KID FLASH | SUBJECT FACTS.FULL NAME: Bartholomew Allen IICODENAME: Kid FlashAGE: Mid/late teensGENDER: MaleARCHETYPE: Meta heroALIASES: Impulse (formerly)MARITAL STATUS: SingleAFFILIATION: Young Justice (formerly), Teen TitansSUBJECT ATTRIBUTES.
META-HUMAN ABILITIES: Source
- Accelerated Healing: Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Any normal wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed.
- Decelerated Aging: Speed Force conduits have a slowed aging process. This power can be imparted on their most intimate loved ones by extended contact rather than distribution.
- Energy Construct Creation: Speed Force conduits can use the matter generated by their speed to create solid objects such as walls or bridges. This power requires constant concentration and reapplication of the construct for it to remain stable. Flash's after images are also construct creations.
- Flight: Speed Force conduits can rotate their arms and spin their bodies like tops to achieve something of a kind of helicopter flight. However, with practice conduits can even achieve controllable flight if launched at high speeds. Despite their flight abilities they are always faster on their feet.
- Increased Perceptions: Speed Force conduits traveling at the speed of sound may miss important events as they run by. The Speed Force grants them enhanced senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, touch and/or taste at an increased speed and understand it as it is processed.
- Infinite Mass Punch: Speed Force conduits have an increased level of strength added to their bodies which they can impart in different ways. Certain speedsters can strength each and every move they make however this requires attention and stress for each movement and therefore is almost never used. In most cases conduits can focus the Speed Force's extra-dimensional energies into one massive punch; when used in practiced this punch pushed a meta human from one continent to another.
- Phasing: Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects.
- Self-Sustenance: Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies.
- Sharing the Force: Speed Force conduits can allow their friends or family members to run along side them at their equaled speeds. Certain conduits who may only have minor access to the Force may achieve full levels of the Force due to the main conduit's association with it.
- Speed Force Aura: People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.
- Speed Force Conduit: People who, for whatever reason, are connected to the Speed Force are sometimes called Speed Force Conduits. This means that they are connected to the Speed Force and are tethered to it. Some characters may control their Speed Force imparted powers in different ways such as only Superhuman Strength or even directed through Lighting but no matter their adaptions they are still connected to the Force.
- Steal Speed: Speed Force conduits can steal the accelerated motion or momentum from objects or people to reduce their speed or even virtually stop them. Conduits may also steal the speed from other Speedsters or other fast moving people.
- Supercharged Brain Activity: Sometimes neglected by Speedsters who only operate at superhuman speeds and never slow down enough to understand their full potential; Speedsters can access superhuman levels in their brains further than processing information. They can test theories, understand difficult equations and run trial and error in their brains at superhuman speeds. Different conduits access this activity in different ways.
- Superhuman Stamina: Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.
- Superhuman Speed: Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Older speedsters have a reduced but maxed speed of 770mph which is just below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.
- Vortex Creations: Speed Force conduits that plant themselves on the ground and rotate their extremities can cause an incredible amount of wind to burst through their focused funnel. Most Speedsters use this ability automatically when they run reducing the air currents around their body to low enough levels to no longer inhibit their speed. Creatively, Speedsters can create tornadoes and gusts with their arms.
STANDARD ABILITIES: Source
- Photographic Memory: Unlike other speedsters, Bart has a true photographic memory; that is, he can permanently remember everything he has ever read, seen or heard (other speedsters generally lose that information almost as fast as they gain it). For several issues after this revelation, Bart was shown spouting encyclopedic information concerning the situation at hand.
- Multilingualism: Bart can speak both English and Interlac fluently (he hardly ever makes use of the latter, despite it technically being his native language), and presumably more on a basic level due to his speed-learning.
SUBJECT WEAKNESSES: Though Bart has slight invulnerability while running, he still has the same weaknesses as everyday people. Because of his high metabolism, he must also eat a lot to keep up strength and speed. While his accelerated healing can help him, his injuries don't always heal correctly and can cause more damage than when the injury was first inflicted at times. Bart's also highly impulsive. He doesn't always think things through - in fact he rarely thinks things through and rarely do any consequences of his actions occur to him beforehand.
PARAPHERNALIA: A costume ring similar to the one used by the Flash.
SUBJECT HISTORY.
BRIEF HISTORY: (Source) Suffering from a hyper-accelerated metabolism, Bart Allen was aging at a faster rate than that of any other human being, thus causing him to appear the age of twelve when he was chronologically only two years old. To prevent him from developing mental health problems, he was raised in a virtual reality machine which created a simulated world that kept pace with his own scale of time. When it became clear that this method was not helping, his grandmother, Iris Allen, took him back in time to the present where The Flash, Wally West, tricked Bart into a race around the world. By forcing Bart into an extreme burst of speed, Wally managed to shock his hyper metabolism back to normal. Because he had spent the majority of his childhood in a simulated world, Bart had no concept of danger and was prone to leaping before he looked. The youth proved to be more trouble than Wally could handle, and he was palmed off onto retired superhero speedster Max Mercury, who moved Bart to the fictitious Manchester, Alabama.
Bart joined the Titans early in his career before going on to become one of the founding members (along with Robin and Superboy) of the superhero team Young Justice. For a time, Impulse became the owner of a spaceship granted to him by a rich sultan in appreciation for having helped save his castle. The team used this ship to reunite Doiby Dickles with his queen and restore the rightful rule of Myrg. Impulse stayed with Young Justice for an extensive period of time during which he developed the ability to make speed-force energy duplicates. This allowed him to be in multiple places at once. The newly acquired power proved useful until one of the duplicates was killed during the "Our Worlds at War" storyline when half the team was lost on Apokolips. Bart quit Young Justice temporarily as the death of his duplicate led him to come to terms with his own mortality.
Following Max Mercury's disappearance, Bart was taken in by Jay Garrick, the first Flash, and his wife Joan. After the breakup of Young Justice, Bart joined some of his former teammates in a new line-up of the Teen Titans.
Shortly after Bart joined the Teen Titans, he was shot in the knee by Deathstroke (who at the time was possessed by Jericho) and received a prosthetic one. While recovering, Bart read every single book in the San Francisco Public Library and reinvented himself as the new Kid Flash. Once healed, the artificial knee did not affect his ability to run at speeds approaching that of light. When Robin reminded him that by becoming Kid Flash, he would be forced to live in the Flash's shadow, Bart said firmly, "No, he'll be living in mine."
During the Infinite Crisis, Superboy-Prime attacked Conner Kent (Superboy) and injured or killed several Teen Titans, thus prompting Bart to stop his rampage. He accomplished this by running him at top speed into the Speed Force with the help of veteran speedsters Wally West and Jay Garrick. The feat took its toll on Garrick, who reached his limit before entering the Speed Force, and West, who turned into energy and vanished, leaving Bart alone in the fight against a vastly more powerful Superboy-Prime. Luckily for the young speedster, Barry Allen, Johnny Quick, and Max Mercury, all of whom had been previously absorbed into the Speed Force, appeared and aided him.
Bart spent four years in an alternate reality's Keystone City, where along with Wally, an alternate version of Jay Garrick and the ghosts of Max and Barry, Superboy-Prime managed to escape from his prison. The speedsters rallied together to return to their dimension. In an attempt to get there before Superboy-Prime, Bart absorbed the Speed Force using Wally's ring and Barry's costume to help him survive his journey.
Wearing his grandfather's costume, an aged Bart reappeared in Tokyo just in time to fight alongside Superman and many other heroes in the Battle of Metropolis, unleashing his anger against Superboy-Prime for killing Conner Kent and so forcing the villain to retreat from battle. When the crisis was over, Bart explained to Jay where he had been and how the Speed Force was destroyed. Having used up the residual speed locked in his body in the fight for Metropolis, Bart gives Barry's costume to Jay proclaiming him "the fastest man alive".
SUBJECT INTERVIEW.
SUBJECT INTERVIEW TAPE: Bart wasn’t one to usually visit Gotham. Robin usually was gloomy whenever he’d come to visit and Batman wasn’t always pleased to see him – ever. So why was he in the dark, Goth-like city? Heh, Goth, Gotham. He shook his head, focusing back on reality as he ran past the city’s border. He would say hi to Robin, talk and catch up was what he was mainly planning on. After all, Conner was back and he wasn’t sure if Tim knew. And besides, he had caught up with Mia and now it was the Boy Wonder’s turn. Hopefully his friend wasn’t in a mini-Batman mood.
