the minds of others, though this ability is highly dangerous and volatile and thus not used often, if at all.
- Pocket Dimension: An entire world exists in a pocket dimension within his ring. This can be used to imprison enemies of the Green Lantern Corps.
- Resurrection: This is a very rare and unlikely to happen ability, but his ring is capable of bringing him back to life or kept "alive" if his ring somehow refuses to let him die.
- Security Protocol: He's able to program his ring if he wants to and it is already coded to him, making it unusable if it's stolen. His ring also refuses to kill another being unless they are on Oa or it had gained permission from the Guardians.
- Preset Conditions: He's able to store commands in his ring that can be executed at a later date, regardless of whether he's wearing the ring on that date or not.
- Thought Relay: He's able to gain a telepathic link with other Green Lanterns as well as his ring. This is strongest the closer he is to another Green Lantern and when he's physically wearing his ring.
- Environmental Playback: He can use the ring to observe past events in a ghostlike state, though he is unable to alter the outcome of this playback of events.
Standard Abilities: - Indomitable Will: Kyle possesses a naturally strong will which has aided him in becoming one of the strongest out of the Green Lantern ranks.
- Artistry: He's very skilled when it comes to art, specifically but not limited to drawing, and is quite creative. This creativity and artistic sense often bleeds into the constructs he creates.
- Combat: He's become quite skilled in hand-to-hand combat, able to hold his own in a fight without his ring.
Paraphernalia: - Green Lantern Ring: Kyle is equipped with ring from the Green Lantern Corps which gives him all of his meta abilities.
- Green Lantern Power Battery: Like other Lanterns, he's been given a power battery used to charge his ring.
Subject Weaknesses: - Yellow Impurity: His ring is unable to directly affect the power of Yellow Lanterns, or the Sinestro Corps, and their yellow rings unless he, personally, is able to "accept fear." While he's gained a reputation for being one of the bravest in the Green Lantern Corps, he's still not immune to fear.
- Willpower Dependent: His ring is dependent on willpower and thus he needs to keep his will strong in order to use his ring. Fear, being the enemy of will, can cause him to be unable to use his ring at all.
- Mental Instability Protocol: His ring is programmed to be unable to use if he is mentally impaired or incapacitated in any way, such as being drunk, high, or even simply feeling vertigo.
- Recharge Protocol: His ring is able to retain a charge until it starts to run out of power. When that happens, he's required to get to his Green Lantern Power Battery and recite the code of the corps in order to recharge it and thus use his ring again.
- Vibrational Interference: When a vibration hits a certain speed, it affects his ring, causing it to function in miniature. For example, it would cause all of his constructs, no matter what they are, to be small rather than his intended size.
- Red Power Rings: The rings of the Red Lantern Corps are able to dissolve the energy from his ring.
- Only Human: Without his ring, he's just a regular human and thus vulnerable to any type of harm.
Subject History Kyle worked as a struggling-but-gifted freelance graphic artist in Los Angeles until the last surviving Guardian of the Universe, Ganthet gave him a power ring and made him a Green Lantern. His first foray into superhero work went exceedingly well until, tragically, his then-girlfriend was brutally murdered by Major Force. Following Kyle's defeat of Major Force, Alan Scott approached him and taught him about the history of the Green Lantern Corps, as well as its current, shattered state due to Hal Jordan having gone mad.
Kyle helped confront Hal, now the villain Parallax, when he tried to reshape the universe with is powers. Ultimately Kyle was forced to detonate the planet Oa to stop Hal's schemes, and was stranded in space. He returned to earth and moved to New York City. With another Green Lantern, Guy Gardner, Kyle fought Major Force again, his ally apparently killing the villain. He then encountered Parallax again, who demanded his power ring, but Kyle proved he was deserving of it.
Next, Kyle met Wally West/Flash (who he became good friends with) and Superboy on adventures. He then began a relationship with Donna Troy, though she ended things to journey into space with the Darkstars, beneath John Stewart. Feeling disheartened, he sought the council of other superheroes and, with their advice, felt revitalized in his superhero work. Donna returned just then, though, and brought Kyle to Rann to fight Darkseid's son. They won, but John Stewart was paralyzed in the conflict. The three returned to earth and Kyle and Donna rekindled their romance. He also met Connor Hawke/Green Arrow II and forged a lasting friendship with him.