He came to a fast halt at the sight of an all-too-family yellow streak. He felt a lump form in his throat. Zoom was someone that Flash usually took on, and he would take on Inertia. Thad had his own problems and in the Teen Titan’s mind was a complete sociopath, Zoom was the one who trained him. The man usually wasn’t one that he would go up against, at least not without his mentor. Perhaps he could leave it to Batman? Or Nightwing? The last time he had faced off against one of Flash’s rogues by himself, an innocent child had ended up dead.
But that was the thing. Zoom was Flash’s “problem.” He wasn’t one of Gotham’s villains that the Bats commonly fought. While he had no doubt in his mind that Batman kicked ass, Zoom was best taken by a speedster. Flash may not have been around, but he was. He swallowed the lump in his throat. He had to do something before innocent people got hurt. His eyes widened behind his goggles at the sound of a shout. He was too late. His expression hardened before he took off, lightning trailing behind him. He tried to muster as much courage as he had. Taking on Inertia was one thing – Zoom was on an entirely different level.
The world around him went by slowly. He took less than a mili-second to see what was coming up. A man on his knees, injured by the looks of it, and Zoom. He forced himself not to hesitate as he ran right past the man, pulling a clenched fist back and striking out as he came in front of Zoom. He wasn’t aiming anywhere specific. He simply wanted to catch him off guard. And he moved quickly. He didn’t even stop to think if his blow hit before he was a good distance behind Zoom. He had to play it safe. This wasn’t like going against the other rogues, where he could usually flit out of danger. Zoom was faster than him. He could kill him.
He paused for a short time, eyes falling onto the dead bodies. Damn it! He pulled his gaze away, forcing himself to focus. He couldn’t risk being impulsive. Damn it, where was Wally?! This was one of the few villains that he never got cocky around. He couldn’t afford to and besides, if he got prideful, Zoom would surely knock his pride down to zero.
“Run!” he yelled to the man right as he took off running. The civilian’s safety came before his own. He wasn’t going to let anyone else die on his watch.
He zipped up the wall and pushed off from it and into the air, coming down and pulling his arm back. As he came closer to Zoom and the ground, he struck out, aiming a firm punch at the villain. There was no way he could fight him from afar. He needed to get up close and dangerous. He needed to fight like his life depended on it. After all, it most likely did.

Ivan Joshua Stane The Basics
Full Name - Ivan Stane
Code Name - Sparrow (he'll also respond to Ivy, but he prefers only significant others call him that, no one else.)
Age - Sixteen years old
Power - Ivan has the ability to manipulate wind and air, to bend and morph it to his will. He can create gusts of wind and send them at enemies as well as manipulate the air around himself to gain the appearance of flying. He can also transform into wind and re-materialize, however he'll pass out after every time he uses this ability and can only stay in wind form for so long - the longer he stays, the harder it is for him to re-materialize. If he stayed in wind form for too long, he would risk not being able to ever re-materialize and would essentially cease to exist, becoming one with the air around. Too much use of any of his powers causes him to feel light headed, out of breath, and get nose bleeds. The worst cases of over using his powers end with him either unconscious or suddenly unable to breathe at all, which also leads to him losing consciousness.
Sexuality - Homosexual and homoromantic
Allegiance - Loner; he works with some family and friends.
Occupation - High school student
The Looks
Face Claim - Booboo Stewart
the Personality
Likes
-Comic books
-Spending time with his family and friends
-Helping people
Dislikes
-The ACD
-Failing
-Himself
Strengths
-Gymnastics and acrobatics; Ivan was trained by the government in both of these talents; he's not the best, but he's highly skilled in them.
-Combat; also trained by the government here, however he does tend to rely more on his powers than hand-to-hand combat
-Hacking; before being kidnapped, Ivan had learned some hacking from watching his mother.
-Intelligence; Ivan is much smarter than he acts; he's not a genius, but he's a very quick learner and typically can apply what he's learned soon after learning it.
-Leadership; he doesn't realize it, but Ivan's a natural leader; he's just yet to tap into that potential.
Weaknesses
-Paranoid; Ivan has been made paranoid by a cruel world; while it can help him, it mostly hinders him; he's hesitant when it comes to trusting adults.
-Vengeful; he wants to get back at the government for what they did to his family; this blinds him and could hinder his potential as a hero.
-Glass half empty; being pessimistic, he's the type to where if he's kicked down, you have to pull him back up; he won't get up on his own.
-Socializing; while he's lively and talkative with his circle of friends, he's very awkward, shy, and just off-putting to anyone he doesn't know; he's not good at making new friends when he's by himself.
-Family and friends; like anyone in his family, he's over protective of his family and friends; they could easily be used against him.
-Self-loathing; when you get to know him, it becomes very clear that Ivan doesn't like himself at all; this can easily be exploited and used against him; it affects him when in the field as Sparrow; he often doubts his own abilities.
Overall Personality - Ivan's been through a lot that has warped him a bit. He still loves to have fun and can be reckless at times, but he's been made paranoid by a cruel world. He's extremely distrusting of adults. The only way to get him to trust an adult is if all of his friends - including his siblings - trusts that person without any doubts. He's most likely overly paranoid, but he feels he has every right to be. He's very caring and kind to those he does trust - and sometimes to people he just met such as children. However when he doesn't trust you or like you, he'll make sure you know that. He uses sarcasm as a defense, making a quip to deflect a topic he doesn't want to talk about. He's depressed from his time in captivity and it shows. He doesn't think highly of himself at all. He almost despises himself. He has a hot temper that is easily sparked when one of his loved ones is threatened or hurt. Ivan is also very protective over the people he cares the most about. It's possible that he might kill to keep them safe, however he hasn't knowingly crossed that line yet. His morals are very grey, though.
The History
Mother - Monica Stane
Father - Hank Stane
Siblings - Scott Stane, Julian Stane, Elizabeth Stane.
Important People - Patrick Mitchell (best friend), Natraj Pandit (best friend)
Spouse or Intended - Natraj Pandit (crush)
Personal History - Ivan was born and raised in Merridale on the family farm, passed down from his grandparents on his mother's side. He's the middle of a pair of triplets, younger than Julian but older than Elizabeth Growing up, he was very close to all of his siblings. He looked up to Scott, got into trouble with Julian, and kicked anyone's ass who dared to pull Lisa's pigtails. They were a happy family, or so it seemed. He was always closer to his mother than his father. His father was distant to him, seeming to favor Scott. But Ivan tried not to let that get to him. He always thought he was a good son.
Well, maybe not always. He met and became best friends with Patrick Mitchell very fast and caused a lot of trouble with him. They dragged his siblings, Lisa and Julian, down with them a lot. But it was fun. They had so much fun. Ivan never thought it would stop, and he certainly hoped it never would, but it did.
Anomalies were always a factor in Ivan's life, but his parents kept him and his siblings away from them out of fear that the kids would get hurt. When he was twelve, however, he met an Anomaly and became quick friends with him. Ever since meeting Natraj Pandit, the two of them and Patrick were inseparable. Julian and Lisa would tag along with them sometimes, but his siblings didn't always want to get involved in the trouble Ivan and his friends caused.
Then his whole world changed. He doesn't remember everything that happened. Roughly three years ago, his entire family was taken in the dead of night. All he remembers is trying to get to his siblings. He couldn't find his parents. He'd heard a struggle from Scott's room and heard Lisa scream. He remembers Julian grabbing him and forcing him to crawl through a window. He doesn't remember running across their farm, the two of them trying to make it to where they knew the Mitchells lived. The last thing he remembers of that night is being tackled in his family's cornfield and being dragged away from Julian, screaming for his brother and help until his throat was sore and raw.
He was taken to a secret government facility and given the Catalyst. Since then, he's gained his powers and been held in captivity for roughly three years. He doesn't know where his family is or if they're alive. And he's stopped hoping that he'll ever be free.

Scott Hank Stane The Basics
Full Name - Scott Stane
Code Name - Atlas
Age - Eighteen years old
Powers:- Scott has the ability to manipulate the gravity around him and others. He can increase it and decrease it. Aside from his Anomaly powers, after being trained endlessly for three years, he's become very skilled in weaponry - mostly with twin pistols - as well as marksmanship, combat, gymnastics, acrobatics, and basic medical knowledge. He's not an expert in any of that, but he's very good. He's the highest trained out of the Stane children.
Member Group - ACD (he works with a human handler)
The Looks
Face Claim - Kiowa Gordon
the Personality
Positive Personality Traits
-Trusting
-Loyal
-Protective
Negative Personality Traits
-Trusting; while it's also one of his positive traits, some could say that he's too trusting, especially considering all he's been through.
-Morally grey; he struggles with doing the right thing a lot, even when the right thing is clear and right in front of him.
-Over protective; he'd rather put himself in danger than anyone he cares about. It can make him occasionally reckless and makes him less likely to ask someone for help, preferring to be the one doing the helping.
Overall Personality - Despite all that he's been through, Scott doesn't appear to be as warped as his younger brother, Ivan, by all of it. He's not nearly as distrusting as someone would assume - in fact he's not distrusting at all. He still likes to look for the best in people. He's also a soldier, obeying orders without voicing any doubts he might have. WIP

Patrick Wayne Mitchell The Basics
Full Name - Patrick Mitchell
Code Name - Warrior
Age - Sixteen years old
Power - Patrick has the ability to create energy constructs that are a dark blue in color. The constructs are see-through but very strong, depending on his focus. The more he focuses, the stronger his constructs become. If he is unable to focus much, the constructs are easily destroyed. If he looses focus completely, the constructs disappear on their own. He can create barriers and weapons. He has the potential to create bigger and more creative constructs, but that takes a lot of time and attention. The bigger the construct, the harder it is for him to stay focused on it. His powers also take a lot out of his energy, physical and mental. If he creates too big of a construct or too many of them without resting in-between, he'll pass out. He'll also get nosebleeds when his powers start taking a toll on him.
Sexuality - Pansexual and panromantic
Allegiance - Loner
Occupation - High school student
The Looks
Face Claim - Jacob Artist
the Personality
Likes
-Gymnastics
-Winning
-Ditching class
Dislikes
-Losing
-Being unable to help someone
-Homework
Strengths
-Gymnastics; he's on the gymnastic team at school.
-Street fighting; he's known to get in a few fights at school.
Weaknesses
-Authority figures; he's terrible with them, can't stop himself from mouthing off.
-Socializing; he's not very good at socializing and not getting into a fight somehow; trouble seems to find him.
Overall Personality - Patrick is a punk trouble maker. The only thing he actually sticks to and purposefully tries to do good at is gymnastics. He only keeps up with his grades so he can stay on the gymnastics team at his school. He ditches class whenever he can to suit up and play hero with Sparrow and Chameleon. He gets in a lot of fights at school and gets sent to detention a lot. He talks back to authority every chance he gets, including to his parents. The only authority he seems to respect is his older brother's.
He's also definitely not one to back down from a fight, even if he knows he's likely to loose. He's had to get dragged away from fights at school by his friends before he's beaten senseless by some kid. He has anger issues due to resentment that has built up over his past, and he doesn't know any other way to let them out than to fight. He solves problems with his fist. He doesn't know any other way.
The History
Mother - Regina Mitchell (alive)
Father - Samuel Mitchell (alive)
Siblings - Oliver Mitchell (older brother; alive)
Important People - Ivan Stane (best friend; alive), Elizabeth Stane (best friend; alive)
Spouse or Intended - Elizabeth Stane (yes, he's crushing on his best friend's sister)
Personal History - Patrick was born in San Francisco, the second son of Regina and Samuel Mitchell. When he was barely a year old, his family packed up and moved to Merridale. Growing up, his parents were distant from him, more engrossed in their jobs and social lives than their children. It was obvious to him that he hadn't been part of their plan. What social life they could have in a farm town, Patrick never understood, but his parents did travel a lot. Patrick was raised more by his older brother, Oliver, than his parents. His older brother was there for him for almost everything while his parents were there for nothing, breeding a resentment of authority inside him.
However there was one thing he couldn't go to his brother for help with. When he was thirteen years old, his childhood best friends and their family went missing. All traces that they had ever existed was gone. A new family was already living in their house and everyone - everyone - who had known them insisted that that family had always been there and had no recollection of the Stanes, his friends, ever existing. His family started to think he was possibly going crazy, but the whole thing screamed government conspiracy to Patrick. Surely he hadn't thought up an entire family of people?
So he started to snoop. The ACD and the quarantine were already in effect, they had been since he'd been around two years old, but he was a "normal" human at the time, so the ACD paid him hardly any attention. But someone must have caught on to him, caught him snooping, looking up any information he could find on the Stanes. He'd broken in his school at the time to try to find concrete files on his best friends, Ivan and Elizabeth. While breaking into the school, he was caught. To this day, all he remembers was being grabbed suddenly and having a cloth held over his mouth and nose before he lost consciousness.
He woke up three days later in his bedroom with no recollection of what had happened too him. All he knew was that he felt different. He couldn't explain why, something just felt off. His parents and brother had acted like everything was the same, as if they thought it was the same, as if him not being able to remember the past three days was completely normal. It wasn't until a few weeks later that he found out just how much of him had been changed.
His powers manifested when he got into a fist fight. He accidentally created an energy construct and knocked a kid out with it. Naturally Patrick freaked out. He was an anomaly. He didn't know how he'd become one. His parents weren't so there was no way he'd been born with these powers. He had thought back to those three days, blank in his memory. Someone must have taken him and given him the Catalyst over the course of those three days. But... Who? The government? Someone else?
Not knowing was definitely what he found to be the most terrifying part of finding out he was an anomaly. He hid his powers, learning to control them on his own over the course of roughly three years. As scared of his powers as he was, he had decided to use what he'd been given. Maybe whoever had given his powers had wanted to divert him from his search for his friends or perhaps they'd wanted to aid him, no matter the reasons, he had made the choice to use his new found powers to find his friends and save them. Recently seeing a news coverage on Halo inspired him to dawn a mask and the identity of Warrior.

At this precocious age, the seeds of Barbara's future crime-fighting career began to foment. When Barbara was 13, her mother and father were tragically killed in an automobile accident (due largely to her father's drinking problem). Barbara adjusted as well as she could. After the accident, her uncle, James Gordon, adopted the orphaned Barbara. James Gordon and his wife (also named Barbara) lived hundreds of miles east in Gotham City, where James worked as the police Captain. Barbara immediately became infatuated with the Gotham City's most legendary phantom of the night – the Batman.
Barbara found an opportunity that would ultimately change her life forever. The Gotham City Police Department decided to host the Million Dollar Masquerade Ball at the Bristol Country Club. Dozens of Gotham City's most affluent leading citizens, including the likes of Bruce Wayne and J. Devlin Davenport, were expected to attend. Barbara sewed a stylish, feminine version of Batman's costume based upon designs that she first conceived as a child. For the most part, she intended on crashing the party as this "Batgirl" merely to spite her father. As the years went on, however, Barbara found her role as Batgirl less and less fulfilling, and she eventually more or less retired. That's when the Joker showed up at her house, shooting and paralyzing her and when he kidnapped her Uncle Jim. Batman rescued Jim Gordon, but 19-year-old Barbara Gordon's career as a crime fighter was over. She spent a month in a deep depression.
Recognizing she could no longer be the kind of superhero she had been, she instead devoted all her time to developing one of the world's most complex and powerful computer systems and set to work accumulating information, renaming herself "Oracle." Oracle has proven an absolutely invaluable resource to the Batman and his allies, as well as countless other superheroes, few of whom know anything about the person behind the name. Oracle has formed an alliance with fellow heroes Black Canary and the Huntress to aid those in need. Together, they are the Birds of Prey, combining their unique abilities and skills in the war against crime and terror. (via wikia)
SUBJECT INTERVIEW.
SUBJECT INTERVIEW TAPE: Barbara folded her arms over her chest as she sat back, her glasses barely falling down the bridge of her nose. She was surrounded by her computer screens – which anyone could have predicted – but this was where she belonged. She had power here and strength that she had honestly rarely felt as Batgirl. Here she could help anyone – the League, the Titans or Teen Titans, and especially the Birds of Prey and Gotham’s own score of heroes. She had found her calling and gained more respect than she most likely had ever had as Batgirl.
And it felt good. Yeah, there were days when she felt like utter crap and wished she could get back into the field – literally kick some bad guy ass. But the days that she felt strong, that she felt like the survivor she was, those days outweighed the bad ones by far. And she was getting better each and every day.