Kyle found and convinced Hal to help in the fight with Sun-Eater, but success came at the cost of Hal's life. Following a fight against renegade White Martians, Kyle became a charter member for the JLA. He also had his first run-in with Fatality, a woman bent on hunting Green Lanterns throughout the galaxy. Donna ended their relationship when her soon-to-be-ex-husband and son were tragically killed in a car accident. A time-traveling escapade involving a past Hal Jordan ended with Kyle receiving Hal's ring, which had the power to duplicate itself. He began a romantic relationship with Jennifer-Lynn Hayden/Jade.
With this new ring, Kyle began rebuilding the Green Lantern Corps. He gave the first ring to Jade, then left Earth to find more recruits. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful, and returned to his home planet. Kyle's adventures took him to literal Hell and back again next - during which he ran into Donna, who explained they could never be together, and Jade subsequently dumped him. In the aftermath of these events, Hal Jordan became the new Spectre.
Kyle began working for a magazine called Feast, which included an assistant in the form of a young man named Terry Berg. He fought a rogue group of Manhunters while his career began to take off, and had yet another battle with Fatality. Kyle and Jade also worked through their former troubles and began dating again. With the JLA's help, Kyle then defeated the yellow power ring-armed Nero, who was attacking New York City. He proposed to Jade, who refused, not wanting to rush into things. Kyle discovered, too, that Terry had a crush on him and, through a long heart-to-heart, became close friends with him instead.
Kyle then fought Oblivion, and defeated him once he realized that Oblivion was the manifestation of his own fear. Next he briefly became the godlike being Ion but, worried about losing his humanity, he shed omnipotence instead, using the discarded energy to reignite the Core of the planet Oa and breathe life back into the Green Lantern Corps. After a homophobic attack on Terry, Kyle spent some time in self-imposed exile traveling the galaxies. When he returned to Earth, he found Jade had begun seeing someone else and their relationship ended spectacularly. Another run-in with Major Force made Kyle believe himself a danger to his loved ones, and he went into space yet again.
The Guardians soon tasked him with recovering Hal Jordan's corpse. Kyle began working properly with the Green Lantern Corps, being designated "Torchbearer" among their ranks. During the Rann-Thanagar War, Jade tragically perished, transferring her power to Kyle, transcending him yet again into Ion. This set off a convoluted and confusing set of events that ended with Kyle saving Oa from destruction by Nero's hand. In the midst of more paradoxical mysteries inundating his life, Kyle's mother passed away, even his Ion powers not being able to spare her. He was then transported to the seat of the newly-formed Sinestro Corps and devoured and turned into the new Parallax.
Ultimately Kyle, with Hal's help, reverted to normal and defeated Sinestro. He confronted the Guardians over perceived manipulations and deceptions, was made a member of the Green Lantern Honor Guard, and moved to Oa. He began operating on the Corps's behalf full-time, which was made more complicated after the Guardians forbid Lanterns from romantic relationships with one another, and Kyle's feelings for a colleague, Soranik Natu. Further outright insubordination on Kyle's part (opposing the Guardians's desire to kill escaped prisoners of Oa without fair trial) resulted in his suspension and temporary confinement to Earth.
Kyle played a pivotal part in the fight against Nekron and his Black Lantern Corps. In the aftermath of Nekron's defeat, Jade was among the many deceased persons resurrected.
Subject Interview An asteroid heading toward Earth was probably more up Superman's alley which was, of course, why Kyle was currently trying to stop it with a Superman-shaped construct. The size of the asteroid told him that even when it broke up in Earth's atmosphere, it wouldn't break up enough to no longer be considered a safety risk. Thus he either needed to break it up even more himself, before it hit the atmosphere or redirect it.
Currently he was trying to redirect it - or rather construct!Superman was but he controlled him so it definitely counted as him doing all the work. Unfortunately the asteroid was close enough to get caught in the planet's gravitational pull.
Kyle quietly cursed to himself and focused on pouring more juice into his construct. The construct pushed harder, grew bigger than the asteroid. He poured enough energy into it to make it large enough to just grab the asteroid and toss it. He had it toss the asteroid like a football. Kyle grinned, proud, then grimaced as he noticed the asteroid smack into a satellite before it kept flying back into space where it had come from.
He really hoped that had been a LexCorp satellite and not a Wayne one. Those were expensive and he'd much rather wreck one of Lex Luthor's than owe Bruce Wayne money.
Kyle lifted his concentration on the Superman construct and watched as it dissipated, the green energy returning to his ring. A part of him hoped he hadn't stepped on the Man of Steel's toes but the rest of him knew Clark was too nice to mind. Besides protecting Earth from galactic dangers was also part of his job.
He placed his hands on his hips and just floated there in space for a moment, his ring's energy helping him not to be pulled back to Earth by the planet's gravity. He waited a moment until he was sure that the asteroid wasn't coming back - he didn't think it was a sentient asteroid but one could never be too sure in his line of work. Besides he wouldn't have been surprised if someone he'd pissed off was behind it all and threw it back just to annoy him.
He wasn't paranoid - that was more of a Bat thing than a Lantern thing - but he also was rarely surprised nowadays. He cringed, thinking that, suddenly feeling much older than he actually was. He decided he needed to do something fun - something young. Old people were Hal, John, and Guy - not that he would say that to John's face because John was too nice. Hal and Guy? He'd say it to their face with a smirk on his own.
He turned around and re-entered the planet's atmosphere, a green glow coming to cover his body as he willed his ring to protect him so he wouldn't ignite into flames. He thought of Connor, Wally, Donna - when had he last hung out with any of them? Not counting whenever they had to dawn their masks and save the world. He thought it had been far too long. He made a mental note to send them all texts when he got home. A movie night sounded fun and right now he couldn't think of anyone else he'd rather spend it with.

Subject Facts Full Name: Tai Pham Codename: Green Lantern Age: Eighteen years Gender: Cisgender man (he/him) Archetype: Meta Hero Aliases: Kid Lantern Marital Status: Single Affiliation: Green Lantern Corps
Subject Attributes Meta-Human Abilities: Tai's meta-human abilities all come from the use of his Green Lantern ring.
Standard Abilities: - Indomitable Will: Tai possesses a naturally strong will that's required to become a Green Lantern.
- Artistry: He's still working on honing this skill but he's quite a good artist.
Paraphernalia: - Green Lantern Ring: Tai is equipped with ring from the Green Lantern Corps which gives him all of his meta abilities.
- Green Lantern Power Battery: Like other Lanterns, he's been given a power battery used to charge his ring.
Subject Weaknesses: - Yellow Impurity: His ring is unable to directly affect the power of Yellow Lanterns, or the Sinestro Corps, and their yellow rings unless he, personally, is able to "accept fear." However as a rookie Lantern, he is more susceptible to fear, making him more vulnerable to the color yellow and thus the Sinestro Corps.
- Inexperience: Even with all the power his ring grants him, he's still quite young and inexperienced and thus is prone to making mistakes.
- Limited: As such a new Lantern, he's barely tapped into his ring's potential and thus hasn't unlocked many of the abilities his ring possesses.
Subject History Tai grew up with his family above his grandmother's store. Unknown to him at the time, his grandmother was a powerful Green Lantern, known as one of the best to ever join the Green Lantern Corps. When his grandmother passed away recently, he was chosen as her successor by her ring. Thus at his young age, he became the latest Green Lantern from Earth.

- Haunting Past: He's haunted by those he has failed, those he has lost that he feels are his fault.
Subject History John was born in Liverpool, Lancashire. His mother died during childbirth due to an earlier abortion - forced on her by her husband - had weakened her womb. His twin brother didn't survive, either, being strangled by John's umbilical cord. His father projected the blame for both of these tragedies onto John, creating a deeply toxic, hateful relationship between them. During his childhood and adolescence John began practicing magic, running away from home when a failed ritual turned his alcoholic, abusive father frail and withered. He eventually settled in London, rooming with Fancis "Chas" Chandler.