She smiled to herself, though it faded when her computer picked up on a police scanner signal. She leaned forward, pushed her glasses back up to her eyes, and turned the volume up so she could hear it. Listening carefully, she lightly bit down on the nail of her thumb; her eyes glued to the screen while her free hand reached over and pressed the right button, patching her through to the Batcave. She became aware of the bite and released her finger, her hand instinctively moving and clicking open a map of Gotham.
“Man-Bat’s been spotted over Gotham’s East end,” she informed whoever was listening, knowing that by simply patching to the Batcave, she was automatically patched into whatever means of transportation was being used if there weren’t anyone but Alfred at the cave. “GPD sent a helicopter, but from the sounds of it, they’re not doing well.”
Her fingers flew across the keyboards and she brought up window on another screen, showing live news footage. Her frown deepened. The half human half bat hybrid was flying dangerously close to the helicopter, almost breaking the tail off with gunfire barely keeping him at bay. “Guys, get there fast. Police are in trouble.” She didn’t wait for a response, opening up another comm link and looking through her active field work files. She knew who she needed to call for backup. Someone who could fly fast and lift a helicopter. Names almost instantly popped into her head and she checked.
“Superman, you’re needed in Gotham,” she explained, opening up newsfeed from Metropolis on another screen. Nothing major seemed to be going on that would demand the boy scout’s attention and her files didn’t say he was on a current mission for the League. A movement caught her eye and she swiveled in her chair, eyes widening as Man-Bat successfully tore the helicopter’s tail off. “You’re needed now! There’s a helicopter going down in Gotham’s East end! I need you to catch it!” She didn’t yell, stayed calm, but there was a note of urgency in her voice.
There was a flash of blue and red across her screen, but she only remembered to breathe once the helicopter was caught and lowered safely to the ground. She figured she’d hear static from Bruce about calling Clark in, especially since she had no doubt that the Kryptonian would take on Man-Bat on his own in the air. But her job was done, so she let out a sigh of relief and slumped back. The citizens of Gotham were safe yet again.
For now, of course.

Donald Arden Richards
Donald, or Donny as he prefers to be called - he also answers to Don and Dr. Richards - is a young doctor employed at the local hospital in Merridale. He's a child genius and graduated from medical school at a very young age, and currently is in his early to mid twenties. He was first employed by the ACD to help fix and heal their members whenever they got injured and to keep anomalies alive when they're trying certain ways to get information out of those anomalies, which was why he first came to Merridale. A few months later, he started working for the local hospital as well. He's a tagged and known anomaly, having gotten his powers at a very young age, but because he lived in England when he first got his powers, he was never forced into Merridale. His ability is a healing touch. His palms glow faintly white when he uses his powers. He can easily heal bruises and cuts. The larger the wound, the harder for him to heal, however flesh wounds are the easiest for him. If he can't see the wound, if it's internal, it takes a few sessions with him to heal it. He's witty, sarcastic, and smart. He's a goofball and complete dork, but he does know when to get serious. He's best friends with Oliver Mitchell. He secretly heals anomalies in Merridale, especially vigilante ones who fight against the ACD. He still technically works for the ACD, but is only called in when they need his powers. He's not respected by the ACD and feels like he's often treated like property rather than an important asset. He's also pansexual and panromantic, and his face claim is Luke Newberry.
Oliver Dale Mitchell
Oliver, or Ollie as his friends call him, is the older brother of @sparrow , in his late twenties. He's an anomaly vigilante, but has managed to keep that a secret from everyone, including his younger brother. He got his powers four years ago and has been putting on a mask and helping the citizens of Merridale ever since. He often steals food and rations and hands them out to the poorest in the town. His vigilante persona is wanted by the ACD because of the trouble he has caused them and also wanted by the government for trying to smuggle anomalies out of Merridale. He despises this town and is willing to go to extremes to shut it down and get the citizens, especially the anomalies, free from the government's clutches. His powers include enhanced strength, durability, agility, and stamina. He's not the strongest anomaly out there, but he's much stronger than the average man. He's courageous, sometimes reckless, but always loyal. He's protective, strong willed, and stubborn. His vigilante persona is Renegade. He's not nearly as big as Penance, preferring to keep to the shadows, but those he has helped know his codename and his mask. His costume is this. He's not part of any official team, but is always willing to help out good guys like Halo. He's basically in charge of his house and the one to take care of his brother, with their "normal" human parents absent a lot. He knows his brother is an anomaly and knows he's Warrior. He also knows what his brother has been trying to do: find out what happened to the Stanes. He remembers the Stanes but acts like he doesn't because everyone else doesn't seem to remember them. He's been secretly trying to help his brother out. Like Patrick, he doesn't know how he got his powers. Just like his brother, three days are missing from his memory. He's single, heterosexual, and heteroromantic, and best friends with Donny Richards. His face claim is Jussie Smollett.
Monica Emalee Stane
Monica is the mother of Scott Stane, Julian Stane, @lisa , and @ivan , and wife of Hank Stane. She used to be a top FBI agent before she was kidnapped by the government along with her husband and children - though the government would never admit to the kidnapping. During the struggle and her attempt to save her children, she was shot, accidentally fatally. She died that night, but when she was brought to the government facility, her body was experimented on and forcibly brought back to life. All her memories of her previous life were removed, and she was made into an anomaly. She kept all of her previous skills - such as combat, weaponry, and hacking - but had gained the ability of power augmentation. She could send out a ripple of energy that when it touched an anomaly around her, could temporarily shut off their powers. The size of the ripple and how long it lasts depends on how much she's able to focus on it. She's a government asset, used as a sort of assassin and to take care of problems quickly and quietly. She's known as Valkyrie, and her costume is this. She's sometimes sent to help the ACD with troublemakers, but more often, she's sent to work on her own. She doesn't know her name or her past. All she knows from her life is her time as Valkyrie. She's heterosexual and heteroromantic. Her face claim is Angie Harmon.
Perses
Not much is known about Perses. He seems to be an anomaly government asset, but also has plans of his own. He can control and manipulate darkness and shadows. He can bring someone's shadow "to life," creating mindless soldiers to do his bidding. It's not clear who exactly he thinks his enemy is - perhaps the world. He's vindictive and angry. He has a quick temper and it shows. His personality is similar to the darkness that he controls, cold and unapproachable. Not much else is known about him. His face claim is Adam Beach.

THAWNE, EZEKIEL i n e r t i a AGE: 18 GENDER: Cisgender male TEAM: Loner SIDE: Villain OCCUPATION: Thief, pain in your ass (he insists that's an official job) NATIONALITY: American; ethnicity is Caucasian. HISTORY: Ezekiel was told that he's the son of Thaddeus Thawne II, that he was put in an orphanage because the Flash's Rogues killed his father. He was told all of this by Hunter Zoloman. In actuality, Thad was murdered by the Rogues when he was just a teenager before Zeke could even be conceived. His actual birth parents were a nurse and a banker, killed by Zoom when Zeke had been two years old, earning him the attention of the yellow-clad speedster. After that, he grew up in an orphanage, and grew quite bitter toward the world. He didn't remember his parents or how they were killed, and no one would answer any questions he had because he was just a kid, and who would want to tell a kid that his parents had been murdered brutally? All he knew was they were murdered. He figured out on his own that the Flash didn't save them. That was when he started hating the Flash.
When he was ten years old, he was kidnapped by Hunter Zoloman. He was raised and groomed by the man from then on out, to become the next Inertia. He was told his father had been Thaddeus Thawne II, and that the Flash's Rogues had murdered his father. He took on the Thawne codename and decided then that he wanted to avenge his father. At just ten years old, he was made into a speedster. Zoom recreated the circumstances that had given Barry Allen his speed. Zoom turned a ten year old boy into a weapon he could manipulate and control. For the next few years, Zeke trained with Zoom, growing bitter toward the outside world even more. He grew to fear Zoom through the abuse he suffered at the man's hand, but he also came to worship him as a sort of god. His deceased "father" was his hero, but Hunter Zoloman became his god.
At age thirteen, he was let out for the first time as Inertia. His first fight against a speedster was a clash with Irey West, which hadn't ended well for him. He'd discovered he was slower than her, and even her brother, Jai. He'd disappointed his mentor, and even looking back, he's still certain that was the worst beating Zoom had ever given him, after that failure. Roughly a year later, he encountered the new Kid Flash. He was giddy when he discovered that he was actually stronger than her. He would have beaten her if backup hadn't shown up.
Recently, he's been assigned by Zoom to go to Jump City and cause some trouble for the Titans. He doesn't know Kid Flash is also in town. He's not sure why he got this assignment, but he didn't question it. He's loyally followed orders and come to Jump City, and he can't wait to see what the Titans are made of. FAMILY: Thaddeus Thawne II/Inertia ("father"), Bartholomew Allen II/Impulse (related to the Allen family because Thad was a clone of Bart), and Hunter Zoloman/Zoom (mentor). PERSONALITY: Zeke is a firecracker waiting to go off. His short-tempered, angered very easily, at anyone, including himself. He throws tantrums when angered, punching walls or throwing things. He's really very childish. He's also a major flirt, but he mostly flirts with Kid Flash whenever he runs into her - he claims it's because he wants to throw her off her game. He's loyal to Zoom to a fault because his father was loyal to Zoom. To say he holds his father on a pedestal would be an understatement. He worships his father as his hero. He despises Flash's Rogue gallery for killing his father and despises the Flash for not saving his father. He's full of hatred toward many heroes and even other villains. He's a mischievous little imp. Causing trouble is what he's best at. He doesn't really know how to be a good person, and he doesn't really care. He doesn't seem to care about anybody but himself. He doesn't care about Zoom, but rather respects and fears his mentor. He'd sooner use the phrase "Put the fear of Zoom in them" than "Put the fear of God in them." He views Zoom like a god, a chance to become faster and stronger, to eventually avenge his father.
[/b] Stealing, running circles around people, Kid Flash, reading (he'll deny he likes to read, even if he'd caught with a book), pizza, causing mischief, pranks, and small animals (another thing he'll deny until the end of time). DISLIKES: Most All heroes, failing, getting punished for failing, losing (very sore loser), not getting things his way, being caught off guard and surprised, people talking bad about his father, and feeling slow. DREAMS: He's not quite sure what he wants out of life or dreams to be. [/ul] THEY SAY I'M TROUBLE they say i'm bad BODY STRUCTURE: Zeke is 5'9" tall and has a slender build. He's able to maintain his weight and shape through his fast metabolism which makes it hard for him to gain weight. He's muscular enough to put up a good fight in close combat, but it's clear from his build that he's more of a runner, built more for track and field than wrestling or boxing. He has short blonde hair, light skin, and yellow eyes like his father did. STYLE: Zeke enjoys wearing dark colors, which make his hair and eyes pop. He likes leather - he thinks he looks quite hot in it. The brightest color he'll wear is green, and that's only because it was his father's color, and he also thinks it looks alright on him. He likes dressing "badass," but will wear just jeans and a t-shirt when he's feeling lazy. PIERCINGS OR TATTOOS: N/A COSTUME: Zeke wears the same green and black costume his father wore as Inertia: here. ODDITIES: His eyes are yellow, a trait he inherited from his father. ABILITIES: Zeke was given a few speedster abilities, the same ones Kid Flash inherited, though his powers are stronger and faster than hers. Here abilities include: ( source) Accelerated Healing: Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Any normal wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed. Increased Perceptions: Speed Force conduits traveling at the speed of sound may miss important events as they run by. The Speed Force grants them enhanced senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, touch and/or taste at an increased speed and understand it as it is processed. Phasing: Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects. Self-Sustenance: Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies. Superhuman Stamina: Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress. Superhuman Speed: Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. CONTROL: Accelerated healing: 0; it's on instinct. Increased perceptions: 0; this is also on instinct, but he's only ever once ran fast enough to trigger it, and that was years ago. Phasing: 8; he's practiced and become very good at this power, using it to get away from crime scenes a lot. Self-Sustenance: 0; this is on instinct too. Superhuman stamina: 0; also on instinct, no way he can control this, though he has learned the limits of this ability. Superhuman speed: 9; this is his strongest ability because it's the one he's been forced to work the hardest at, to become faster than Kid Flash. SIDE-AFFECTS: His fast metabolism causes him to need to eat often and a lot. His accelerated healing also keeps him from getting tattoos and piercings since they heal and the ink from tattoos even fades shortly after getting them. WEAKNESSES: Zeke is very hot tempered, angered easily. His temper can get in the way of his missions and cloud his judgment. He's also not bullet proof. He may heal faster, but it's not in an instant. A lethal injury could take its toll before his body is able to heal it enough. The cold, being an opposite of speed, slows him down, forcing him to have to work harder to maintain speeds that usually come easily to him. THEY SAY I'M EVIL and that makes me glad INTRODUCTION: His eye still hurt. It was bruised - thankfully the swelling had gone down - underneath his mask. He'd forgotten that it wasn't good to talk back to Zoom. The black eye was his reminder. A quite painful reminder. Sometimes he wondered why he let Hunter hit him around like that, then he remembered that it wasn't his choice. It wasn't as if he chose to get hurt. It just happened. He didn't think he could escape it, nor would he try if he could. Zoom was faster than him. Zoom was scarier. He wanted to someday be as scary as Zoom. To be able to install fear into people, that would be nice. He grinned wickedly at the thought. Perhaps he could do some installing now... Inertia came into the bank in a blur. Central City bank was used to being robbed, but he wasn't necessarily robbing it. He was a distraction. He was always Zoom's distraction. He pushed any negative thoughts away before they could even form. He was glad to be the distraction. He was glad to be of use to Zoom. He sped around the bank, giving each security guard a number of punches to knock them out before any of them could trigger an alarm. Of course concerned civilians tried to leave, while some grabbed their smartphones and started live streaming. He zipped to the front doors, a gun from a security guard in his hand. "Everyone stay where you are," he ordered firmly, grinning wickedly to try to look insane. He found that people tended to be afraid of someone they thought was insane. "This is a hostage situation here or would you rather I turn this into a mass murder?" He pointed the gun at an old woman who quickly coward behind a stranger. He kept the gun level - he'd never shot anyone before, never even killed someone, but these people didn't need to know that - and looked to a young man, holding up his smartphone with shaking hands. "Oh Flashy!" he called out to the recording phone, "Got a little situation for you! Let's see if you can get here before I start shooting someo-" He was cut off when he was tackled to the ground from behind. He spat out a curse, angered at himself for leaving his back to the door. He kicked out and punched, managing to get out from under the person and back to his feet. "Really, Flash, that all you got...?" His voice trailed off when he found himself face to face with Kid Flash. His surprised showed on his face before it melded into a sort of twisted delight. This was going to be fun. SKYLANE, RAPTOR w h i s p e r
AGE: Physically fifteen; actually almost three years old GENDER: Male TEAM: Rider’s Deck SIDE: Hero OCCUPATION: Student NATIONALITY: South Korean, demon. Many parts of different demonic creatures were used to create his body. The ones that stand out the most, however, are vampire, ghost, neko and sorcerer. He considers himself a demon. HISTORY: Raptor was created three months after the death of Rider’s Deck member Carlos McDougal. He was created by the Black Witch, Kira Skylane, who felt some guilt for being unable to help Carlos. Originally he was created to be a body for Carlos’ wandering soul. However during the spell, she accidentally created his soul and fused it to the body. At first, she was displeased by her mistake but grew to love the boy as if he was her own son. She spent a month teaching and training him in the mystic arts and preparing him in case he was ever needed to be a vessel for Carlos’ soul, though he was unaware of those preparations. After a month or so, her powers began deflating. Creating a soul was something she had never done before and it had taken up more of her powers than she was used to. With her powers weakening, the force field that protected and hid the two of them from her many enemies in the magical community began to fall. They were attacked constantly for what seemed like days. Finally she gave him the last of her powers and sent him to Jump City. It is assumed that she has since passed away. Arriving in Jump City, Raptor was truly lost. He had never been anywhere without Kira and had never interacted with anyone besides her. Since coming to Jump, he has met and interacted with a couple individuals, though most don’t seem to stick around long enough for him to get attached. Recently he has met Rider’s Deck members Jester and Stone Alice and has even joined the team as the only member strictly hero at the moment. FAMILY:- Kira ‘Black Witch’ Skylane / Mother
- Carlos 'Banshee' McDougal / Older half-brother
PERSONALITY: Raptor is a shy and timid demon, though his curiosity often gets the better of him. He typically isn’t the first to approach someone or start a conversation, having zero social skills. However, he is playful and very talkative when he gets to know someone and becomes friends with them. He holds some character traits almost identical to Carlos McDougal, though he can also be very different. Unlike Carlos, he likes getting in fights and using his powers. He has a side of himself that is a savage demon that often comes out in fights. When hanging around with his friends, he can act quite cute and innocent, and in a sense he is. Knowing virtually nothing about the world has given him an innocent and naive view of it. Though he is cautious around people he doesn’t know, there are times when he’s careless and gets himself into trouble.