Constantine entered into the occult circles of London, and traveled abroad, meeting Zatanna Zatara in San Francisco. He also founded and headlined a punk rock band for a brief period, and preformed as a stage magician for an even shorter time. His first foray into occult heroism involved a tormented girl named Astra, and ended in tragedy as a demon John summoned in an attempt to save her took her to Hell instead. It wasn't until many years later that, through con-artistry, John managed to wrest Astra's soul from that nether realm. The original incident caused a nervous breakdown in Constantine, and he was committed to Ravenscar Psychiatric Hospital - a place he went on to drift in and out of over the years.
Following a convoluted - and trademark tragic - series of events involving London gangsters and a deceased mob-boss's son, Constantine left Ravenscar. He met Swamp Thing, building the foundation of a lifelong friendship and camaraderie. When John was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, he pitted the three most powerful Lords of Hell against each other by promising each of them his soul; playing on their pride, stubbornness and avarice, they were forced to cure him. The First of the Fallen couldn't let this trickery go unpunished, and hatched an elaborate trap. Though John survived, just barely, most of his friends and allies died in the conflict.
Later he returned to Britain and reunited with his older sister, who'd believed him dead. Constantine became embroiled in a magical war in London and discovered his niece, Gemma, had become a witch. This event bled seamlessly into a deeply complicated series of deceptions and power plays by the Lords of Hell that ultimately ended with the souls of John's sister, Cheryl, and brother-in-law, Tony, bound in Hell - all through their association to Constantine. He ended up revisiting Ravenscar again, where the ghosts of his torment coalesced in the form of an infant that was the catalyzed manifestation of all his guilt and self-hatred; John cast the manifestation off a cliff, and was freed from its weight, reverting to his former, cocky, charismatic self.
Constantine was confronted with the soul of his deceased twin brother. He finally understood that it was this soul's doing that had cursed his life - giving him cancer, terminating any attempt at relationships, agency, mental or emotional health in tragedy - to keep John's soul weak, so that they could merge into one soul. Rather than allow this to happen, Constantine carved his brother's lingering soul out of his own, enabling him to finally control his life and live it how he wished without fate actively conspiring against him. John then went on a series of adventures, each as odd and complicated as the last, and ended up finally retrieving his sister's soul from Hell.
Most recently, after an ominous meeting from the Three Fates, Constantine faked his own death and privately severed all ties with any friends or family he still had for their own good. When The Entity resurrected Swamp Thing and it in tern manifested as a violent, murdering avatar of the Green without a human conscience, Constantine - aided by Superman and Batman - ultimately calming the Green at its nerve center.
Subject Interview For years he'd been stationed in London. It had been his home - Hell, it still technically was in a way. Not that he would claim to be the sentimental type. Others might claim so about him and he might not dispute them in the moment, but it wasn't something he was going to claim himself. He had some pride left, after all.
But there was something about Blüdhaven that drew him in. Perhaps it was simply the right place, right where he needed to be at this point in his life. He'd purchased - okay, rented - a rundown abandoned store in the slums of the city. Soon it would be clean, fixed up, and ready for opening. He was already certain most people who walked into his shop would be suburban white women who found him on Google and thought he could tell him their fortune.
Americans.
He had a single desk in the shop now and would soon have a sign that would declare he was an investigator - specifically one of the supernatural kind. Even before his arrival into the city, he'd gotten requests for work. Most he thought were absolute rubbish and just people seeing ghosts where there weren't any. One had promise - possible demonic promise, but he needed to do some more digging before deciding whether it required his expertise or not.
He lifted his head, looking up from the files he held, dropping them back down onto the dusty desk when someone's knuckles wrapped against the door - a knock echoing throughout the shop. He frowned because he hadn't put up any OPEN sign.
Maybe someone had been squatting here before he'd rented it and were returning? No, unlikely. The place clearly hadn't been broken into anytime recently. He'd checked. And he'd already changed the locks and added some warding to be safe. He didn't think he was paranoid.
He strode over to the door with all intentions to tell whoever was their to shove off. He didn't consider that perhaps this too was part of him being right where he needed to be.