[/b] cats, yarn, magic, milk, learning new things, reading, casting spells DISLIKES: water, dogs, people pulling on his tail, blood, darkness DREAMS: nothing as of this moment. FEARS: being alone and unwanted. HOPES: to find a home and family. [/ul] I WANNA KNOW can you show me? BODY STRUCTURE: Raptor stands at about five feet and eleven inches tall. Due to being magically created, he weighs much less than he should, at about one-hundred pounds, which isn’t even close to the normal weight of a boy his age. He has short, pitch black hair and dazzling bright blue eyes. He is thin as well as pale skinned. Being part neko, Raptor has a black cat tail - the same color as his hair - but it only appears when he's in his costume, as he's mastered hiding it. His ears are naturally more pointed, like a cat's. STYLE: Raptor doesn’t have any specific style and wears literally whatever he wants at any given time. He doesn’t understand nor find a point to sticking to a certain style of clothing when he can wear whatever he wants. However, he always has a black with blue rhinestones collar around his neck with a heart-shaped tag that says Whisper. COSTUME: Like the other members of Rider’s Deck, Whisper’s costume is made up of street clothing. He wears a white tank-top with a black sleeveless leather jacket unzipped on top and dark gray skinny jeans. On his hands he wears white fingerless gloves as well as black boots on his feet. Over his eyes, he wears a white domino mask. ODDITIES: Raptor has a pair of large black cat ears on top of his head (along with human ears) and a black cat tail with a white tip. He often has to cover his ears and tail or use a spell to hide them. ABILITIES: Whisper has the ability to cast spells out of a spell book left to him by Kira. The level of spell depends on the amount of magic he needs to cast it as well as the control he has over it. He is able to cast three low-level spells before he gets tired and risks passing out. Like the first Whisper, he is able to control his density, or phase through solid objects. Due to his neko side, he also has enhanced senses and agility, which comes naturally to him and thus no control is needed. CONTROL: Spell casting/3 (ultimately depends on the spell), density control/5. SIDE-AFFECTS: None. WEAKNESSES: Any weapon can harm Raptor, as he has no invulnerability despite the multitude of demonic creatures used to create him. I WANNA KNOW ‘bout the strangers like me INTRODUCTION: Raptor was in his demon form as he walked up to the arcade. He didn't have his cat ears or tail, but his hair was still long and tied into a tail that refused to be any shorter than stretching to his knees. He had the hood of his grey sweatshirt on, with his hair neatly tied and hanging over his shoulder, down his front. The sweatshirt was partly zipped up, revealing a blue t-shirt underneath. His jeans were a dark blue color and his sneakers were dark grey. He was tired, and thus why he was stuck in his demon form. He had used a spell to get his clothes, since he had already run out of money. Apparently it wasn't normal for humans to eat mice, and when he was amongst humans, he had to pretend to be one. It would have been a hell of a lot easier if he didn't have long white hair and bright red eyes. Quietly sighing to himself, he slowly stepped into the arcade, pushing the doors open. He let out a quiet hiss at all the humans that were there. He really hated humans. Well, he hated all but Jeremy... least he thought Jeremy was human. Thinking about his crush and the kiss he had received the other day quickly shut the demon up and caused him to blush bright against his pale, almost white, skin. He stuffed his hands in the pockets of his sweatshirt and gazed around. Would Jeremy recognize him? Had he seen him in this form? Shyly shrinking into himself, Whisper forced his feet to move as he walked over to one of the games. There was someone standing near it, but his nervous stomach and shyness kept him from seeing who it was. He had never been on a date before and had to look up the meaning of the word in his dictionary the other day. Frowning thoughtfully, he tapped his hand against the game, wondering how it worked. He pressed a button and leapt back in fear as it suddenly made a loud noise, announcing it was at the start menu. He pulled his lips into a snarl and cautiously as if the machine might attack him. He reached his foot out and tapped the machine, recoiling afterward. When nothing happened, he relaxed. "God, I'm an idiot," the teenager mumbled to himself as he studied the machine in front of him. How did it work? Obviously it wasn't a weapon, thankfully. Noticing someone there out of the corner of his eye, the cat-like boy innocently tapped the person's shoulder. His eyes were glued to the machine, however, so he still didn't know who the human was. "Excuse me? How does this thing work?"YOUR NAME OR ALIAS: Tiger CONTACT INFO: Please PM me FAVORITE COLOR: Red[/sup]

WEST, KRISTEN k i d f l a s h AGE: 17 GENDER: Cisgender female TEAM: Titans SIDE: Hero OCCUPATION: Student NATIONALITY: American - ethnicity is biracial. HISTORY: Kristy grew up the youngest child of Wally West and Linda Park-West with her older siblings, Irey and Jai. She knew from the time she was little that her family was made up of heroes. All she wanted, growing up, was to become a hero like the rest of her family. When she was twelve years old, her powers manifested, making itself evident when she'd gone to go to school, but ended up speeding straight into the door of the school building, though thankfully no one had been around to see that. Later that week, her official hero training started. She trained with her dad, siblings, and other members of the Flash family as well as the occasional Justice Leaguer and their sidekicks. She enjoyed training the most when she got to see sidekicks she'd grown up knowing, such as Joshua Wayne, Travis Kent, Olivia Queen, and Nathaniel Curry as well as some others. She officially became Kid Flash when she was thirteen, after training for almost a whole year.
Her first year as Kid Flash was hard. She stuck by her family's side, if not her dad, then her siblings, or Bart Allen. She learned quickly, and mostly the hard way, what her strengths and weaknesses were in fights. She quickly became a target for villains such as Zoom, though most of the Rogues wouldn't try to hurt her much, instead targeting her dad or siblings. One day when she was fourteen, she went on a mission with Bart, who had started going by the codename Impulse again. They'd ran into Zoom and another kid speedster, who she'd later learned had taken Thaddeus Thawne's place as Inertia. While Impulse fought Zoom, she clashed with Inertia. He was faster than her, stronger than her. She had barely managed to hold her own before Irey and Wally had gotten there to help her and Bart, though she'd later learned that Bart had held his own against Zoom better than she had with Inertia. That had been the first time her confidence as a hero had been shook.
She kept on fighting crime as Kid Flash, though. She had team-ups with Justice Leaguers and members of Young Justice over the years she continued on as Kid Flash. She's recently joined the West Titans in Jump City, though she still proudly considers herself a sidekick to the Flash. She chose to join the Titans because of her father's tie to the team. She's recently arrived in Jump City and can't wait to start fighting crime alongside her new teammates. FAMILY: Wally West (father), Linda Park-West (mother), Irey West (older sister), Jai West (older brother), and various members of the Flash family. PERSONALITY: Kristy is often described as a bubble of sunshine. She's very childish, but not to the point of total annoyance. She loves playing video games and eating junk food. If any part of her could be annoying, it would definitely be how hyperactive she can get. She finds it very hard to sit still and always prefers to be on the move. Her mind is constantly going as fast as she can run, skipping from one topic to the next. Naturally as a speedster, she's very quick to act, but sometimes that's not always a good thing. She can be pretty reckless and run into danger without preparations or run off to save the day on a mission before she's heard all of the orders. Her first thought in a battle is always to protect her friends, family, teammates - whoever she's with - and civilians. The safety of others is always more top priority than her own safety. Kristy's a goofball and surprisingly clumsy for a speedster, though the faster she's going, the less clumsy she seems to be. She loves to have fun, especially if it's with her friends. She can come off as pretty carefree, though that's not the case. She often has to fight thoughts that she might not be good enough to pull off the hero life. Being slower than the other speedsters can take a toll on her confidence, though she works hard at hiding that.
[/b] Eating, playing video games, having fun, multi-tasking, hanging out with her friends, making friends laugh, protecting people, saving the day, and most junk food, especially pizza. DISLIKES: Feeling slow, feeling useless and helpless, failing, homework, being bored, having nothing to do, being grounded, healthy food, and having to be quiet. DREAMS: To be a member of the Justice League someday, maybe even the next Flash or Impulse. [/ul] NOW YOU STEAL AWAY take him out today BODY STRUCTURE: Kristy stands at five feet and eight inches tall. She's lean and thin, her high metabolism keeping her from gaining much, if any weight. She takes majority of her looks from her dad. She has long red hair, light skin, and her mother's brown eyes. STYLE: Kristy will wear pretty much anything she finds comfy. She's not all that comfortable dressing up formally; she'd prefer to be in sweats and a tank top or even just a sports bra and yoga pants. She's very comfortable in her body so while she's not often seen wearing anything too revealing, she has no problem spicing it up and showing a good amount of skin. She often wears jeans and some graphic t-shirt, though, being a bit too lazy to dress to the full extents of her fashion style. PIERCINGS OR TATTOOS: N/A COSTUME: Kid Flash's costume is a replica of Wally West's from when he was Kid Flash, made of the same material as other Flash costumes to make sure it stands up against the fast speeds she runs at. She has her hair tied up in a ponytail when she's in costume. The color scheme is red and yellow with the Flash symbol on her chest. She uses goggles to cover her eyes while she runs. The design is inspired by this fanart by murrmernator on Tumblr. ODDITIES: N/A ABILITIES: Kristy inherited a few of the Flash family powers, though that doesn't mean she's very good at many of them. Her abilities include: ( source) Accelerated Healing: Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.[/sup] CONTROL: Accelerated healing: 0 - it's an instant thing, she can't control it at all. Increased perception: 0, it happens on instinct whenever she runs fast enough, though she's never actually ran fast enough for it to happen, she's been told she has the potential to. Phasing: 2, she tried it a couple times and got nosebleeds each time so it's not a power she uses often. Self-Sustenance: 0, it's a natural thing, though she's never ran that fast, mostly this just causes her to have a fast metabolism. Superhuman Stamina: 0, it happens naturally, there's not much about it to control. Superhuman Speed: 8, she's had this power for several years now, having developed it at a young age, so she's had a lot of time to learn how to control it. SIDE-AFFECTS: Self-Sustenance can be seen as a side-affect, causing her to have a high metabolism and the need to eat quite a lot in order to maintain her energy and health. Because of her accelerated healing, she can't get any piercings or tattoos. They all heal, and tattoos even fade away. WEAKNESSES: While she has accelerated healing, like most, if not all, speedsters, she isn't bullet proof. Her healing isn't instant, too, rather taking time. Major injuries could take their toll before her body is able to fully heal them. Cold is also a weakness, as cold and speed are opposites. The cold slows her down and forces her to have to work harder to maintain a speed that normally would have been easy. She's also not the fastest of the speedsters, being slower than both her father, Wally West, and Bart Allen. This could be easily used against her.
NICE WORK YOU DID you're gonna go far, kid
INTRODUCTION: Was this supposed to be intimidating? She couldn't help wondering that as she stared up at the giant T-shaped tower, a backpack slung on her back. Nerves fluttered around in her stomach. This was her first time on a team. She'd done team-ups before, but her dad had told her that teams worked differently. It wasn't just simply teaming up with another hero or two for a quick fight or mission. She'd be working with these heroes for many missions, possibly even patrolling the city with them. It sounded like such a great experience to have under her belt, but... She couldn't help doubting her timing with this. She'd planned on joining the team before members of the Justice League had started going missing. But now heroes were missing. The League was handling it or so they claimed. She could easily keep in contact with her dad and siblings to keep updated, but... What if they were to go missing? She'd have Bart, but what if he went missing too? She supposed she could always contact Robin if she needed updates, but what if he didn't know anything?
She took in a deep breath and slowly let it out. She was worrying too much. The Justice League could handle themselves. They'd done it many times before, and they had probably faced far worse before she was even born. There were reasons why people put their faith in the League. She had to put her faith in them too. Though that was easier said than done.
Kristy glanced behind her, looking out at the city. The Justice League didn't need her, but this city did, right? If it didn't, why would she have been accepted into the Titans? She wasn't sure whether they already had a speedster on the team or not, but she was determined to prove her worth. Did she feel she had to prove it to her teammates or herself? She wasn't sure which one, but if she could get two birds with one stone, all the better.
"I can do this," she whispered to herself, taking a moment to compose herself. After all, who wanted to see a nervous speedster? She closed her eyes momentarily. When she opened them, she stared determinedly at the Tower. She entered the Tower at a walk, not wanting to possibly blur by any of her teammates without introducing herself. As she walked farther into the Tower, she could hear voices - she thought she even heard laughter. That helped her nerves a little. Her backpack slipped off her shoulder, and she gripped it by a handle, holding it at her side instead as she walked. She followed the voices to the living room. When the door slid open, she stared like a deer caught in headlights. When she managed to compose herself, she gave a wide grin and a small wave of her hand. "Hi, I'm Kid Flash."

Gideon CitySCOTT HANK STANE
Code Name: Atlas Age: 25 Alignment: Lawful good Power: Gravity manipulation Scott is the eldest son of Hank and Monica Stane, making him the older brother to Ivan, Elizabeth, and Julian Stane - in that order. He's biracial - Caucasian on his father's side and Native American on his mother's side. He grew up in Medina with his family. Shortly after the birth of his youngest sibling, his father left their family behind. His mother never gave him a reason why Hank left. When he was old enough, Scott proceeded to help his mother in raising his younger siblings. He tried not to think ill of his father, though he always wondered if there was something he could have done to make him stay.
When the Encore facility exploded, releasing the Catalyst, he was separated from his family in the chaos and injured. He managed to find his youngest brother, Julian. The two boys were then found and taken by Encore. Scott's hybrid power manifested when Encore tried to separate him and Julian. He increased the gravity so much that two Encore agents were killed. That section of the building almost collapsed until an Encore agent managed to knock him out.
He woke up alone. Over the course of years, he was trained against his will to control his power and in the art of weaponry, specifically with guns, as well as some combat training. He doesn't remember much of the training, assuming that his brain blocked it out due to trauma. He's not entirely sure what happened to him while he was held there. All he knew was that he never once got to see Julian and never knew if his family was alive or not.
Then one day, the next thing he knew, he was free - saved from Encore by Henry Alexander aka Purge. Having no other options and frankly not seeing anything wrong with it, he chose to stay with Henry and his family. In time, the man that had saved him became like a father to him.
Then he was reunited with his younger brother, Ivan. At the time, Ivan had joined a hybrid terrorist group known as Exodus. The two brothers were reunited when H.O.R.D. battled Exodus. Scott risked his life to save his brother and managed to convince him to leave Exodus. Through reuniting with Ivan, he was reunited with his sister, Elizabeth or Lisa. Together, the three of them - and a gryphon which to this day, he doesn't fully understand how his brother got a gryphon - broke into an Encore facility and rescued their youngest brother, Julian, and took in Shane Keller, the orphaned son of two former Encore scientists.
Shortly after that, Scott moved in with his siblings and Shane. It was a harder decision than he'd realized it would be, to leave the Alexander household, though he still considered them to be family.
Eventually he aided Henry in a five year search for Olivia Alexander. He left his siblings and Shane back in Gideon, feeling it wasn't his place to include them on something when he had been the one requested. His absence came at a time when he and Ivan had been working on mending their relationship and all it did was further the rift between them, and in Scott's opinion, resentment he thinks Ivan holds toward his surrogate family, the Alexanders. He's now returned to Gideon City with the intention of continuing fighting as the masked vigilante, Atlas.
Personality-wise, Scott is a brave, loyal soldier. He'd follow Henry to the ends of the Earth and do anything for both his bio- and surrogate families. He's extremely protective over those he cares about and would seemingly do anything to protect them. He's level headed most of the time, though his emotions can get the better of him. Admittedly, Scott feels like he'll eventually have to choose between his bio- and surrogate family as he finds it increasingly difficult to juggle the two, but it's a decision he dreads and wishes not to have to make.
He's guilt-ridden when it comes to his siblings over things he had no control over. He feels guilty about not being there for Ivan and Lisa even though it wasn't his choice to be held by Encore, and he feels guilty about not rescuing Julian, and Shane for that matter, earlier even though he had no idea where they were.
Power-wise, Scott is immensely powerful, more so than he realizes because he has never fully tapped into his potential. If he ever did, he would most likely lose control, possibly pass out, perhaps for days. Scott chooses not to push his power because he already has a difficult time controlling it, even after years of having it. His emotions can affect his powers, causing them to flare up when he's scared, for example, or angry. When he uses his powers, his hands glow a faint green. The more power he uses, eventually his eyes start to glow too. Using too much of his power or using his power for too long takes a physical toll on his body, starting with his nose bleeding before he starts to feel fatigued and eventually sick. He isn't sure what would happen to him if he pushed himself beyond his limits and he definitely doesn't want to find out.

Gideon CityIVAN JOSHUA STANE
Code Name: Sparrow Age: 22 Alignment: Chaotic good Power: Wind manipulation
Ivan is the middle son of Monica and Hank Stane. He's the younger brother of Scott Stane and older brother of Elizabeth and Julian Stane. He's biracial - Caucasian on his father's side and Native American on his mother's. He struggles with depression and bipolar disorder as well as a past of self-harming. He grew up in Medina. He doesn't remember much of his father before Hank just left, but he remembers him being verbally abusive. He has fond memories of his mother and siblings, growing up.
When the Encore facility exploded, he was out with his family. He got separated from them in the chaos. His powers manifested then, reacting to his fear, pushing out a gust of wind to keep people away from him. He was picked up by local authorities, later reunited with his sister, who had been found too. There had been no word on his mother and brothers. He'd assumed they were dead, perhaps their bodies unrecognizable and thus unidentifiable. He moved to Los Angeles with Lisa, moving in with their aunt and uncle. They lived their for years until stories of masked heroes and villains started to emerge from Gideon City. In his mid-teens, Ivan ran away to Gideon City and Lisa followed him.
He became the masked vigilante Sparrow, inspired by Nat Vu aka Apex. His secret identity was eventually found out by Encore and he was blackmailed into working for them and was enrolled in Carter Gardens as well. He resented working for Encore and being a part of Carter Gardens, but never sought help, not wanting to disappoint the heroes he'd met. In his opinion, he was only truly free from Encore when Tristan Carter got arrested.
The death of Nat Vu hit him hard. He tried to be a lone vigilante for a while, occasionally fighting alongside his sister. Then, on a whim, as an angry and resentful teenager, he joined Exodus. During a battle between Exodus and H.O.R.D., he discovered his older brother, Scott, was still alive. The two of them battled, their powers eventually bringing a building down on them, which Scott used his powers to save them from. Ivan was taken into custody by H.O.R.D. and during that time, essentially cut ties with Exodus. He didn't do much after that, aside from joining Scott and Lisa to rescue their brother, Julian, and Shane Keller from Encore. He was an unaffiliated vigilante after that, often working alongside his siblings.
Over the past five years, though, he had eventually quit being Sparrow, retiring the costume and the identity. He'd never thought he was good at being a hero, and his mind told him his siblings did better without him. He focused on honing his hacking skills. As the oldest in the house with Scott gone helping Henry Alexander, he was sort of in charge, though he often got his siblings' and Shane's opinions on decisions before making them. He did freelance hacking on the side to help support his family, though he noticed Scott occasionally send money back to them.
He thought long and hard about it when Janella Carter sent out a call for heroes. Though he admittedly thought he shouldn't, he found himself dawning the identity of Sparrow again, except this time his usual black and red color scheme was replaced with a black and blue one in honor of his fallen hero.
Personality-wise, Ivan is a child genius with a tendency to make extremely bad decisions, which has led people to question his intelligence. His mind is just more geared toward learning things such as hacking, rather than how to make good life choices. He can easily be viewed as paranoid or having conspiracy theories - he questions whether or not Tristan Carter is really in jail, and if he is, he insists it won't be for long. He also still thinks Encore can't be trusted and that they're up to something. Where he used to be quick to trust as a starting out hero, he's become very slow to trust new people.
Despite his insecurities, Ivan is proud in some places. He's proudly gay and nonbinary (though he has no problem being referred to as a young man). He's proud and cocky when it comes to his hacking skills. He's extremely sassy and sarcastic, often using sarcasm to attempt to hide when he's been hurt. He's rebellious and protective over those he cares about, those he's allowed to get close to him. He's essentially willing to do whatever it takes to protect those people, his family.
Power-wise, Ivan is more powerful than he realizes. He's never tapped fully into his potential because of the physical toll his power starts to take on him. It starts with a nosebleed or bleeding from his ears and can suck his energy dry or even cause him to pass out. When he uses his powers, his hands glow a faint white. Depending on the amount of power he uses, his eyes might also glow a faint white. His emotions have a strong connection to his power. His wind manipulation has been known to flare up instinctively when he's feeling strong emotions such as fear and anger. He definitely doesn't want to find out what would happen if he pushed himself beyond his limits.

Name: Elizabeth "Lisa" Hope Stane Face Claim & Image: Adelaide Kane Code Name: Chameleon Power: Camouflage Characters Who May Use: Anyone is able to use Lisa, just please message @atlas or @sparrow and let me know. Originally created as Ivan's cousin, Lisa has now been re-imagined as the only Stane sister. She's a year younger than Ivan, making her 21 years old. She fights as a vigilante alongside her siblings and Shane Keller. Like her siblings, she's biracial. She also identifies as bisexual. She's outgoing and free-spirited, a gentle soul, though protective of her siblings. She leans more toward neutral good. Out of the Stane siblings and Shane, Lisa has the most control over her ability, however staying camouflaged for a prolonged amount of time can start to take a physical toll on her. She works as a barista at a local coffee cafe.Name: Julian Tristan Stane Face Claim & Image: Tom Holland Code Name: Vulcan Power: Metal Manipulation Characters Who May Use: Anyone is able to use Julian, just please message @atlas or @sparrow and let me know. Julian is the youngest of the Stane siblings at 20 years old. He fights as a vigilante alongside his siblings and boyfriend, Shane Keller. He's openly pansexual. He grew close to Shane after the two of them were rescued from Encore by his older siblings, Scott, Ivan, and Lisa. Eventually the two of them started dating and are almost inseparable. Majority of the time, where Julian goes, Shane often follows. Like his siblings, he's biracial. He's more of an ambivert, having both extroverted and introverted tendencies. He's protective over those he cares about, especially Shane. He's happy to follow either Scott or Ivan's lead, and occasionally Lisa's when she's suddenly feeling leaderly. He's not much of a leader himself, feeling uncomfortable whenever a decision is left up to him. He's come a long way since he was rescued from Encore's custody. He's no longer the quiet, untrusting kid that he was. He's more out-going, though he does occasionally need a break from being around other people. He's more trusting too, trusting those his siblings and boyfriend trust - though he doesn't understand why Scott and Ivan can't seem to trust the same people. He works part-time at a local mechanic's shop. When Julian uses his power, his hands glow a faint orange. Depending on the amount of power he's using, his eyes may also glow a faint orange. Eventually his power starts to take a physical toll on him if he's either using too much of it or using it for too long. He's unsure what the limits of his power is as he's never tried to test them before. He also doesn't remember much of his time held by Encore.Name: Shane Damian Keller Face Claim & Image: Daniel Padilla Codename: Red Power: Blood Manipulation Characters Who May Use: Anyone is able to use Shane, just please message @atlas or @sparrow and let me know. Shane Keller is an unofficial member of the Stane family and boyfriend of Julian Stane. He was raised by two scientists who used to work for Encore. Eventually his parents experimented on him, turning him into a hybrid and granting him his power. Out of fear and confusion, he lost control of his power shortly after gaining it and killed his parents. He was held by Encore until he was rescued along with Julian by Scott, Ivan, and Lisa Stane. After that, he came to live with the Stane family, growing close to Julian and eventually entering into a relationship with him. He's openly queer. Socializing outside of those he's become close with is very hard for Shane. He's often quiet and let's one of the Stanes do the talking. He's also haunted by the memory of accidentally killing his parents. He's reserved and will usually go along with whatever any of the Stane siblings wish to do, whether in day to day life or as a vigilante. He's unsure the limits of his power, however he knows that it eventually takes a physical toll on him. He hasn't ever tried manipulate blood while it's in someone's body before, usually manipulating it once it's been shed. He doesn't have a job at the moment, but often hangs out at the book store while Julian's working.( Anna , @purge, @olivia please let me know if I need to change anything)
